Great location. About a 10 minute walk to Nimman Road and relatively near the old town. The manager was very friendly and knowledgable and always eager to help. Down a really quiet road, which was perfect after a busy few days in Bangkok.

The bed sheets were slightly dirty when we arrived, but other than that no complaints at all :).

Friendly welcome as soon as you arrive as the name says Friends & Family, great location as it is very close to the old town, you can use the bicycles provided by the hostel which is great, coffee and tea available in the morning which is a great start for your day, convenient location in terms of eat out, restaurants, bakeries, bars.

A cozy hostel well worth the money. It is in a nice location in Chiang Mai, and is well run by an owner that was easy to communicate with. The hostel is clean and the room is nice, well worth it.

there is f plus f hostel and hotel , got to the hotel before and had to take a second ride , the location of the hotel far from the central (more than 25 min from the tourists central , for the old city center is 20 min minimum)

Nice short stay. The manager is very kind and reactive. In a quiet street. Very appreciated after a long day walk in the town noise.

Really nice and clean triple bedroom with a fridge and balcony

It was further away from the main part of Chiang Mai than we realised

The room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable with working AC and TV. The communication with the owner was very easy as well as the check-in. The location is quiet with a lot of cafes around.
