The hotel is located a few steps away from the night market, where you can experience Thia Kickboxing, shopping, eating, and strolling. The breakfast is different every day and it was good. The staff really try and help however they can, and was very polite. I enjoy a clean room, and when they refresh the room, you can smell it the moment you open the door, that for me was a plus. The pool was not accessible, it was clear there is/was a problem. The pumps didn't work well and the water was always draining. Nevertheless, they were trying to fix it and decorate the pool area. I would recommend it.

I stayed two nights at this hotel and had a great experience and would recommend it. It’s outside the old town so a bit more quiet but at a walking distance from all the touristic spots — and very close to the best Thai restaurants! — it’s also about 10min walking from the night bazar, which is super convenient. The rooms were very clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities such as towels, soap, shampoo, extra toothbrushes, etc. It’s not a big hotel so you’ll have the pool almost to yourself. I had breakfast there one morning which was pretty complete: eggs, cereal, bread, coffee, fruits, etc. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and helped me with a late checkout due to an activity I had that finished late. I would definitely come back when I come to Chiang Mai!

Our visit is 2 week after the major flood which destroy the ground hotel room, the swimming pool and their kitchen. Our booking include breakfast but we had to eat out throughout our stay. Very bad that Booking . Com did not inform us early for us to rebook another place to stay. Luckily the lady boss of the hotel help us to have the room at level 2. The whole place is very muddy and difficult to walk at night.

The staff was very friendly and responded immediately to requests. Also, I appreciated the home-cooked breakfast every morning. Lastly, the proximity to the night market is unbeatable.

The hotel complex is smaller, so there was street noise. This was in no way a problem as they dis a lot to lessen those noises. It is just the result of being closer to street level.

The location was very convenient, right next to a big night market. The room was clean and didn’t have any smell of mold (which is a very hard to come by around here).

It was near a road that was a bit loud. It didn’t bother us much but for a light sleepers, this could be an issue. The pool area appears nicer online compared to in person.

It's the first time to go abroad, the surrounding environment in Thailand is good and quiet, the room is clean and tidy, the stay is very comfortable, it's convenient to go to the seaside, the consumption here is not high, the cost performance is better than that in China, the waiters are very friendly, and they can speak a little Chinese. It's very kind and satisfactory.
