Wonderful place to stay in samui's , his location very close to ban tai beach I trained at "lionheart " a muay thai gym while im staying here. Jon and his wife were lovely hosts. Everything worked well in the villa, and they were always responsive if i needed anything. The rooms are , clean, comfortable and have a excellent wifi.

Gosh… where do I start… Firstly we have been visiting Thailand for over 10 years, and I have never had to leave a bad review for any hotel/villa etc Upon arrival to our villa it was evident straight away how filthy the place was but we had just arrived and my partner did not want to start off on a moan/bad vibe as we had been travelling for 17 hours so we politely had a chat with the owners GF then went to sleep. come the morning we spent the first 2 hours after going to the 7/11 to buy cleaning products it’s having to clean the place. They have 2 dogs, (1 is a puppy)that live in the complex (not stated on booking.com) by the way we love dogs so that wasn’t the issue with the dogs. we have a 4 month baby, the puppy kept biting his feet when he was in his buggy, he ruined multiple toys, inflatables, and even one of my £100 pair of sliders, the dogs poo’d all over the complex including by the pool so it was all leak into the pool water. when told about this they took the poo away but never washed it down, also no notice was taken when I complained to Jon (the guy from Liverpool the owner) the dogs were chewing all our stuff. the TV did not work so was taken away day 2 and returned 6 days before we were due to leave… we were meant to be there almost 1 month. The bathroom/toilet smelt like a mens urinals, tiles were cracked in the small kitchen area, the sofa was so run down and stained there was just hard wood poking out the corner (dangerous for my baby who had just learnt to sit up) the beds for like prison beds (rock hard) I mean there is so much more I could go on about but I will just put up some pictures and you can see for yourselves, however it limits you to only uploading 4. please note (when we booked this complex there were multiple reviews) however it seems they have all disappeared and now there is just 1 fake review claiming this place is a dream. it’s not it’s a nightmare.
