Loved every minute of our stay here for our honeymoon and they made it extra special. The hotel is huge which we did not realise until we got there. We stay in hotel 3 which has a private pool for the hotel with an incredible view. It is also where the gym is and it was the best gym in our entire 1 month stay in Asia. The sunset from the room was also amazing. Bed was comfy, designs of the rooms were traditional. They provide a free 24 hour truck ride from the reception to your room which was also amazing. Other reviews have said it is hard to get to the next beach because of the rocks and barbed wire however, they have sorted this out and the pathway is safe. It is only a 2 minute walk across the rocks to the next beach so do not let these review put you off. Would defiantly come back again.

Breakfast could have slight more variety as changes every other day but there was a huge amount to choose from.

The resort is very nice. it feels in a funny way that you are at th White Lotus. Once you are in, it is difficult to get out as there are so many amenities. Thé food they serve at breakfast is quite good. Thé pool in the room which at first feels a little over the top, is actually very useful after a long day in the sun. The room was super comfy and the bamboo clad bathroom very exotic

Thé fact that you have to call the reception every time you need to access every hotel amenity so they can pick you up in a beautiful wooden car and drive you everywhere is a little exhausting in the end. Next to the hotel beach which is beautiful but not the best for swimming there is an incredible postcard beach. it is accessible through the rocks in the right side of the hotel beach and it takes 3 minutes to get there.

The staff is really nice and helpful with very good english. The hotel also offers a very good and responsive shuttle service in order to move around the hotel and outside. The room is really big with everything that you need. The hotel's pool is big with a beautiful waterfall. The beach is also beautiful. The hotel also offers a boat shuttle service to and from Koh Samui. The massage was amazing. The breakfast was really good with good variety.

The location of the hotel is pretty isolated. The concept of the hotel is nature so the bathroom has no celling which can be nice sometimes but also vulnerable to bugs and rain. It also makes it a little bit dirty. Because everything is in the open you probably gonna see some bugs and lizards in your room or outside of it.

this feels like a Thailand version of Center Parks back home. very spacious and green resort complex with excellent facilities and friendly staff. we had a private pool room which was excellent. the hotel offer a speed boat transfer from Koh Samui. we used this on the way back and was much quicker and the same price as taking the ferry and getting a taxi on the way in (taxis want a lot of money as resort is very far away from ferry point)

the location felt very isolated from anything. reliant upon calling for hotel shuttle each time we wanted to go to breakfast or dinner. the beach is small and stoney (you can walk across the rocky pathway to next door beach which is excellent with many shops and restaurants leading to the tiny village - a must do)

The shuttles to and from rooms which is available 24/7 is great - we stayed not too far away from reception near the fitness centre but other rooms / villas may be further away which means you could only rely on the shuttles as opposed to us walking back to the room the odd time. Breakie was great with a good selection - the eggs Benedict were delicious! The staff were extremely pleasant and service was fab! You can get to the local town on foot (but it is over rocky terrain at the back of the hotel near the main pool behind the Titan restaurant). This has good food spots and bars. If you’re coming from Samui - check the times of the speedboat as it goes from the airport and goes directly to hotel. It may be better value than a private shuttle. We didn’t get this but regretted it! It was hard to understand the communication on it to be fair!

The hotel itself would benefit from more maintenance. We saw some ongoing so hopefully it will be addressed in other parts. It is clear the place is a little worn out. If you are immobile - I wouldn’t suggest this as a place to go as lots of hills, steps and step inclines. We had seen some falls so best avoid if immobile!

The architecture of this resort is amazing, every piece of wood you can see has beautiful carvings. The eye for detail in this place is spot on and showcases Thai culture everywhere. Sat on the side of a hill it does have alot of steep paths but there is a shuttle service if you need it. Our villa was huge and had a beautiful indoor outdoor bathroom - don’t worry! The beach pool was beautiful, really thoughtfully designed into the natural landscape - boulders in the pool made you feel like you were in the sea. Huge breakfast selection and lovely dinners down by the beach

We came after some bad weather so beach wasn’t great, but that’s not really their fault, perhaps more staff cleaning up the rubbish that was washing in as otherwise it was washed back out.

I have visited a few other Santhiya resorts and I was just as impressed as by all my other visits. We stayed in a sea view pool villa which had amazing views of the beaches opposite from the pool. Bedrooms and day room were amazing and bathroom spectacular. Restaurants are expensive in comparison to those in the local town area however inclusive breakfast was delicious with great choice of dishes.

Would be great if the walk to the local town was more accessible as it is a bit of a clamber over the rocks. However, we managed it despite downing lots of delicious cocktails in town.

The place is just beautiful, and it's clear a lot of attention was given to every detail, but most of all the service is outstanding. Every single staff member is friendly and proactively trying to be helpful without being conspicuous. To name a few cases: the sous chef that taught us about Thai cooking and came to say goodbye when we were checking out, the waiters that brought us bug repellant without being asked, when they noticed us getting attacked by mosquitoes. Also worth mentioning is the yoga class in the morning, and the breakfast, with the fruit selection as the highlight for me.

There's a small beach accessible by hotel guests, and the sea there is not super clean, though it's still fine for swimming. It's also possible to reach the Thong Nai Pan beach by walking directly from the hotel beach, but the access is not well maintained. Communication with the hotel prior to me arriving could be better. I tried reaching out through booking.com messages, then emailing them on their official e-mail address. It always took some insisting to get answers. I know they are very responsive on the phone, but that's not the best contact medium for a tourist that doesn't have a local Thai phone number. Our bathroom was missing a place to hang hand towels. The sink is also far and low, and put some strain on my back when using it for a bit longer.
