Rooms are spacious comfortable and clean. Extremely good value price for what you get. Most rooms have balcony with ashtray. Rooms have safe deposit box. Short walk to restaurants and beach. Near 7 11 Across the road from muay Thai classes. And laundry. Great value and very pleased with hotel.

It’s affordable, close to where I needed to go. Has carpark for bike. Decent WiFi

The Television, for a tourist who doesn’t understand thai is basically useless. Probably able to get internet TV. Some time during the day where it’s pretty hot outside, just want to relax in the room. But sadly it’s all in thai. I get it if it’s target thai audience, but the island is literally spawning with Tourist who doesn’t speak thai as their first language.

Really great stay, room was huge with a little separate kitchen, the bed was really big and comfy & the shower was nice and hot with reallllly good pressure. The owners were so helpful & kind and even took me to a scooter rental place when we arrived. Location was good with the scooter but maybe a little harder if you don’t drive as it’s right on a main road. 7-11 and a night market sooo close by & easy to walk to. Only 9/10 as there were a few cobwebs and spiders above the shower and there were lots of little ants in the kitchen area but they were harmless and didn’t bother us. We’d definitely stay here again & recommend!

Super clean, good sized room with balcony, amazingly comfy bed, crisp white cotton bedsheets and great towels. Close to beach, restaurants and everything you could possibly need. Staff could not have been better: quick to respond to requests and genuinely friendly.

You can hear a bit of traffic up to around 9pm - if you like to stay indoors during the day bring earplugs

Value for money. Aircon great. Very good location, personally preferring to stay in Mae Nam area on many Samui trips. Nearby food and coffee places, night market and morning market. Staff excellent. Would highly recomend Kanlaya Park for the convenient location and price.

Very clean and spacious room. Having a small kitchen area was a nice surprise and very convenient. It was nice sit out on the balcony and see great views of the mountain.

Next to a major road so quite a bit of road noise but not enough to affect our sleep.

we stayed here for 1 night before catching a ferry at the pier. The room was lovely and clean; a good size and very comfortable. We liked that the room had a separation between the bedroom, the kitchenette (with a kettle) and the bathroom. Also it had a lovely spacious balcony to relax and read.

If we were not catching a ferry, the location is quite far from any of the main attractions in Samui. But there is a still a 7Eleven close by as well as a small food market.

Location wasn’t the best being on a main road and not super close to things. So getting a scooter is a must.

Great value for money ! The room was big, super clean. There was a big bathroom and even a small kitchen with a refrigerator. The area is a bit calmer but you have the beach nearby and 7/11 night shop 5m away. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. The staff is super kind and helpful!

It's important to select the KANLAYA PARK HOTEL on Google maps. There are 2 locations but the second one 'Kanlaya park' is not correct. It's the location that is the most at the west side of the Island.

Clean and bright apartment, perfect size and really good value for money.

Although the area itself was nice, It was quite far from the city or any good beaches but if you have transport, which is so easy to get, it’s really no issue!
