The room was clean and nice with a large comfortable bed. There's even a desk in case you need to work.

The water in the pool was pretty cold. MRT station is in 15 minutes walking distance.

It was like having our own little apartment, very easy to make stuff we bought from outside and heatup meals for our infant. Pool was great and the location was fantastic too. The local thai restaurant nearby is great.

Ants... So many ants. I realize this is Thailand and there are ants everywhere, but come on, they're in every room. I also had to mention twice to the front desk to clean up the food that people left on the stairs from room service. Once in the morning and once at night since they didn't come pick it up. No wonder there are ants all over the property.

Staff are friendly and approachable, good customer service. Bartender was a highlight for my brother's, really great service from him. They have coin operated washer and dryers in the basement and you can get coins from the front desk (note it's ฿10 for 10 minutes in the dryer so put more coins in!). Jacuzzi area upstairs is quite nice to chill at. Replenished our water, tissue, etc every time we asked for housekeeping 😊 Good value for money. Room is actually a decent size despite it looking quite tight on the pictures. You can get electricity cards for the room so you don't have to use your key card.

The check in process is one of the longest I've ever encountered... Printing off multiple invoices, filling in forms with my information even though it's all already on the booking after long travels it's a bit tiring. The food is quite disappointing here, I'd recommend ordering from grab food if you're lazy instead of eating here to be honest unless you have no expectations for Thai food then by all means. There's only one key card, for double/ twin rooms it's a bit annoying....

Excellent location- you can reach almost everything within 15 minutes by bike. The staff is super kind, and everything is kept very clean. You get two fresh water bottles every day, and there’s a 7/11 right around the corner. I extended my stay twice and stayed for a total of 14 days. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to everything, and I felt very safe(as a young female solo traveler). My friends also booked after my recommendation and loved it too. The building has four rooftops with seating areas- perfect for relaxing

Basement rooms are a bit on the dark site, no privacy.

Lovely friendly staff upon arrival despite the reviews, the hotel reception is manned 24/7. I was jetlagged and I was up and down my first few nights and there was always someone there. They have a fridge with some drinks you can buy but my fridge was fully stocked with reverse osmosis water every time they cleaned which was whenever I wanted. They personalise your WiFi code to your room number, when you move to reception you'll need the WiFi code which they tell you if you ask. If you go to the gym or pool or TV room or coffee shop you'll need to put in your room wifi login code. It was so quiet here even though it was full over new year and into January. No street noise. Aircon in the room was good. Bathroom amenities and fresh towels every room clean which was nice. The pool is lovely and quiet. Used the washing machines and the hotel reception are happy to change up your money, you'll need 10 baht coins x4 for one wash. There's also tumble driers but I didn't use them. TV had lots of Thai and English channels. It does have the capability to login to Netflix and prime but we didn't as we were out most days. Lovely hotel, we extended our stay as we were so jetlagged this time round and we've booked to come back again before we fly home to the uk. Eating wise we went to Yummy Thai Food which is out of the front of reception, turn left, walk past the mini shop and massage shop on your right, the coffee shop is on your left, walk to the end and turn left walk past the sewing shop with the ladies and cats inside and you'll be at yummy - it's just around the corner pretty much most evenings purely because it was so nice, they're so friendly and they loved our kids. Very family friendly, saw older people there and solo travellers too. Be open to sharing a little table if you're on your own, it makes it more fun!

The fold out bed was brilliant, very sturdy but - - the mattress was really hard. Too hard to sleep on. I also disagree with having to pay for the extra bed for a 6 year old child, it seems unfair. I can understand if it was for an extra adult in the room but not extra ££ for a child's bed. I would like this to be changed to zero for children. The only other small detail I would change is to give more cutlery and plates and cups and bowls as we only had odd bits, especially having paid for the extra bed for 7 nights :( An extra pool towel for the baby would also have been a nice touch as baby's need a towel as well as adults and children :)

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. Just around the corner is a quaint street with very local authentic Thai food and friendly people. Here we ate authentically, bought fruit and fresh fruit shakes on the way back. The breakfast was very delicious, on the sixth floor, so you have the opportunity of eating on the rooftop or inside the restaurant.

The location is slightly hard to find, but it’s like every local sees your lost face and knows how to direct you without even asking. Then once you find the 7/11 on the corner you realise this is the easiest point to navigate from and it’s actually quite simple. Our grab driver even found his way perfectly outside as we left, despite a couple of previous drivers circling the block a second time due to the one way system getting in the way. In the night time you aren’t in a busy area, but we managed to walk our way about 20minutes up the most light street which led us to a night market where there was some life around. Finally there was no fan in the bathroom which was quite unusual, and obviously fans can be beneficial in many ways.

Very, very, helpful and friendly staff. Always. And spacious room. It feels like a small apartment. The hot tub on the roof, overlooking the city. This is the third time we have stayed here and will come back every time we are in Bangkok

Hard to get a Bolt/Taxi over there. Accessible streets are too narrow. Bit confusing for non-experienced drivers. Still, it is accessible.

The rooms are spacious with separate bedroom and living area, it has a gym, swimming pool and roof top outdoor area, a lot of food choices, laundry, and a 7/11 a min walk away
