The location was excellent. You're just steps from the beach. There's a small convenience store next to Tom's Pizza. It baffles me that there were so many negative reviews about the pizza. How can people be so stupid? Eat pizza in Italy. Anyway we didn't eat the pizza but the Thai food was good. The staff was excellent. I found the older lady direct and somewhat humorous. The lady behind the desk was excellent. The young girls cleaning up and serving tables were shy and cute. They worked hard. I watched them take supplies off the boat. The rooms were clean and practical. The aircon worked, the hot water worked. The beds were comfortable. Etc etc. What else do you need? The room came with breakfast. Get the egg and cheese omelette. Delicious. If my wife and I needed extra pillows or soap or tissue, we got them no problem. Greg and Kimi

Perfect location next to the beach. Cleaning service with water bottles and new towels every day. AC, fridge and shower working fine. Nice to sit at "porch" in front of door. Arranged a snorkeling tour that worked perfectly fine, apart from that not a lot of tourist information at the reception.

Very hard and uncomfortable beds. Ants in bathroom, probably hard to avoid and not in the bed or main room. Door to bathroom had a little "net"/ventilation that were broken and fell off all the time.

Location very good, beachfront location, unlike other places in Koh Samet, Staff very helpful, very hardworking and cheerful. This is the third time we have stayed here, as it is very good value for money, beachfront location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant good, dining on the beach on the evenings, firs show and food and drink same as other similar places on the same beach.

It’s on the beach , Bungalow ok Only restaurant staff needs to been trained , I am the mother and my food order got forgotten😱then we ordered again and has not come for 30min , service very bad we stayed on this island 6 days in 2 dif places but. Never went back again to eat there, sad rely could be a very good business💰💵💶💰💵💶

The staff were amazing, super helpful and had a good sense of humour. The location was perfect, not only a great beach but a great place on the beach. Good quality food in the restaurant as well

Not much to dislike, I mean the taps dripped, rooms could be done up a little but good enough for a holiday on the beach, depends how fussy you are

The location was top class, Absolute beachfront, Fire throwers were excellent and put on a great show. The food was very good as well.

Room on first night was 2 beds joined together but was able to get move for second night. We had a little rain on second night and the frogs came out, One Frog was so loud.

Very nice location for this beach on Koh Samed. And very convenient to have the convenience store here too. Quiet beach most of the time when a person would like it to be quiet.

The bed was a little odd. It was basically two twin mattresses put together to form a queen size bed.

Nice bungalows, beautiful garden, friendly, funny and helpful staff. The beach is clean and beautiful.

The beds were little too hard for my taste. And pillows to big. But this is typical in all hotels.

The location of this resort is amazing, right at one of the beaches of Koh Samet. The resort offers a nice terrace and beach beds were you can chill and relax (without paying for the beach beds). They offer a wide variety of menu items, basically what you would expect in Thailand. The staff was friendly. The rooms were basic but contained everything what you would need.

We only had access to one working power outlet

The hotel is right on the beach. There is a minimart. The Thai food is cheap and tasty. The room is all you need for a lazy few days on the beach, nothing special but it has aircon.

As others mention, breakfast not great, but it is very cheap to add to the room rate so maybe expected. The second morning they had more of a selection and fresh fruit.
