The hotel is located in a quiet area on the Mae Nam beach. The beach is private only for the hotel guests and is clean as well as the sea. There are pretty much no waves so it is suitable for swimming and families with small children alike. There is also a pool in the hotel with sunbeds around. They are also located on the beach with a parasol for your convenience. The breakfast was rich - assorted fruit, bread, cheese and ham, eggs prepared the ways you want at the spot, and many more. Definitely satisfaction. We stayed in a bungalow with a large bathroom, refrigerator and a fan and A/C (we found it really cool to have an A/C blowing directly in the fan which allowed us to use the A/C in the "low" mode and still had a pleasant, cool and fresh environment in the room. We were also provided with two bottles of water every day. There is a "no stress area" inside the hotel and it definitely is a no stress area. Plenty of trees, bushes, flowers, beach within a two-minute walk from the bungalow. You can also have a massage in the hotels spa and I highly recommend it.

The resort was beautiful laid out, lovely gardens. The rooms very nice with lots of attention to detail. On a quiet part of the beach virtually next to the pier.

The restaurant had virtually no vegetarian food and for a longer stay without a scooter you might have felt s bit cut off but that said a lovely place to stay

Great place to unvind from your busy life. You will have a sea at your door step, which was calm even June is considered a rain season. Beautiful gardens, big clean swimming pool. Bed in our bungalow was very comfortable, however furniture was a little bit outdated. Nice buffet breakfast. Helpful receptionist Pam with good English and frendly attitude, she took care of all our needs and wants which is important for a good holiday. There is a restaurant on the premises and many other restaurants around the hotel. Pinnacle resourt is located in a less touristy area which was good for us as we do not like crowd. Transfer from airport in an official airport taxi is expensive and cost us 650 bath, so may be check if hotel can send you their car for lesser cost. It was 500 bath fr hotel to airport at 5 am. Also we used app InDrive for travel around during the day. Overall I recomend this hotel with very reasonable prices for your holiday. We will retun there again, for sure.

The Hotel needs a few small things. A better Alcohol selection and better Deserts selection for example Cakes and Pastry items. The restaurant was very hot and so if it could be fully enclosed and Air Conditioned. I would of eaten more meals if it was cooler in the restaurant. The Rooms were great but the bed was too firm for me. The room also needed more comfortable furniture, soft cushions and a comfortable chair and possibly an Ottoman. The Hotel Mini bus was great and the drivers were very good.

A better Beer and Wine Selection . Please A/C the Restaurant. More comfortable chairs in the rooms and restaurant.

We have only been there for one night but we can say that the bedroom and the bathroom were very clean. The beach is also very nice and you can eat your breakfast while having a nice view at the ocean. It is just a view meters away from the ferry station to koh pangan and koh tao, which was very practical when you plan just to stay for one night in Koh Samui before heading to the smaller islands.

The running hot water in the shower was not working properly but of course you have to lower your expectations while being one an island. So it’s no big deal.

the beach is nice apart from it not being very sandy more Shelly. few more beds and umbrellas . restaurant is now over priced since last year. bit expensive no one ever in it only 1 and 2s now and then. breakfast was ok too much european processed food like sausages . needs more thai asian breakfasts. the bungalows are lovely and so are the grounds well kept beautiful flowers trees and plants. very chilled and relaxed. bit pricey now but still would recommend to people. the shop bike rental place just outside hotel excellent as well. got everything you need on a small basics. lovely people that run it.

the wifi is awful. keeps disconnecting. needs upgrading asap . each room restaurant reception beach should all have better wifi.

This is a peaceful resort a bit away from the busy main streets of Koh Samui. It was very quiet and the staff were so friendly and helpful! The resort was car free and very green! The beach and pool area / spa was 10/10. Even though the resort was at the end of a street there were ATM, several restaurants, cafes and three small convenience stores within 5 minutes walk. Renting motorbike was convenient for exploring the island. The boat to the nearby island was only a five minute walk along the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone who visit Koh Samui for a relaxed stay.

The rest is beautiful, first you are welcomed by a big beautiful exotic garden, then you arrive in the swimming poll area, which is right next to the restaurant. From the pool you make a few more steps and you are on the beach, which is clean and has umbrellas and beds for the guests, and then into the sea, where the water is so warm and nice. I felt like in a movie where you see an infinity pool or the beach and the sea right between those big coconut palm trees. The view is real, its here. Must I say the price was really good for an August accommodation with breakfast included. Which was, by the way, diverse enough for us, and really good.

I booked my last night here, because this resort provided a taxi service to the airport of Koh Samui, but I wish I could have stayed longer. The resort is very close to Pralarn Pier (Lomprayah Pier) and there is a pick-up service for a very convenient price. The place is beautiful, featuring a main building and many nice little bungalows. Quiet, surrounded by nature, with a nice swimming pool and a private beach. Bath robe and towels are provided by the hotel. There is A/C in the room and mosquito screens. The staff was very helpful, nice and friendly,

I loved that you have a private beach with umbrellas. Then the hotel restaurant is right there on the beach with bathrooms and the pool. We went in September and it was low season so there was hardly anyone at the hotel. So peaceful!

This resort is a little more remote which was mostly a good thing. But I got a stomach infection right before we arrived. I ended up having to go see a doctor to get medicine. The closest doctor was 15 mins away. Not a fun motet bike ride when your sick, and he didn’t speak much English. An English speaking doctor was more like 30 mins away and 4 times the price
