- v affordable hotel - pool was so nice especially at night where it lit up and you could swim under the stars - gym included, not the best gym and very basic equipment but you can still get a good workout in - quiet location, perfect if you want to get away from the crowds for a bit and some v nice food places nearby and a short walk to the beach - outside noises aren’t too loud when trying to sleep

- was a bit spooky at night lol, just because it felt like you were the only person in the hotel and there was a lot of random creaking noises in the room at night - would be nice if they still did the breakfast and other food, it shows pictures of it on the booking and says breakfast is from 7-10 or whatever , but there isn’t actually anything available.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from many restaurants & cafes, 7-eleven and a short scooter ride or Grab to Fisherman's Village, Chaweng or Lamai, for much broader options. I like how quiet it was in comparison to the more party focused locations. The staff were amazing with check in and check out. The pool was fantastic (and under-utilised by how quiet it was), the room was great with excellent AC and a passable bed (great if you like really firm, which appears to be the norm in my Samui experiences).

I think at one point in time, this was a rather grand hotel. Sadly, COVID impacts have meant some of the facilities have been closed and general hotel maintenance and feature updating has not been kept up to date. And as much as I enjoyed my stay, I likely won't stay there again unless there is a refurbishment and the surrounding area becomes alive again. COVID and the lack of tourists meant that Mae Nam walking street and night markets are no longer a thing and many shops are closed up and empty, making other locations more tempting for a stay. And finally, for a hotel that also has a commercial laundry onsite to not offer a laundry service... just strange.

I loved the hospitality the rooms are big clean hot and cold water the staff go out of their way to help. Highly recommended Do not judge a book by it's cover The image on site is not flattering but inside is nice.The only fault was the view.But It was made up by staff presence

Not there long enough to fail just that the bed was too hard for me but it was massive.so I slept on the smaller bed

That is a good hotel for its price. The deluxe room was very spacious, it even has a bathtube. There is a pool on the rooftop as well as a small gym. The area around the hotel is very nice, full of cafes and restaurants. The beach is in a walking distance -5-10 mins. I would say that is a perfect combination of money and quality.

Th wifi is very slow and stops working every other minute :(

They don’t provide breakfast, even tho looks like is 200m from the beach is not, is like a 10 min walk (which is ok) but crossing that Main Street is not for the faint of heart, traffic is crazy

The hotel clearly have seen better times but the managment keeps the hotel well and offer good services. Very friendly and helpful staff, awesome swimming pool on the roof, comfortable beds private parking with an attendant during the night. Morning markets and 7eleven within a short walk, a few good restaurants as well. Cheap and tasty mangosteens a short walk across the street. Walking distance (about 10 mins) to Samui Disc Golf.

The area is quite busy, so walking around is not extrelemy comfortable, and impossible with a babystroller. Access to the beach is not extra convenient. View from the windows not that great either although the rooms are quiet. Access after 8pm only through the service basement.

Great stay for a relaxing getaway from the busy backpacker life. Pool was lovely and opened till 10! Not central but easy to get to centre. TV channels did not work but then we found at reception they had a 100+ DVD options which was great and i got to watch any film i wanted for free. Clean room & comfy bed.

On the main road, but quiet in room. Room was spacious with adequate cupboards. Clean rooftop pool. Near to shops. sunset balcony with mountain view. Pleasant staff.

The shower head,broken water running along bath top flooding onto floor.

We stayed here over Christmas time for 4 nights. Lovely Views, Breakfast was included. We had a room with a big bar and separate shower. Nice big pool overlooking the sea, small gym room too. Breakfast was lovely, small tick sheet of options to choose from. Bike rental available.

The bath took a long while to fill and water pressure wasn't very good and water wasn't boiling hot so was hard to control bath temperature. Bike is needed if available to come and go as you please.
