The location of this gem is right on the beautiful beach of Haadrin. Walking out the back you will find Lotus and 7-11 within a 2-minute-walk. The restaurant in the hotel is really good and reasonably priced, but there are also many other restaurants close by for a change. The breakfast menu has a good variety, even cappuccino or iced coffee were included, not only the regular americano. And you get a refill if you like. Breakfast is served in the restaurant directly next to the beach. We loved the views in the morning. During the day, you can relax on the beach or the big pool. They have beach "sacks" to lay on and you get new beach towels every day. At the pool they have loungers and umbrellas. Sun or shade - there are spots for all likings. A big plus for us was that the internet is fast and stable. On a rainy day we watched Netflix on the smartTV in the room without problems. Also working online (videoconferences) work out perfectly all over the premises. The house keeping is doing an amazing job. Even though the bungalows are located in a lush green garden, everything is extremely clean and we had no mosquitos or other bothering insects in the room. You also get 2 new bottles of water every day and fresh towels. All staff extremely friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was a great surprise, as the surrounding area doesn't look very appealing. Unfortunately, much of Haad Rin is quite dirty, but stepping into Palita Lodge feels like entering a completely different place. The entire hotel environment is excellent! The room we stayed in was wonderful and extremely clean! Our TV was broken, and when they saw it couldn’t be fixed, they brought us a new one. The menu offers many great meal options! The staff is amazing and super helpful! The beach is also very nice, and there’s a walking street nearby with plenty of options for massages, food, and more.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the hotel! A perfect 10/10 for them! Excellent value for money! The only thing is that the area just before entering the hotel could be cleaner and better maintained. That area likely doesn’t belong to the hotel, but it’s a shame it’s so deteriorated and dirty. Haad Rin as a whole could improve in terms of cleanliness. We saw many plastic straws in the sea, broken glass bottles, and lots of trash scattered on the beach. It’s a wonderful place, but sadly very poorly cared for. As for the hotel, however, absolutely no issues! Palita Lodge is a gem on this beach.

What an amazing location! We had a beach front bungalow which was superb. It had everything we needed for a 2 day stay. The beach was stunning. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arranged a drop off to the port after our stay which was 5 hours after check out. They securely stored our luggage and allowed us to continue using their facilities. Breakfast was a good choice. We didn't use the pool but it was big with pool towels and loungers provided. 2 bottles of water and fresh towels were left each morning. Overall an fantastic stay.

The only thing that was a pain which was nothing to do with the hotel was the bass of the music playing at a nearby bar. We did however stay where the full moon parties are held, so very much young persons area. No issues at all with the hotel or staff

The resort is on the beach and consists of bungalows. Some are older (smaller) and some newer (bigger). The garden in which the resort is located is magnificent, full of various tropical trees. Each bungalow has a large covered terrace. The restaurant is on the beach and is completely in the shade, as is the part of the beach in front of the resort that is in the shade from 11 a.m. until sunset. The restaurant has solid food quality and prices. Wi fi is excellent and fast. The resort has its own transfer to the pier and it is 500 baht one way per vehicle. The staff is very friendly. The bungalows are cleaned every day and beach towels are provided. Older bungalows should be renovated. The beach itself is sandy with a nice light blue color and is clean.

What a beautiful hidden gem of a hotel. Perfectly located on the absolutely stunning Haad Rin beach. Best swimming beach we have ever been to in all our travels throughout Thailand. We had a beachfront bungalow and would return tomorrow if we could. This hotel has a magical feeling. Set amongst beautiful shady gardens, the pool is delightfully cool - and so refreshing. The staff are very helpful and friendly the rooms are spacious and very clean. We never left the lodge for meals because the food was so good actually some of the best we've eaten in Thailand. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

Please remember you are in Haad Rin Beach, and they do have full moon parties here, so check your dates before coming. We were lucky enough to be here during Songkran, and there were very mild celebrations. You can sometimes hear music, and the longtail boats ferrying party goers to other beaches during the night, but Palita Lodge is at the opposite end of the beach, so noise is minimal.

Fabulous location, best in Haad Rin! Staff were wonderful, very attentive but not in your face all the time either, they were there when needed and the rest of the time you’re left to use the facilities as you please without interruption. Everyone was super helpful and easy to deal with. Location was by far the selling point here. Loved the leafiness of the trees over the property, very tropical and felt like we were much more off the beaten track than we were. Some of the rooms looked like they were newer than the others, we got an older one but it did the job and was still pretty nice, and well cleaned each day. Will definitely be back here next time! Loved that it’s not a big commercial hotel, this place is unique, has character and Thai charm! 10/10

Fabulous location - far end of Haad Rin beach. Beautiful sand, gorgeous sea. Few beanbags available to use FOC via the hotel along with kayaks & SUP boards. Few minute walk down the beach to other bars, fire shows & respite shops & restaurants. Loved our bungalow - very comfortable bed & pillows. Netflix available. Spacious terrace. So relaxing to sit out in the morning/evenings. Breakfast was basic but wholesome, cooked to order (from a menu) with toast & fruit also available. Amazing view of the ocean & beach whilst you ate your breakfast at their dining area.Best thing to wake up to. Coffee machine great. We used their restaurant services both at lunchtime & evening & food was tasty, well presented & hot (although I do like my TvI food a little spicier) Staff very polite & helpful. Lovely little black dog.

The location is perfect 👌 right on the beach where the Full moon party and other parties are held. The resort is gorgeous and the staff were very friendly and the service was impeccable. They cleaned the rooms daily and we got fresh linen and water. They also offer free Kayak and stand up paddle boards for guests. The breakfast that's included was really nice and the buffet dinner before the Full moon party exceeded our expectations.

The beds are definitely not comfortable at all, you can literally feel all the springs and the pillows are average as well. The pool needed to be cleaned. The worst part was the mosquito's they were everywhere and we got bitter alive.

If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Haad Rin full moon beach this is the place to stay. The facilities are clean, food is amazing and the hotel staff are exceptional. We have stayed at this resort many times and would definitely go back. For the main party celebrations the hotel is completely safe and there is a high level of security. During main events, the hotel is conveniently located while being far enough away to have some quiet.
