The location of the hotel so close to the Patpong Night market was great! A true authentic Thai experience. The rooms are small but very clean and the beds super comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with lots of options for our vegetarian diet. I loved the fitness centre on the roof floor. The restaurant there serves wonderful cocktails and the view is stellar. Front desk staff are so friendly and helpful.

I didnt like that you cannot open the window to let in natural air. Even being able to open it a bit would have helped with the claustrophobia of feeling like you are in a hermetically sealed environment. I also did not appreciate being hounded every single time I passed the tour counter to book this or that tour. When I did use the service to book a taxi to the Grand Palace, no one told us about the particular dress code, so after spending all that time money and effort, we couldnt even go in. Also the driver they arranged us spend the entire drive talking incessantly through google translate trying to sell us all kinds of other tours, even after we repeatedly said no. Annoying and totally unprofessional.

Great location, super clean, and value for money

If there is a private event at the hotel, the guest staying at the hotel should be given priority to the use of dining and pool areas rather than it being reserved for the private event guest.

Great location and easy to find with clear signage to the front. Reception is just down a smarty fineshed lane away from the main road. (Quieter ) Every one friendly the place is smart new and very clean. Couldn't fault anything. Loved the pool on the roof

Two of us travel as friends together and we're on different floors. The lift is very secure and would only let us both onto our individual levels we found it impossible to knock on each others doors but the WiFi was perfect and we managed to use WhatsApp for communication.

Really great hotel! Comfortable beds, super clean, hot water in the shower, very safe, and friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money! We would absolutely stay here again.

The one downside of this place is very minimal - that our room didn't have chairs and a table - just a desk and one chair. And since they don't allow you to eat your own food at any of the tables in the main area (they are all reserved for the restaurant), you must sit on your bed to eat if you want to eat at the hotel. This might not be the case if you get a room with a balcony since I assume the balcony would have a table and chairs. Also the pool is pretty small compared to the size of the hotel - but we enjoyed it despite not many lounge chairs being there. Really a tiny thing, and did not interfere with us really liking this hotel!

Good location between two BTS stations-Silom and Sala Daeng. Lots of shops, malls and restaurants. Lively streets. Rooftop view was great.

The bathroom. Strange design with a glass window floor to ceiling between the shower and bedroom. It had a screen to pull down but why the glass wall.? Room was small and the decoration was very 1960s with awful colours. The sink was in the fioyer of the room a dark blue with a bright yellow stand. I requested a change but was refused because “all the rooms were like that.” Room small and a view of a wall and rear courtyard. Beds were adequate but small. Staff polite but breakfast staff not very friendly.

The staffs are friendly and well manners. Especially the front desk. I can spend most of my times hanging around the area as there are many shopping malls, great and valuable restaurants. Massage. Night clubs. And as located at central. Going to the riverfront only took ,us 15 min by taxi. Going to the famous tourist spot like Four-faced Buddha only 10 min. Definitely a good location and convenience. And the pool . The roof top bar.. it was my second time staying. Never regret to stay there.

a design hotel with a good atmosphere and a perfect size, which brings the feeling of a boutique hotel with the services of an already large hotel, good pool and location

you should know that the location of the hotel is in the middle of the gay district, if this bothers you, look for another hotel. We arrived as a straight couple and in the elevator a gay compatriot laughed at us about what a hell we were doing here.. :) It wouldn't have bothered us anyway, but the neighbor couple's late-night loud shows every night were fckn weird...

The hotel location is fantastic, located in the center of silom. I smoothly accessed Japanese restaurants massage shops and MRT. Laundry service was also good.

There is a big vacant space from the floor at the atrium side. This means it is always noisy directly from the 1st floor. Some Chinese guys annoied me at the midnight.

Location was perfect. Close to a lot of restaurants and cafes. Short 5 minutes walk to the BTS train line, which made commuting to attractions, as well as the Airport, very easy. The overall aesthetics of the hotel was very nice, and facilities were well kept. Staff were also very friendly. For the value of money, would come again.

Upon arriving, found that they didn't offer toiletries and other room amenities. Hallway going towards my room was a bit dimly lit.
