DUM Hotel is lovely! The room was very clean with a lovely bathroom and powerful shower! The breakfast is amazing, small but everything is delicious, so I was looking forward to it every day. All day drinks and snacks are available for free, a huge plus. The staff was friendly and even taught me some Thai. The location is great, very walkable with lots of shops and coffee shops around. Nice pool that is never super busy. Great Choice for Chiang Mai.

Minor detail: The room is a little barren, could do with a little more decor or something that makes it feel a little warmer.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. We arrived at 11am supposedly just to drop our bags but they already allowed us to check in. The room was clean, spacious, and cold. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Internet is perfect for digital nomads since it was consistently at 300mbps+ during our weeklong stay. The best part is that snacks, water, and soda were free in the lobby. You can just grab whatever you need. Breakfast selection was a bit small but just enough, they usually have bread, sausages, eggs, sticky rice, a couple of Thai dishes, fruits, and salad.

This is a minor thing but the handle for the shower and heater were a bit slippery.

Good refreshment corner with snacks and cup noodles, coke, coffee, water for guests to refresh after coming back from outside hot weather. Great help for transportation support and also for storing the luggage matters.

The water supplies for the wash room are not adequate in the morning time, may be the water is shared by other room at the same time. Also , at the second midnight, there is no water coming out from the washroom, and the hotel later can manage it for the water may be used in the Songkran festival.

This property was exceptionally clean and has lovely pool that we used often during our stay. Breakfast was some of the best foods we tried in Chiang Mai - their curries for breakfast were sensational! also, the free snack and drinks area was nicely set out and a popular spot. The staff here were very friendly, eager to help and we cannot wait to bring our family next time. The location is so good as very close to daily night food market, while being just outside the old city walls it is an easy 5 minute walk to old town. Scooter hire places are nearby too. I would highly recommend this hotel to others as it is by far the best one we have stayed in while for the price point/value for money as we tour Asia.

The buffet breakfast was divine, much better than most restaurants in Chiang Mai. The staff was also top notch. The all-day free snack bar was also excellent. There was fresh fruit, freezing cold coke, cereal, yogurt, crackers, sticky rice wrapped in banana leaves. We felt pampered.

The hotel is not in the old town, but we took a Grab (Thai version of Uber) in and out, and it was only 60-90Baht.

The bathroom/toilet often had a sewage smell to it. However, we didn't bring this to the attention of the fantastic hotel staff, as we were only staying one night.

We really loved this hotel. The hotel and service were excellent. All the receptionists were very friendly and very helpful. There were plenty of breakfast to choose both Thai and intercontinental. The best point of this hotel was the unlimited snacks and tea and coffee and water around the reception area. The hotel was still within walking distance to the weekend street walk market and other attractions. If you don't want to walk, you can get a tuk tuk or songthaew (pick up truck) taxi service near by. We definitely will stay in DUM Hotel again in our next visit to Chiangmai.

My bathroom floor was flooding I complained twice, but no one came to fix it. No bench space in the bathroom. No drawers to put your clothes.

Nice little hotel, has a vibe of it's own. 24 hour tea, coffee, water, Coca-Cola and munchies is a nice concept, giving it home away from home. We stayed for 5 nights, loved it. Staff is very polite and helpful

I was surprised not to see any cupboard but it didn't make a difference. Loved modern design

Good location not so far from center. but just a few parking area. very good breakfast , and really good free water-coffee-tea and Cola with many kind of snack that 24hr free at lobby. I got room on 5th floor - look good and fresh air from the rooftop garden.

I got room on 5th floor - look good and fresh air from the rooftop garden-after rain, but during raining , the roof making some noise and some water collected in front of the room, and next day - some officer going to do some construction that make some noise.
