The staff! From the reception, room service, cleaners, waiters, supervisors, everyone was so nice! They all greeted us and took good care of us and they were so genuine, we could feel the good vibes from them. They were very helpful too, when we asked for extra amenities, the room service staff gave it to us with a smile on her face. And the amenities in the room, a vanity kit, sewing kit, etc… was impressive because we have paid more in other higher rated hotels in dar but never got anything extra like that. Everyone seemed to love and value their job. We were soo happy. We live in the same city but came for some peace of mind from our chaotic daily lives and it was truly worth it.

We have been to the holiday Inn in Nairobi, and we expected the breakfast buffet to be the same with a bigger number of food options available with fancy pastries and all.. but it was different here in dar. There wasn’t much to be excited about but the taste was overall good. We loved the masala tea and the dinner was great too. We just hope to have options for breakfast.

I really like the smoker bar they have, but it was a bit neglected by staff in terms of service. Dada Fatma at the front desk was the highlight, she made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to give us a pleasurable stay! Super heartwarming person!

We had one water outage during our stay (lasted like 2 hours) and when it was back it didn't really get properly hot even after running the shower for some time. I've been at this hotel before and this is the first time this happened, could be only that room affected. Also due to the power outages Tanzania faces these days there have been short power outages during our stay, but the Hotel does have a generator. The problem is at night when power goes off it takes a couple seconds for the generator to kick in but the AC doesn't switch back on which, of you don't notice it can make the room warm up again which is slightly annoying. Not really the Hotels fault tho.

The wifi was down for a wile during my last day, thank god I had cell phone data. I however liked the idea of desparate residents being given a facility to take to their rooms for a while. I ordered. I ordered a shuttle the day before I left (left on 3 June and my shuttle was not there so they brought me a taxi which the driver refilled 2 litres of fuel along the way. Am not sure whether the hotel reimbursed him as I did not have to pay him assuming he will be repaid from my shuttle payment. . Not sure if I can order a shuttle next time. Location was very good. We did not subscribe for breakfast. We were given an offer of breakfast on our last day and it was fantastic. Thanks for your services.

We booked as one team but you sent 2 vehicles to collect us from the airport so we had to spend twice. That was not nice.

The check in was smooth and quick. I arrived a bit earlier but was still checked in 2 hrs earlier at no extra cost. The restaurant and reception staff were exceptional and friendly. It made me settle down and feel well come after a ✈️

The staff is very supportive. Over All excellent.

very nice amenities e.g. gym, sauna, outside terrace pool, rooftop with great sunset view. breakfast was good with great variety. Super nice and helpfull staff! After the misunderstanding that the airport transfer is billed directly via the hotel and not -as we did- to the driver, the hotel appologized for billing again, revised the bill and offered a free shuttle to the ferry harbour due to the time lost on discussion.

Comfortable and in central city. Great roof top bar and restaurant with entertainment. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Spa was out of order but that didn’t bother us.
