the hotel is not bad! great location for celebrating the New Year at the full moon party, the best, since the area is closed, you can go home at any time, take a break, change clothes, wash and continue celebrating , friendly staff, helped our friends with accommodation, impressed by the breakfast, very tasty and fresh, fantastic view of the beach behind the rin and the sea, good pool, all restaurants at hand

very poor cleaning, you can hear the music too loudly, but we knew about it when we booked, so we quickly got used to it, the hotel renovation is very old, the quality is completely absent, but for Thailand this is the norm, especially on the island, bed linen with holes, no wardrobes, no place to put things, there is not a single chair in the room and this is considering the fact that this is a family room, overall it is normal but only for 2-3 days for a party

The location and view from the beachfront villa was incredible, really could not wake up to a better view. One step and you're on the beach. The villa itself was large, the beds comfortable and two separate bathrooms (one with toilet, one with bath/shower). The staff at the hotel are great and helped us very quickly when we had a few problems. The balcony was by far the best and we spent most our time on it.

The room itself was very old fashioned, it was dirty and I felt even though it was cleaned daily it was still dirty. Do not stay here if you can't sleep through noise, this is not an issue as it was expected but we stayed on full moon and the noise carries on until 9am where the whole villa shakes with the speakers nearby.

We booked this property to go to the full moon party, we stayed in a beach villa which was perfect for what we wanted it for, the pool bar is great too, they play good music and serve you drinks in the pool, all the staff are great here so friendly and helpful. It was quite hard to get to sleep with the noise during the full moon party but you are right in the centre of the party which is what we wanted so we can’t complain.

The hotel is probably in the best spot on Haad Rin beach. I came here for 3 days and stayed 3 weeks. Love the location and the proximity to shops and restaurants and walking street for evening street food dining. I also enjoyed the bar by the swimming pool. would I come back? In a heart beat.

Firstly, the resort accommodated my group of 6 (3 rooms of 2) to check in early as our ferry arrived earlier than anticipated. Our room was fairly big and very clean. We were on the first floor and had both a balcony with a sea view and an ensuite. There was a lovely pool with a view overlooking the sea and the beach equipped with a bar to the side. As we were staying during the full moon party we had free access through to the beach and could not have been closer. The restaurant attached to the resort was delicious and both the Phad Thai and the seafood Phad Khaproa were excellent. It was however slightly on the pricier side.

The only thing that could have been improved were the ground floor rooms of which our group had two, they were much darker and both smelled slightly of damp. I would just request a room on the first floor if booking to stay here.

The property’s location was ideal, perfect for the full moon party and right near 7 eleven, the pool was very nice and near the beach

We liked the location and our sea facing villa was fantastic.

2 things we didnt like. Number 1 we had a fraudulent transaction on their link via booking.com. to our surprise neither booking.com nor hotel supported us on this. So we would not use booking.com for further hotel bookings. 2nd they need to work on water pressure in the bathroom and stronger water heater. A little renovation on the exterior part of the villa to make it look awesome.

Location is super, but if you wanna sleep on Full moon party, is impossible. But the other nights were calm. Center, 7-11, restaurants and bars are near, is on the beach, pool is clean, rooms are clean and beds comfortable.

honestly stunning hotel!! literally on the beach with beautiful white sands and crystal clear waters. the pool is a good size with a lovely swim up bar. real luxury for a very affordable price. I honestly do not understand how this hotel is not rated 10/10. we were only meant to stay 3 nights however they kindly let us extend to 5 nights and it was beautiful. staff are all lovely. you can get your room cleaned every day and they give you fresh water every day. rooms are clean and spacious. central location to lots of restaurants and bars. the restaurant attached to the hotel is some of the nicest food I’ve had in Thailand and I’ve been here for almost a month. even the western food is spot on! if your looking to come to the full moon BOOK THIS place you won’t regret it it’s literally 5 second walk from the beach that full moon takes place! if your not here for full moon and here to relax on holiday still book this hotel, its beautiful.

only negative I can say about this hotel is that our balcony did not have much of a view due to a very tall bush being in the way however this really did not bother us as we spent no time on the balcony and spent all our time at the pool and beautiful white sand beach! our room was next to the bars so there was some noise that could be heard however it wasn’t loud enough to keep you awake.

My room was very clean, staff were very nice. Directly on the beach. They also have a good restaurant/bar. I stayed for full moon party, but it was more quiet than I expected. In a good way. Nice and calm the days after, good pool area
