Fabulous hotel with great facilities! The pool is amazing and the staff are polite and attentive - nothing is too much trouble! Breakfast had a great selection of tasty foods and drinks. A great place for families!

The only thing I didn’t like was how far it was from Bangkok centre. In peak hour it took us over an hour to get into the city centre via taxi - a trip that should be about 15/20 mins outside of peak hour. My tip would be to organise your trip into the city well outside of peak hour or busy times. Return to Sathorn from Bangkok city centre was not an issue.

The staff were so genuinely helpful, they eally couldn't do enough for you. The place is spotless. The rooms are spacious.. and due to the aspect of the rooms - some get the sun in the morning and some in the afternoon. There were always people on hand to help (never has to look for anyone). The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was tasty and had plenty of options.

There is not much I could complain about. The hotel was about 5 mins tuktuk ride from the centre - which is great because it was a little quieter.. The only issue was the pool got busy in the afternoon due (lots of children with families - so had to use the pool before 3:00pm or after 6:00pm. Obviously this doesn't happen all year round.

The hotel need renovation, the front desk recipient need more training in Customer service especially one staff wear glass i didnot get his name, very bad in dealing with us, we arrive at 4 am we have to pay 100% or wait until 6 am to pay 50% so we decide to wait it just 2 hours. He said not allowed to sleep here in lobby, I said we know the rule when it come time to check inn he said still 12 minutes to reach 6 am I said how long will take for you to make our reservation he take approx 30 minutes. Other things, there are a lot of insects because of the trees and also I found one green snake (i don't know if it's poisonous or not) opposite the hotel so be careful.

I liked everything about the Chatrium. Although it's not in the centre of Bangkok it has everything nearby, Central Rama 3 a fantastic shopping mall is only about 15 minutes walk away. We loved the swimming pool, the 2 bedroom apartment was huge, there's a great gym to workout and the buffet breakfast was unforgettable. Thanks Ked, Pim and Pang for making us welcome in the restaurant and all the staff at the Chatrium for your kind hospitality. This was our 3rd time we stayed here and hopefully we will be back in a couple of years. Mark and Family

we loved the room size, the kids playground was a real hit with my daughter and the pool are was so nice to relax. We absolutely loved the breakfast included with our stay. We also loved the Thai biscuits in the room- they were so so nice- Thank you Position was also very good with a short stroll to shopping centres and local supermarkets

we didnt like how the kitchen only had 2 plates of everything, no dish soap or enough tea towels- we had to request them. Also 2 free water bottles is not enough per day when the water should be free to drink in such a humid Country. We are also not big soda drinkers so the complimentary drinks in the room could have other variety other than soda or fizzy drinks- maybe orange or apple juice etc.

The first thing I want to say is that I hope all of the staff at Chatrium are ok after the earthquake. My wife and I think of you all as our 2nd family so we would like to know that you are all safe and well. Our stay was wonderful as it always is mainly because the staff at Chatrium are excellent. I have only 2 very small issues to tell you about. 1. The cappuchino coffee from the main coffee machine goes cold quickly. 2. The plug in the bath (room 3096) does not fit the plug hole. But these are such small unimportant things. They did not spoil our stay at all.

I travel to Bangkok regularly for work. This accommodation is very close to my Customer. I have stayed here maybe six times in the last 10 years. It is always been my go to accommodation for the city. Everything you need is close by you are seven minutes away from walking to a major shopping mall that has everything you ever need. There is a fantastic little restaurant nearby that you must visit called soufflé me. There’s a Starbucks over the road and there is a coffee club in the foyer. The breakfast are brilliant the beds are comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. I do recommend that you get a room away from where the swimming pool is. Ask for a room higher up and away from the pool. The staff are friendly. If you wanted to get downtown Bangkok, you can do this by taxi plus I have shuttles that go to most major shopping malls and places. The accommodation is a little bit out of the way of the downtown area. But for me that’s what I love about it.

My first stay at the Chatrium was in 2016, and I was thoroughly impressed back then. Eight years later, I returned with my family – my husband and our two young children. I was curious to see if my high expectations, based on such fond memories, could be met. To put it simply: The Chatrium not only met but exceeded all my expectations! I travel frequently and have stayed at numerous luxurious hotels worldwide, both professionally and privately. The Chatrium is undoubtedly in the top league and surpasses many well-known names. What makes the Chatrium stand out: Cleanliness: Impeccable, spotless everywhere. Comfort: The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful sleep. Breakfast: A true highlight – diverse, fresh, and with great attention to detail. Service: Discreet yet always present and highly professional. Pool: A dreamy oasis in the middle of the bustling city. Special Experiences: What impressed me the most was the warmth and attention to detail shown by the entire team. For example, at breakfast, Ms. Nessima from the service staff remembered the coffee I had ordered the day before and brought it directly to my table – in a hotel with over 560 rooms! This personal touch is remarkable and demonstrates the dedication of the team here. The check-in process was also an exceptionally pleasant experience. Ms. Yanika and Mr. Thong welcomed us so warmly and professionally that we felt at home immediately. Especially when traveling with small children, a smooth check-in is invaluable, and everything was perfectly prepared, allowing us to start our stay relaxed and joyful. The Chatrium is a true haven of relaxation, a place where you can unwind and feel completely taken care of. Bangkok has many hotels to offer, but the Chatrium stands out with its exceptional service, luxurious facilities, and the dedication of its staff. Conclusion: I wholeheartedly recommend the Chatrium – whether for couples, families, or solo travelers.

I always stay at Chatrium Residence Sathorn whenever I visit Bangkok. The location is perfect. There are Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean and several Chinese restaurants within walking distance. On the main street in front of the hotel there is an excellent street food area and a very friendly bar. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and the staff friendly and helpful. I was greeted by name every morning. I especially liked the pool side lounge which I visited regularly at Happy Hour. The staff Ar, Guitar and Palm made excellent cocktails and were always friendly. I enjoyed the live music on weekend evenings very much. The food was tasty and not expensive. The concierge staff was efficient and helpful.
