Very friendly staff and very clean room. Fridge, safe, kettle provided + 2 bottles water a day. Grand deluxe room consisted of 12 properties with direct pool access quiet and peaceful. Direct access from hotel to beach and 5 minutes walk to busy main road for supermarket etc. Another small path leads to quieter main walking street by lighthouse 3 minutes away with plenty of restaurants, local supermarket & bars. So everything close by if you have walking problems. I loved this hotel more than the stuffy 5 star options more of a Thai experience.

No hotel restaurant or bar on beach which would have been possible as there is room. Other rooms didn’t seem to have much privacy so definitely worth paying a bit more for Grand Deluxe or stay on a top floor room.

We really enjoyed the location and the pool, which was bigger than I expected and really fun to swim in. The staff was kind and well organized. The room was pretty big and had a lot of storage space. We work remotely and we felt the table was big enough and the wifi was good! Also lots of restaurants near by and a really nice night market.

The pictures are a bit outdated, which is a shame cause the place is really good and I'd definitely come again. And the cleaning staff for some reason didn't empty the bins in our room, I just emptied them in on of the bins in the hotel property.

Location is superb! The amenities with 3 pools, one of them Olympic size are exceptional! Rooms are spacious. Cleaning service and staff very nice and efficient.

The bathroom are old, basic, showers heads and sink faucets could be changed. My toilet push button didn’t work. I had to lift the top to manually flush. Also, when the rooms are facing the pools, sometimes there are some very loud guests so this can be disturbing but over 10 days it happened 2 days in a row.

All Staff were absolutely amazing, cleaning girls were fab, office staff were very helpful with helping us with renting a bike and then our onward journey. Accommodation on the beach front was perfect and very quiet. Fantastic value for what we paid.

The beds were too hard for us. The pools could have done with a bit of a clean (green around the tiles) 🐶 💩 on the beach most mornings But I am quite fussy 😩

Liked the staff. Liked the room with the pool right outside. Good air con. Good wi fi. Mostly quiet at night (dogs could be noisy at times). Short walk to main street for eating places and 7-11. Or for breakfast turn left on beach, 75mtrs to restaurant. Nice beach area good for long walks. Good beach for swimming. 4 different room areas, 3 with pools in front of. Good shower and pool towels. Coffee sachets in room. Water in room. Shampoo in room. All areas kept clean daily. Good value for money resort.

The mattress (neeed new one). Sun loungers in front of the rooms need upgrading, the plastic lie ons were in very poor condition. Horrible wrapped soap in shower (all the hotels seem to use them). The revamped new bedrooms. Too small.

The hotel is great, loads of pools and access to a small beach, the beach itself isn’t great but to have one a few years away was great. Balcony was lovely and everything in the room worked perfectly.

During our stay 2 electrical transformers exploded on the street adjacent, this led to know power or water for 10 hours of one of our days. Granted it was out of their control but there was no update on when we could expect anything back or any discount given for one days stay seeing as we had no basic necessities.

It was centrally located in Maenam with 3 pools by the beach and close to shops and restaurants

Our room was right by the pool with sunbeds outside . The room was divided into 2 with a sleeping area and sitting area. We had daily cleaning of our room and fresh towels 2 each one gif the shower and one for the pool. Also 2 bottles of water daily

Pool. Good WiFi.

Giving us quiet time rules and allowing guests to be very noisy (loud rock music) at all hours day and night. No bar or cafe. Had to walk dark streets alone to get to the bars and restaurants. Felt reasonably safe but didn't like it.

This hotel in Koh Samui was perfect! It was right on the beach front & they gave us a fob for easy access to the beach. There was 3 swimming pools which was amazing. Our room was nice and spacious & had a nice sized balcony too. The staff were super helpful, we rented a moped from the property & also got our washing done with the hotel. Excellent service. The location was very good. Koh samui is a very big island so we used our moped to get around mosy of the time however there are lovely restaraunts nearby

Nothing it was perfect

We fully enjoyed our stay: amazing location, quiet atmosphere, spacious enough rooms (we rented the suite with pool view and access). Simple but good value for money. Might seem shabby and in need of some repair or refreshment, but it did not spoil our impression. What I also appreciated was a sense of privacy and calmness.

Pity that the bar did not seem to work this time, and there is somehow limited number of sun beds on the beach.
