It was ok.

I HAVE A HORRIBLE BACTERIAL INFECTION OF MY TOE AFTER A PAINFUL PEDICURE FROM MADAM FLORA!! I HAVE BEEN TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM TWICE AND I AM ON MY THIRD ANTIBIOTIC! ITS NOT GETTING BETTER!! I NOW HAVE DEVELOPED CELLULITIS.

Location is superb. It's a beautiful resort with a very beautiful beach, the beach is not too crowded and not too much vendors on the beach. The place has a nice swimming pool and possibility to get a massage

When ordering food or a drink, it really takes a long time before you get served. They seem to have enough staff, but we only saw one girl serving the entire area. The description said the rooms would be soundproof, but we could easily hear the neighbors, through a port between the 2 rooms They do have a very nice swimming pool, but it's crowded during the weekend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kijiji Beach Kigamboni and truly enjoyed the peaceful beachfront setting and warm hospitality. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were attentive and kind. Breakfast was enjoyable overall.

I would suggest two simple improvements: including drinking water as part of the breakfast offering and taking measures to keep flies away during mealtimes. These small changes would make a big difference in the guest experience. That said, the location is unbeatable for a quiet retreat, and I’d definitely consider returning. Highly recommended for those seeking a relaxed escape close to Dar es Salaam.

Accommodation right on the beach, with a white sandy beach, spacious, beautiful garden, many flowering plants and palm trees. Cozy, clean pool and a large playground for children. The bungalow is spacious and clean. The staff is extremely attentive and kind, the food is delicious. It's quiet on weekdays, and a non-stop party atmosphere on weekends.

The bathroom only has an overhead shower, I missed the hand shower. But that's not a major problem. :)

I stayed at the jiji for few days . It was calm, with beautiful grounds and very friendly staff. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were extremely varied, tastes including roasts, pasta and a The room was comfortable. Mostly very young families and older couples, so not a place for wild nightlife, but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The hotel owner and her hadband were awesome people and make my stay more comfortable. masseuse lady was wonderful too.

Here I come again, before as a solo traveller now as a couple. It is for real a little piece of heaven on earth with a beautiful beach, a most welcoming wonderful atmosphere, a lush garden and pool area plus delicious food right at the beach with a beautiful view. Very friendly helpful staff with a trained eye to react, as to where they can assist you. Again, when we arrived, no words needed, the luggage was immediately taken to reception and as our check-in was completed, our luggage was immediately taken to our bungalow, like clock work and a steady service. This time we chose the bungalow with AC. It's a really nice big room, I loved the high ceiling. Two wide chairs, a table desk with a safety deposit box. From the bedroom you go through a wardrobe luggage storage/dressing space which leads into the big ensuite bathroom with two Lavabo, a toilet and a shower. It is a very big and comfortable safe bungalow. The bed and mattress were very very comfy. It's equipped with a, very easy to use, mosquito net. In front of this bungalow are two comfy wide chairs with a lounge table. Perfect to relax if you want to be out of the room but have some privacy to yourself with the view into the green and flowery garden. The whole compound is cared for with Love. A lush garden area, pool area and a beautiful beach with the restaurant and tables plus sunloungers right at the beach let's you unwind and enjoy the Tanzanian Beach vibes with delicious food. We had invited about 12 guests (family) to celebrate and eat together on 25.December, our wishes were considerably followed up and tables plus chairs were set up for us. We had a wonderful time. Even a D.J. was taking care of the ambiance, as this is a very busy day with a lot of people coming to celebrate here at this paradise. We definitely have enjoyed ourselves. Safety is taken care of by Massai and professional security personnel. I'm deeply drawn to this place and recommend it by heart.

Being by myself, and only for two nights I choose the very affordable beautiful double room. It's a nice big room with a Vent a wide chair, a table desk and the ensuite bathroom with a toilet and shower. Very comfortable safe room. The bed/ mattress was very comfy. It's equipped with a mosquito net. In front of this bungalow are two comfy wide chairs with a lounge table. Perfect to relax if you want to be outside the room but have some privacy to yourself. View the green and flowery garden. The whole compound is cared for with Love. A lush garden area, pool area and a beautiful beach with the restaurant and table plus sunloungers right at the beach let's you unwind and enjoy the Tanzanian Beach vibes with delicious food. Safety is taken care of by Massai and professional security personnel. Feel safe, unwind and enjoy the view, the beautiful atmosphere, the good service and the wonderful food.

That I had to leave

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and each time has been great. The staff are really friendly and super-helpful. The breakfasts are great - fruits, fresh juices, hot drinks, hot food, yoghurts and pastries all available. The afternoon and evening menus are varied and the food excellent. The fish and the Thai soups were top-end. The beach side location is stunning - we swam each day in the sea or in the pool. The bed was big and comfy and everything was clean. any power interruptions were quickly filled by the hotel generator. A great place to start and end our trip to the south of Tanzania.

The afternoon and evening food choices to a very long time to arrive. They were freshly cooked and really tasty when they did arrive but the wait was a bit frustrating. The taxi link to/from the airport was steep at 40USD - much better to use an app like Bolt or Uber if you have phone connectivity.

Before heading into a round of business flights, I took a short break and escaped the city — and it was absolutely worth it. The beach was almost empty, with white sand and total peace. At low tide you have to walk quite a bit over seaweed to reach the water, but there’s also a pool and they offer massages, so it was the perfect spot to relax and recharge.

The rooms need a renovation and more light.
