My third visit to Samui. I chose a hotel in Maenam, I don’t like it when there is a party around. The hotel fully meets my needs. The sea is nearby, there are enough sunbeds, a restaurant on the beach. There are two swimming pools, a shop and an atelier. There is a good Thai massage. The area is well maintained.I really liked the hammocks in the garden! At the reception every day there is a concierge who can organize excursions, order a taxi, rent a car. Every day there is a shuttle to the promenade with shops and restaurants. The restaurant is good, even cheaper than on the promenade. There was enough for breakfast. We are satisfied. For dinner you can order fresh fish, they will bring it from the market especially for you.The room is not bad, the balcony is super, there is even a fan, you can drink coffee overlooking the garden. There is a TV, but we didn’t included.Very fast internet! The bathroom has all accessories, shampoos, gels... The hotel guests speak French and German, few Eastern Europeans and we were the only Russians. I recommend the hotel! If you're interested, here's my video of a walk around the hotel grounds. https://youtu.be/nF1pvZrmHLI?feature=shared

Weak water pressure in the shower. There is no way to wash off the sand after the beach.

Peaceful, quiet, felt like a bit of old Thailand still. Rooms were updated and very nice and comfortable. Proffessional massage but quite expensive. Beautiful sun sets. Pools had some shade great for us :)

A bit off from other facilities and prices according to that. We had a car and went on trips for lunch. Not really a high quality of food. Reggae bar (short walk on the beach), had good food with expected local prices. Pool area had some hazards lack of maintenance. Glassbottles and dishes could stay by the seats next to pool until late the day after.

Quiet location, helpful staff, clean and comfy room.

There isn’t really a proper beach in front of the hotel (but there are many close by).

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Paradise Beach Resort, Koh Samui - SHA Extra Plus, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a warm and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The resort is very family-friendly, making it an excellent choice for those traveling with kids. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and truly lived up to the “paradise” name. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. The beach itself was lovely, perfect for relaxing, and while the snorkeling opportunities were modest, it was still a nice touch for those who enjoy a bit of underwater exploring.

The resort is on the expensive side, and while that’s somewhat expected for a beachfront property, the restaurant prices felt particularly high—especially considering the food was not as impressive as we had hoped. Another strange downside was the ongoing coconut shortage. In a tropical paradise like Koh Samui, running out of coconuts seemed almost comical. How they couldn’t keep up with demand remains a mystery! Despite these minor issues, we had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend Paradise Beach Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway in Koh Samui. We’d happily return—hopefully to a resort stocked with plenty of coconuts next time!

Although a little out of the way it was exactly what we wanted, somewhere to chill not in the bustling town. The rooms are large with a huge bed. (as in most Asian countries the bed is very firm) The rooms are very clean and have everything you’d need. The bathroom was also huge. There are two pools, one near the beach the other quieter at the back of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was varied and very good with a selection to please everyone. All the staff are really helpful and so friendly, they go out of their way way to ensure that you are happy with your stay!

Came with my wife and 2 children. All staff members were extremely nice and helpful, Room clean and comfy, Pool was great. Plus, the place has its own private beach. The hotel restaurant is right in front of the ocean, with an impressive view of Koh Phangan, the neighbouring Island. Having our breakfasts in front of this spectcular view was one of the highlights of our trip.

Water pressure in the shower was pretty weak, Nothing too terrible, But could definitley be better. Hotel restaurant a little pricey.

The location is one of the best on the island Koh Samui, on a very long sandy beach and the gentle waves reach the wall before the tide turns; it is indeed a paradise. However, a word of caution, a car or motor cycle is necessary since also part of its charm is its isolation and distance from the main road. A comprehensive breakfast appealed to all countries and the food was fresh and delicious. The coffee machine could have offered more variety! Suppers and lunches were of the same standard and the wines and cocktails on offer were reasonably priced, but toward the upper end! The staff were always attentive, friendly and helpful.

It was not the staff's fault, who warned us on arrival, but obsessive guests arose from 6am onwards in the morning to claim the best seating positions for sun bathing by placing towels on chairs! We didn't engage, but I think had we done so, some would have had a nervous breakdown, since they were always in the same place!

We were positively surprised by this resort, we really enjoyed the tranquility of the place. It's not too big of a resort so it feels more personal. Staff very friendly, the beach is so beautiful and quiet. The food is really good and prices are fair. Really great place to relax (however, it's not adults only so there were quite a few kids when we were there)

there is nothing to complain for us. However, we noticed that the rooms on the groundfloor didn't seem very private as everyone passing by can look inside, so we would recommend to book the room upstairs for more privacy

Really comfortable rooms and beds, bathroom also lovely and air conditioning works well. Rooms and restaurant area are modern looking. Breakfast buffet was tasty and had a good selection, although some of the dishes didn’t get topped up very frequently Staff are smiley and helpful and drinks are a reasonable price too. Cheap shuttle service to the fisherman’s market is a good bonus - coming back is about 300 baht with the local taxi service but be warned that they will try to get more out of you- 300 already expensive for a 5 minute drive! Tell them a Grab taxi is 300b and they will give up the haggle

pool areas are a little bit dated and pools could do with maybe more regular cleaning with lots of debris floating around. Despite that the sun loungers are nice and always lots of spots available!

Very quiet and family friendly. Short taxi ride to the airport or harbour. Good buffet breakfast with coffee and tea included. The staff were very friendly and welcomed. Rooms impeccable.

The hotel is on the seafront but it doesn’t actually have any beach to go on to - although it’s just a short walk to get to one. Sound insulation in the rooms is not the best. Beachside pool, in Europe, would be condemned- hundreds of missing mosaic tiles and sharp tile fragments on the bottom of the pool. At some point during our stay, all members in the family got a piece in their foot.
