Large clean room. First time we hadn’t gotten bitten by mosquitoes in our accommodation in Tanzania. Breakfast was a wider selection than most hotels at this price also. Would stay again if back in Dar es salaam.

Had lunch and they got the order wrong, but the food was still delicious anyway - gave a chicken instead of beef. I guess just check in case you have dietary restrictions.

Rooms are neat, bed is comfortable ambience is welcoming and inviting. Staff very helpful, food is good and delicious.

Entertainment was poor, T.V channels working were only swahili speaking channels. No international news stations, or English speaking movie channels. No dstv channels. Breakfast quickly runs out. If you get to the restaurant by 9am you will struggle to get anything for breakfast.

The hotel was not too far from the ferry station and near the Kiriakoo market (10 min on foot). The room looked nice, there was a table, TV, the and coffee. The bed was comfortable.

The AC was not working well, it made some weird noises. The breakfast was slim, not much choice. Not everything in the room was clean (e.g the dressing) There was an unpleasant smell when you came inbthe room.

Zimbo Golden Hotel exceeded my expectations during my recent stay. The service was impeccable, the staff attentive, and the overall experience was fantastic. I would rate it an 8 out of 10.

The only reason for deducting two points is the need for some structural repairs, particularly in the showers and bathrooms. Overall, a highly recommended hotel with great potential!

Clean, quiet, nice staff and very nice and cheap local food. Everything was OK and ratio price / quality is good. We checked in late and check out early and no problem at all, staff were very nice.

Just ask to the waiter at the restaurant to know what is available to avoid any inconvenience.

Rooms were kept neat and clean, but floor mats (floor carpets) are needed around bed and bathroom.

That after my leaving as I extended for another day, I payed and 15 hrs later I got e mails I haven't payed. I payed in front of witnesses another 71000 tan shillings, they not even wanted to check the cats. I payed when I gave my laundry. That'd not nice to accuses me I always payed. I just didn't had time as I was in zanzibar yo return with tourist police. All e mails went trough booking.com.

Breakfast and restaurant need more training to treats with guests. Food in breakfast also need to be more.

I liked the room and the breakfast. The timeliness and courteous habit of the restaurant staff. A particular staff was exceptional.

The policy of full payment for late check out. Perhaps a pro rated policy will do as flight times vary significantly.
