We loved the pool and the stuff at the pool restaunrant. They were funny and always so kind. Great hotel to stay in, if you wanna be part of the full moon party. We could watch them preparing everything at the beach.

The rooms/bungalows are quite old and we often had worms in the room. While and after the full moon party the lights were sometimes flickering. The shower drain was not always working that good and we once had a big spider in the shower... We told the staff at the reception and they checked the drain.

Paradise Bungalows are conveniently close to the very nice Haad Rin beach. There is an amazing pool at the property and they also offer Yoga some days. If you want to avoid crowds - just make sure you're not here the 5 days around the Full Moon party. Beautiful beach and great for swimming!! The Haad Rin beach area has a lot to offer - vibey street cafe culture, loads of nice restaurants and bars to visit at night. Also loads of restaurants on the beach with nightly Fire shows and music.

The pool area is very nice. The staff are friendly and make sure you're happy.

Everything was great. If I had to think of anything I didnt like - The top of the fridge was dirty. The balcony screen door had an issue and they fixed it right away. However, the screen door handle broke when the door was fixed and the handle was left unfixed. Although, everything was great for me. I would recommend.

well, it's just located at the beach but a little bit from the bars so that you can enjoy the beach and also get sleep easily in midnitght. My daughter is very like the big swimming pool since it was built earlier maybe ten years before. but that's not a big problem. we booked the bugalow three days which named B1 is good especially the big balcony,Air conditioner works well.

the housekeeping service won't work unless you leave the keys to the front desk in the morning and ask for. the price on this island almost double than Samui(the 7-11 self-brand 1.5L drinking water charge you 20B here but 13B at Samui). but this is not the fault of the hotel.The bathroom should be refurbished or at least needs a curtain.

Location is absolutely amazing!! Walk out of the hotel and your on the beach, huge pool with plenty of sun loungers. Staff were brilliant, any issues and they’ll sort it straight away.

The food wasn’t great, the two times we ate there it was cold, we did ask our food to be reheated however it still came back fridge temperature cold.

We went outside of the full moon party time and it was great for a family.Beautiful spot with a nice big pool and not busy/crowded.They upgraded us to the beach/pool view room which was great.The staff were super friendly.

As a family I’m not sure I would go when there are parties on.We left the day one was setting up and don’t think it would be good at night with young kids.

Everyone who works at the property are super amazing. The location is super nice the food in the restaurant is completely tasty and awesome. They are so helpful to make you have an amazing stay. I mistakenly booked wrong but they adjusted it for us successfully. One best properties I have been in my life

There is nothing not to like it matches 100% island level of vaccination.

Very friendly staff. Accommodations were as expected, clean. Housekeeping bright me fresh towels along with 2 water bottles, and toilet paper every morning.

The door to the balcony needs a handle on the door from the outside

Location top if you want to be in Haad rin and enjoy full moon party, but also the beautiful beach that is really quiet in the morning. Basic but big bungalow with terrace and sea view. Priceless. Nice friendly staff. Good cocktail by the swimming pool

Stayed there for the full moon party so it’s was super pricey but the location is on the party’s beach. Free entry to the party. It has a pool too

The restaurant was pricey. You’ll find cheaper option in other places not so touristy
