The facility is a great place to be. It is a home away from home. I enjoyed my three-week stay in the hostel. The facility, the staff, the environment, and the location are all exceptionally awesome. I recommend this facility to travellers intending to get value for his or her money.

The internet coverage and duration should be improved. Again, there is a need for fleating or fumigation of the beds to avoid certain insects from pestering the guests.

The man at the reception was very kind (and funny)! The room was not the same as on the picture, but that was fine. I had a sofa and a table, that was nice. Also it's not right in the center, but it was very nice for my first stop in Bangkok. From here you can easily walk to the train station and also to the area with Chinatown. The bar across the street server very nice coffee and cakes!

My room was next to the bathroom so I heard a lot of noise from there, but despite that I slept fine. Also the airconditioning switches off from 11am-4pm, but I think that's a common thing here in hostels.

Great place for the money you pay. Friendly and helpful staff, they kept my sunglasses that I forgot my last stay and returned them to me. There's lost of places to eat nearby. Subway was not very far away, 10-15 min walk, for me it was no problem.

Needs hangers in the shower. WiFi was breaking on my laptop but worked well on my phone.

What does a traveller need? A cozy bed, a hot/ warm bath and ofcourse a clean toilet. I am glad I met all these expectations at iSanook. I had a wonderful stay there.

everything. It is only 15 minutes by walk to Sam Yan MRT station, only around 4 km from the city shopping malls like The central world, Siam square, icon siam, and ect. The first floor is a common space to leisure, the second floor is for male dorm and kitchen (they provide refrigerator, microwave, stove, hot water, so you can cook your own food). The third floor is for female dorm. I stayed at the 8-female dormitory, although it's not spacious, but it fit the money I paid. The staff gave me her umbrella because it was raining so hard when I check out. She is so nice, I forgot her name, she has a shoulder short hair. Hope you stay healthy and cheerful

The location is excellent, situated between two MRT stations for easy access. The rooms are exceptionally clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive experience.

A key drawback was the lack of drinking water inside the hostel. They don’t provide it, nor do they inform guests about the machine outside where water can be purchased. Additionally, there was no handwashing liquid or soap in the bathroom, which was disappointing. I also expected the staff to have better English communication skills.

very bad thing is you can only activate the AC with your card. so if i want to be in the kitchen i need to sacrifice the aircon in the room to activate it in the kitchen and vice versa. if i go out and come back the room/kitchen is hot again. this is also not good energy management since every time you need to cool down the air instead of just maintaining the cool temperature. never saw a hostel with this bad AC management. doesnt make any sense and is a big struggle when its so hot outside and inside...

I always stay here at Isanook, its super clean, a great location, the staff have always been wonderful, its so nice to come here and reconnect with people like Noi in the cafe across the street, she is a star in my books!! Isanook is my home away from home.

I love iSanook!! I highly recommend it to all women!! It was so beautiful, comfortable, welcoming, convenient, clean, safe, and more!! It had such comfortable bedding, a washing machine, food within steps including a cafe and restaurant owned by the same company. They arranged a private taxi to the airport. You must stay here to appreciate it's value! I will not stay anywhere else when visiting Bangkok!! I miss it already! Thank you so much for the hospitality and making an unexpected trip extremely enjoyable and memorable!! I hope to be back soon!

Absolutely nothing!

I really liked the friendly peaceful vibe of this hostel. Reception girls were very friendly and helpful. In 5 bedroom dorm, only me and one other roommate was there, which was very peaceful as other beds were empty for my 2 day stay. I really liked that lockers were provided inside the room. Good ventilation and decent cleanliness. Staff is friendly

Location is little off but it’s fine. The small lamp light beside my bed was not working. Internet had issues, need to keep submitting the password provided.
