Very great hostel vibes and its facilities. The pool, the bar/restaurant, gym in the middle of the nature. The stuff really nice.

All great. The only thing we regret to pick a room with fan and no A/C it was too hot the whole day & night in the room.

Fantastic big pool! We loved the bar for socializing and meeting people. Theres a group chat for hanging out and there was plenty of events to go To. There’s also a well equipped gym. The location is perfect, close to a 711 and a beautiful beach. We travelled around the island but loved the beach right there. Also close to an affordable bike rental place. We chose the private room with airconditioning which was great value for money. It had a little balcony and a place to hang your clothes to dry.

Sometimes the bar music plays late at night and it’s really loud

I really liked the common area which feels like a little hut oasis in the jungle. The staff was very nice and helpful whenever I had any questions or needed help. They also have a pool and a gym. Overall a very good value for money.

I stayed in the female dormitory and while it was quite spacious and provided some lockers, I believe these were quite small. The areas surrounding the beds were very messy with loads of clothes or trash and personal items and luggages were mostly on the floor. Therefore I believe the floor and carpets aren’t cleaned properly. Some of the girls also left their leftover dinner or coffees open overnight on the common table in the middle of the room which I found disrespectful. Maybe cleaning could improve a bit in this space. Similarly the showers which are together with the toilets are best used in the morning after they are cleaned. By the end of the day they really weren’t that inviting to take a shower in there anymore.

The bungalows are very nice and spacious enough, in a beautiful surrounding. There's a very strong WIFI reception, so I could work without any issues, perfectly in a hammock on my own terrace :D There's an open gym as well, if you'd like to do some workouts and otherwise on the other side, behind the swimming pool, you can also join some Yoga classes. And not to forget, if you like socializing, they have their space up, where you can have a nice drink and some good food. So I would say, it's really an all-round place as they got basically everything. And 3 /4 minutes walk, you're at a beautiful beach!

I initially booked 3 nights but ended up extending for an extra 4. Staff are friendly and helpful! Cafe and bar are so good I ate here almost every day the food is fresh and delicious. Yoga with Pearl in the shala or around the pool is fabulous. Ladies stay in the female dorm it's huge and spacious and everyone was really respectful and quiet at night. Great pillows lol. The bathrooms were scrubbed every morning and super clean. Great communal spaces to meet people. Super close Walking distance to the beach ⛱️

Nothing. Stay here it's rad

Really sociable, fun place to stay! We stayed as a family of four with our 10 and 8 year old - although it's definitely aimed at backpackers it was also fab for a family stay. The family bungalow we had was plenty big enough and was really comfortable - comfy beds and hammocks out on the deck to chill out in. The pool is lovely and really deep so great for our two to jump in to! There's also a gym area that's free to use and daily (fab) yoga classes. But best of all is the big bar area - really chilled out and sociable. The staff are really friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Lovely staff, atmosphere and overall feeling of the place. Great equipment at the gym, a usable yoga/meditation hut of its own, and a fine swimming pool and area.

Let's be honest - it's not all new and shiny today in January 2025. They could put some more money on renovating for example the shared bathrooms/showers. They are thoroughly cleaned every day which I highly appreciate. Still I find it could be a major improvement for the future hospitality of the place.

Very budget-friendly place, for this price it's a really good private bugalow. Staff is very friendly, the food and drink selection is superior, nice pool and gym. Also great for networking, and making new friends - it seems like more people are staying there long-term, and there's quite a great company that gathered there. The beach is just a few minutes away.

It's quite far from everything, if you don't have a scooter/car, it'll be difficult, or expensive to move around the island.

The owner was so friendly and caring! He checked up on everyone daily, making sure that everyone was happy and had everything he/she needed. He left the lights on in the bar when everyone left so I could finish my online course from 12 am till 3 am. The property is just amazing with the swimming pool accessible 24/7, the bar where you have many spots to either socialize or do your own thing, the atmosphere, the music,... The location is also perfect with many good restaurants, beaches, yoga classes,... in the neighbourhood if you rent a scooter. I stayed twice in this hostel for a couple of weeks and absolutely loved it! I will definitely come back when I'm in Koh Phangan.

The water pressure of the showers is really low.

Loved it, definitely worth it! Nice facilities, loved the pool and the restaurant. I believe the owner (or I thought he was the owner at least) might be a bit fed up of tourists as he was an exception of not super friendly and smiley people I met all over Thailand, but I can imagine so many people coming in non stop in such a touristic place can have this effect on someone. Definitely not a reason not to choose the place though, absolutely recommend, value for money
