Location was great though the area was quite dead when we were there due to some rain and not during high season (before fully moon party). Very clean, the staff was very accommodating with extra beach towels and an umbrella, there is a motorbike rental right at the hotel which made it more safe to leave our passports with them instead of an outside dealer. It is also right across from the path to the beach and even the pool was clean and comfortable. Love the layout of the building it was interesting!

The beds were quite firm and the sliding doors did not keep in the cool air during the day, but the AC cooled the room quickly once we had out key in the slot.

Hotel is located near Haad Rin Beach where Full Moon parties occur. There are shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby. Hotel was great, staff was helpful with information and also helped us with our baggage. Room was big enough for us, AC was working, there was also a fridge in the room. There is also a pool which we only used once. We walked to Leela Beach (totally recommend!) and Sunset Beach. We arrived from Koh Samui to Haad Rin Pier and walked easily to the hotel. A lovely lady working at the reception helped us book a transportation from the hotel to Thong Sala Pier and then to Surat Thani Train Station.

The staff were amazing! So lovely and caring. Upon arrival 2 male staff carried our heavy bags to the room and on the last day we were leaving from the port. Although the port is just a short walk we didn’t want to walk with our heavy bags so a member of staff kindly offered to take us on his motorbike one at a time for free!! So kind - thank you so much! Pool was lovely, rooms nice and spacious, on the beach front and right by7/11, restaurants bars etc, no complaints! The beach is so beautiful too

Clean rooms with amazing aircon I got sick just before arriving so having a nice comfy bed with a good Ac was a blessing The location was perfect, right near the main strip Pool area was good but also busy ( I stayed around FMP) The wood style cabins are so cute and the place has a nice vibe The sound proofing was pretty good I didn’t hear much and there was always loud partys happening

A bit pricey but worth it if your wanting to go to FMP as it’s right on the heart of everything

Location was fab for the full moon. Cleaners clean your room on demand and the room is to a good standard. They provide water and glasses too. There’s an air con and a fan so more than enough aircon

The drains STANKKK, the sink mechanism was off and blocked up. The door locks with a padlock but is secure enough. It’s quite loud because of the surrounding environment (full moon events) but bareable. They make you pay a 500 baht deposit??!! I feel like that’s quite a lot in comparison to other places I’ve stayed

The room was spacious and very clean. Daily cleaning possible upon dropping off key at reception. Very kind staff. Pool was great and not busy at all

Everything was great. Simply be aware that if you visit during low season (not during full moon party) the area is an absolute ghost time. We were happy to enjoy the quiet time though

The beds are so comfy! Amazing location right in the centre of Haad Rin and a 2 minutes away from walk to the beach. The pool was very clean and lovely to swim in, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby. Very relaxing spot to stay.

The shower pressure was non existent and we didn’t have any hot water. Other than that it was great.

The room was clean, they offer room cleaning every day if you want it and towels to take to the beach. The pool was nice, location good for Mae - Head, and easy to access surrounding areas with a scooter. Staff were friendly and helped with scooter rental, boat tickets and taxi to pier.

Great apartment complex very close to Haad Rin Nok Beach and with plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. Good facilities in the room, with fridge, kettle, fan and air conditioning (absolutely essential). There is a pool in the complex as well. Don't miss Rin Nai Beach, just a short walk but with a completely different vibe from Haad Rin Beach.

The bathroom floor was a bit slippery.

Warm welcome on arrival and staff took me to my room, showed me the facilities. Easily arranged a 1 day excursion at reception. Rooms was immaculately clean and swimming pool area was nice and relaxing

No fault to the hotel but constant smell of cannabis with guests smoking on their balcony’s put me off.
