A beautiful hotel with a warm and friendly staff. The breakfast is amazing. There's a lot of art which we really loved. Great shower. Quiet inside. Beds super comfortable.

The room we stayed in was very small. It was a twin but there really wasn't room to walk around the sides of the beds. There was no chair in the room and only a space for one bag to be up off the floor. The hotel is on a very busy road. Every time you leave the hotel there is so much traffic to dodge getting around. Just something to be aware of.

High spec rooms pillows and beds very comfortable, air con and fridge both work great and are quiet bathroom water pressure and temperature are perfect wifi also awesome . Staff are brilliant. Breakfast is set menu but has 7 different options all are good maybe take the Thai/asian options as they are better I think.

The road outside that you have to cross to get to the old city is a pain you can walk to the north east corner of moat which makes it easier to cross due to traffic lights.

We liked everything about this property. First of all the staff is amazing. They are happy, polite, thoughtful and very helpful. The location is convenient for exploring the old city, being picked up by a taxi, and being on the path of hotels to be picked up for tours or cooking classes. Breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. The hotel and rooms are very clean, modern, and nicely appointed. An excellent choice for a visit to Chiang Mai.

Lovely hotel in a great location. I stayed here as a solo female traveller and felt really safe walking to/from the hotel. Breakfast choices was great, bed was comfy and the room was really clean.

Slightly noisy at night as my room was literally right by the lift, nothing earplugs couldn’t fix though!

I liked their breakfast and the location of the hotel...close to everything and i mean everything! I also love that the beds had so many comfortable pillows😍 The staff were super friendly and v v v helpful😍

The rooms are a bit too small i feel. I also found it odd that there was no kettle in the room...i love a hot cup of tea before i retire to bed so i missed that😜

Luxurious, modern and very clean. Very friendly staff. Great location just outside the city wall. Spacious room with comfortable (big) shower.

Breakfast was sufficient but basic. You have to decide the day before on what type of breakfast you want (e.g. Thai breakfast, continental, etc.). We chose continental but found it a bit basic (toast, jam, little croissant, plain yoghurt and fruit).

Quu hotel is pretty new. The first impression is clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and welcoming. They speak perfect english. Communication is not an issue. The hotel breakfast has plenty of set meals to choose from. Boiled rice is my favorite breakfast :D. The set comes with coffee/tea, seasonal fruits, juice and water and occasional cakes. The room is spacious. Hot water flask and ironing facilities are available upon request. Bed and pillow is comfy. We had such good rest. The overall cleanliness is spectacular. I have to say the added touch of artistic decorations made it a pleasing stay. Location of the hotel is located just outside the old city. Convenient for pick ups for tours and such. Great food and coffee and 7-11 just round the corner. Approx 5mins walk.

The coffee could have been better. Who wouldnt like to start the day with a cup of aroma coffee. The instant coffee together with the breakfast set is upsetting. We even tried the espresso coffee that they do serve but the taste is still not up to standard. However the overall breakfast will still be a 10. Just don't order the instant coffee. I do hope the hotel will change that away. Even instant does have awesome ones.

Good location,but you will need comfy walking shoes to appreciate Chiang Mai. Great breakfast, very modern facilities and decor. As is the norm throughout Thailand, we had great staff. Situated on the River Bank surrounding the Old City.

Double room very narrow, bed width plus 300mm each side, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Not really an issue.

Location, cleanness and comfort

Breakfast could be a little bit more varied. Limited options for European people. The staff at reception did not know much about suggestions to do around. No shower in our room, just a bath with no protection from the water splash (a bit uncomfortable).

Breakfast large portions. Tasty. Please put salt on the tray. I liked the hotel ambience, peaceful and quiet. Staff helpful and polite. Loved the art work.

No kettle or hot drink facility in room. This was a problem because the cafe closed at 5 pm. No cafes within walking distance. So have to keep ordering delivery.
