The property is in one of the most beautiful beaches! So much crabs, fish and other live stuff under the water! 😅 We felt disconnected from the world here, in the mornings and evenings, when there are no more tourists arriving, we feel only peace. I think this beach is not suitable for those looking for entertainment. Everything in the bungalow was as described. We knew it would be difficult to get to this part of the island, as it was also mentioned in the description. The lack of electricity for a couple of hours was not a problem from us. Delicious food in their restaurant and very nice staff.

Great location if you like a little adventure :) For us personally, the fact that this palce is pretty isolated was a bonus. They offer transfer from port for 500 baht for 2 people, which is a very good price, because to get anywhere on Koh Phangan you always pay at least 200 per person for a songthaew ride, so staying here is not that much more expensive. We had some personal difficulties on our trip and the staff was very helpful to find a good solution for us. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and service was good. I would very much reccomend staying at this resort, just check beforhand the location, so you understand what you are getting into.

Stayed here 8 years ago and then again this month, have absolutely loved it both times. The resort and beach is remote, but that’s its charm. For a couple of days away just relaxing on a stunning and quiet beach it’s perfect, would definately come again. Rooms are lovely, staff are really friendly and location is bliss.

Would be great if cards were accepted as we forgot to get extra cash out, but it wasn’t a big deal and we were grateful that they allowed us to have a tab that we paid to the driver when he dropped us back to the pier. A slightly bigger range of Thai food options on the restaurant menu would also have been good. I wish the beach front rooms weren’t quite as expensive, they are a big supplement on the non beach front rooms, they are lovely but also a big price leap. These are minor things though, we loved it here and hope to return.

The staff are wonderful here, so friendly and helpful. The room was nicer than the pictures, no need for a/c, the windows have mosquito nets so it's nice and cool in the night. The beach is like paradise.

Do your research before you come, the road to this beach is very steep and slippery. It wasn't a problem for us because we came for the isolation and beauty... just bring some snacks and fruit with you 😄. The internet was ok, I managed to work online, but no 4g and there's a short power cut every evening.

This was an exceptional stay, away the chaos and surrounded by breathtaking views and amazing sea + waves. The staff are also very very welcoming and friendly. They provided a taxi service into town, along with pick up. Just to note, the resort is only accessible by 4x4 so you will need to use their taxi service, even to the top road to collect your mopeds/cars. The food was good - we stuck to the Thai plates.

Nothing we didn’t like. Take on board some of the few points made above so all expectations are aligned.

Clean and comfortable room, service and the staff are great. The surroundings are just beautiful. Amazing beach, it's simply a little piece of paradise. It's a place to relax and enjoy it's beauty, not a party area, all the restaurant/bars on the beach must close at 22.00. Keep in mind, last 2klm to get there you need a proper motorbike, not a scooter, or you need to leave it on top and get their transport to bring you down, or walk it, not the easiest, but possible. Highly recommended!!

All was great

We stayed in 2 room types during our stay and both were comfortable and enjoyable. It is an extensive property but enjoyable to stroll through and the grounds and gardens are well maintained. Several room types are available from stand alone bungalows, 'hotel' rooms, semis and the original garden bungalows. All well maintained and comfortable. The dining area is no frills relaxed beach vibe with a pool table and there are sun beds on the beach with some shade.

Cushions for the sun beds would vastly improve comfort.

My remarks are based on the daily price of £30 for the room. The last mile to the hotel is extremely steep and you will need to use the local taxi, or arrive by boat taxi. The bed was quite hard. The staff could not have been friendlier. Beach is amazing and there are 3 bars/restaurants to use on the whole beach. The view point is a must.

The hotels on the beach are run by generators, so power is removed from your room from 4pm to 6pm. This is no real problem, but just for information. Hotel does not take Visa, this is like most of the island.

The location is amazing! Nice quiet beach with clean white sand, very comfortable. There is a shadow, restaurants and toiles on the beach. The sea is quiet, no waves. The water is clear and transparent . Good for swimming. Lovely atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. During the happy hour in the bar all the cocktails cost 100 baht. Transportation to the beach is complicated enough to avoid crowds of tourists . But if you need you get in and out very easy with the taxi of the resort. Nice trekking nearby with great views. The bungalow is cozy, with the small terrace. The price is very good, especially for Pangan. Will definitely come back!

My bungalow was the cheapest one and quite old. The fan made noise. There were ants in the house, despite the spray, but they didn't disturb me that much

Everything.The setting was perfect.Loved hearing all the birds at dawn.Food good and reasonably priced.Staff all happy friendly and welcoming.Dean the manager a great guy and will help with anything he can.I didn't want to leave.Rooms good size.Clean.Kettle very welcoming.Aircon worked well.Love it it's isolated for sure.Exiting coming down dirt track to accomodation.Different.Manager can arrange transport .The only way down track is in 4 wheel drive .Or you can arrive by boat.

I liked it all.But not for faint hearted coming down road and going back up.Has to be a 4 wheel drive vehicle.One other thing electric goes off for few hours daily about 4 pm.No problem for me but some people may moan..
