Quite a lot of positives and only one real negative. Very clean room and a refurbished bathroom. Helpful, English speaking, receptionist. Hotel is set in well kept gardens with a view of the surrounding hills (on one side) Morning coffee available for free downstairs but no kettle in the room. A well managed facility, in my opinion.

As previous guests have pointed out, the walls are very thin so you hear all the noise from the neighbouring rooms: snoring, alarm clock, TV, etc The location is maybe not the best but it's only a 20 minute walk from the old city wall.

The location was good, about a kilometre from the city centre. There were many eating places nearby, including a 7-11. The rooms were spacious and clean. They provide a complimentary minibar stocked with snacks every day for the duration of your stay. Complimentary coffee and tea are available at the reception; however, there are no kettles in the rooms.

Hotel is very well kept, clean and efficient. Room is quite big, good wifi and bed is very comfortable. Free snacks and drinks in the room fridge every day. Free coffee and tea at the lobby in the morning. Work area in the lobby is great with good wifi. Laundry is just outside the hotel. Location is great, access to eateries and Jing Jai market etc. Will definitely recommend.

Hot shower sometimes take awhile to get the right temperature.

Good location being about 10 minute drive from centre The bed was extremely comfortable , the room was large and spacious with a great AC , a nice balcony with a Mountain View , very clean Staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags after check out for the day (free of charge )

The price is very reasonable. Clean room, accessible location. It's easy to go to Central Festival or Nimman. Besides, we traveled to Thapae walking stree on Sunday night by grab car which costs THB 80 from the hotel.

When other rooms close the door, it could make some noise. However, if the occupancy is not high or your neighbor is polite, we won't get this problem.

The room is clean and big with a balcony and a good shower, desk, fridge with free snacks.. The hotel is new and modern with an elevator. 1 minutes from 7/11. I would stay again!

It is not soundproofed..there is noise from the other rooms and the hallway but no street noise because it is not on the street..

None. It's a comfortable stay and I was sad to check out early just to catch a bus. Reckon that customers fully utilise the benefits and check out at 11am-12pm so that the comfort and satisfaction level is maximised.

Personal were very kind and help us with information and getting car or taxi. The room was really big and comfortable.

Great location, easy to get a grab taxi or scooter anywhere. The rooms were really clean, very comfortable beds and they even provide you some free snacks in the mini fridge on arrival. The staff were so lovely and helpful when I needed to extend my stay.

The location was excellent. Very close to shopping village and a good choice of local and foreign foods
