It's right on the haad Rin beach, close to everything, we loved the location. Be aware that it's on the party beach so sometimes you will hear music in your room. We knew that and it didn't bother us. Staff is great, pool excellent. Food by the pool good. We had a great stay.

Facility around pool looks wear down and could use some love. The beach in front of hotel is not really cleaned and is full of washed up glass. There is some old construction site right of the hotel (on the beach side) and in front of it is tons of washed up garbage. Pity it isn't cleaned, the beach is so nice.

Love the location and hotel facilities

One thing I don’t like is they don’t have 24 hours lobby staff. You can’t check out before 8 Am. We have a 7 am ferry scheduled to go back Bangkok . We called the hotel phone and no one pick up the phone. From Koh Phangan to Bangkok, we have a long way to go to catch an evening flight. So I think most of the guests want to check out early and they need a 24 hours lobby staff.

Great location, practically on Full Moon beach. Their restaurant serves fantastic breakfast,& delicious smoothies.

Basic room, but that’s compared to a hotel, for a hostel it’s quite a luxury room! Other rooms seemed to have no window/balcony, so they had windows that came into the communal hallway, glad we weren’t in one of those.

The room was a very nice, big and bright room with a welcoming, quite big balcony. It has everything you need. The pool is big and very nice. The hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel and the price-Performance ratio is very very good. It is located directly at an very nice beach and has many good beach bars just around the corner.

It's not possible to book breakfast. But in the neighbourbuilding is a good place to have a nice breakfast with proper prices. The bathroom is aerated by an opened window (don't worry there is an insect screen on it). That's why the temperatures in the bathroom were always relatively hot.

The location is very good! The staff is friendly. I traveled alone and spontaneously, this was my best option available. It was overal really good! Just pay attention, if you want to sleep don’t book it on the full moon dates!

This is a hotel mostly for young and parties. But the stay was very good. If you book it in advance you will get a cheaper price for sure.

So affordable!!! Hotel is right on the beach. Pool is a great size and such a nice relaxing spot. Room was a good size. I would recommend for a nice relaxing beach stay if you're in the area!

The smell in the room was terrible - hotel is clearly aware of the issue hence the 3 air fresheners in the room but this clearly needs to be properly sorted. Beds were also extremely hard. Probably wouldn't choose to stay in Haad Rin again, purely because theres not much to do around there - not the hotels fault of course!

The staff is very friendy. The room is large and location is right next to beach. The hotel can help to arrange the taxi which is cheaper. There are free wifi and happy bar with some drink and snack. Overall, the price and the service are very good.

damp smell but tolerable

Location was right by Full Moon beach and the partying which is brilliant for the young people who are there to do just that. Not quite right for an older couple. Comfortable beds. Super staff and always helpful and willing to help.

Very hard pillows. Lots of noise all night but that the location of the Hotel and their customers not the Hotel’s fault. Breakfast wasn’t up to normal standard.

We had an awesome room with balcony and bath. Very close to the sea and within walking distance from supermarket and shops. Staff was very friendly and helped to carry luggage to the room.

If you like a quiet stay, read the property description that at times music may be loud. Even some loud people on the streets might be heard. This was not an issue for us, as it was anticipated.

Comfortable room, inside there was a jacuzzi facing the sea. A lady to reception very friendly and helpful. Good place for breakfast and meals inside at good prices. Beautifull swimming pool. A very good place to stay in koh Phangan.

Unfortunately in this period Koh Phangan is almost desert. No tourists, bars and restaurants empty or closed. Quite sad.
