Phangan Bayshore Resort is perfect. We stayed there for 5 days and had 4 connecting rooms in the newly renovated wing. And it was pure luxury. Beautiful. Stylish. Nothing was missing. There were beach bags, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, complimentary water and soft drinks. Outside the room, there was a lovely veranda that we made great use of. The veranda never got too hot — of course, a fan had been installed out there. Everything is so thoughtfully designed. Breakfast at Bayshore is absolutely amazing. Be sure to try the Eggs Benedict or the Avocado Toast. So delicious. The hotel is located right on the beach — the same beach where the Half Moon and Full Moon parties take place. We were there during the Half Moon Party, but we didn’t notice any noise or litter on the beach at all. You had to walk about 5 minutes down the beach to get to the party area. It had a cozy vibe, lounge music, fire shows, etc. But no noise could be heard from the hotel. So don’t let that stop you from booking this wonderful hotel. The beach, by the way, is fantastic! Clean and lovely, and with a jellyfish net so you can swim safely — even with children. It’s relatively shallow, but not so much that you can’t swim out properly. The hotel is right in the middle of town — you can reach a 7-Eleven in 5 minutes, and there are plenty of massage places and tourist shops nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything from booking snorkeling trips to arranging taxis. And when we needed medical assistance, they were also just fantastic — efficient, kind, and quick to help. Only the highest recommendations for this amazing hotel. We would gladly come back.

Location is great if interested in full moon or other parties, as well as being near shops and restaurants but far from night markets and other attractions. Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable, breakfast has a good variety. Theres a small playground which is great for kids.

To get in and out of Haad Rin you need a taxi in which the ride is bumpy (we traveled with 2 young kids) and pricy.

Booking rooms at this hotel is quite confusing. There are 3 very different room types. Initially we stayed in the beachfront rooms however although these rooms were clean the walls were thin and we were often woken by loud music or noisy neighbours. Fortunately the staff were able to move us to the villas after the first 2 nights. The villas were great, spacious and quiet. Nothing the property can do about this but when the full moon party isn’t on (it wasn’t for our stay) the area is very quiet.

My girlfriend and I spent the last five nights of our month-long vacation in Thailand at this wonderful hotel, and I must say we were truly impressed from the very first moment. The room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and a stunning view of the pool and a partial sea view that took our breath away every time we looked out the window. The ground-floor terrace was perfect, and the cleanliness was impeccable. A special thanks goes to the waitress named Honey, whose outstanding professionalism and friendly demeanor always brightened our meals. She was always ready to assist us with a smile and is truly a precious asset to the staff. We would also like to thank the restaurant manager, who was incredibly kind and did an excellent job being so attentive to every detail, making the restaurant one of the best we experienced in all of Thailand. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for the famous beach party and is the best choice for practically anything one could hope for in a dream vacation.

located directly at HaadRin beach you had the possibility to jump out of your bed right into the ocean. The staff was extrem friendly and kind and always open for a little smalltalk. We were especially impressed by Fon from the reception desk and Cartoon from the housekeeping staff, as they were very competent. Also the whole Resort was very clean and tidy; we were located at one of the few beachfront rooms with direct oceanview. Sadly there were constructions at the Hotel. We were told at the beginning of our stay and we weren’t disturbed by that, but i can imagine others could be.

Sadly the breakfast wasn’t as good as we hoped. Located in a wonderful decorated restaurant the menu was VERY limited (due to the small amount of guests at the moment i would suggest). The coffee was very good indeed.

We absolutely loved this place, the restaurant was amazing, placed so well overlooking the beach and had a really nice indoor/ outdoor flow, really nice boho like decor and amazing for having little kids and the floor is lined with sand areas which they can play with. The food was sooo good, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the location was great, walking distance to all the shops.

One of the reasons I chose this property was a because it had a beach and a pool, the beach was beautiful and we spent a lot of time there with the kids playing in the sand, but there are warning signs everywhere for the box (and other) jellyfish. Which is not noted at all on here. So obviously with small kids we decided not to venture into the water, plus I didn’t see one person swim there. I think there needs to be a better safety net system where they maybe cannot get in at all so people cause use the front shore line to enjoy the water. A quick Google showed me of a women and a couple kids (separate) occasions dying there so with a 2 and 5yo that totally freaked me out.

Amazing location right on the beach for the full moon party, could come and go during the night and there was security monitoring it. Room was nice and the pool looks onto the beach! Breakfast was good and ate in the restaurant for lunch and dinner too and was lovely! All the reception staff we dealt with were very nice

Our air con was broken and wouldn’t turn off , shower water temperature wasn’t very warm.

Everything. We were upgraded from the cottages to the superior room and it was amazing. The rooms were comfy, nicely decorated and had a small terrace with a fan so it was ok to sit outside even when it was hot. The staff was super helpful. They arranged a shuttle to the pier for us for no fee.

The breakfast could have been richer. There were many options when you want to eat eggs every day but not so many for kids that have a sweet tooth.

Location is unbelievable, just make sure you don’t go when the full moon party is on. Loads of places to eat and drink nearby. One night we walked 10 steps down the beach, ate dinner and drank watching a fire show for hours. Really good! The rooms were big, clean and really comfortable. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The pool area was great. The restaurant area was really modern and great vibes.

The dinner food was overpriced! One night they had a beach BBQ with singer, looked amazing but we were told we could only sit on the beach if we ate the overpriced sea food options from the BBQ. The pool area was great but the sun loungers could do with a clean, particularly the white ones which are stained with bird poo. A little clean first thing in the morning would make a huge difference!
