It's such a lovely place. Villa with private pool is so nice and well equipped. They give even mosquito spray as a standard. Staff is very friendly and helpful. For another day I took a tent which is even more charming than a villa, but there is no private pool. Anyway, it's not big deal as you just open a door from your private garden and you are exactly on the main pool where you can good drinks in reasonable price or even better in happy hours (180 bht or something). Very close to the beach where you have nice bars and good massage starting from 350bht. Close to 7/11 and some local foods like fried banana or roti. I wish I could stay longer even if it was our most expensive accommodation in Thailand, but you really get what you pay for there.

Location was perfect. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool villas are very stylish.

Reception could do with a bit of spruce up - not the best first impression and so unlike the rest of the property.

We stayed in Khwan Bech already the second time. Again we enjoyed our time in that lovely place. We had the maisonette villa with privat pool. Villa: Spacy villa on two floors with two badrooms and private pool. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 big TV screens ( but we never used it..) Outside shower. Everything in good/reasonable condition and functioning Location: Placed on Maenam Beach, which offers a wide range of restaurants ( at the beach but also along the mainroad ) in walking distance. Beach is a 2min walk from hotel following a little path. ( aboslutely no problem) Broad and clean beach and not crowdy. Perfect mixture Service: Very friendly team. Daily ( good ) cleaning service with enough towels etc. Also pool is cleaned daily. Team was always helpful and supported with all questions etc Summary: We will come back

Very close to the beach (1min walk). Many opportunities for breakfast, lunch or dinner nearby. Super privacy - we had one of the villas with private pool and private garden (view from bed to private pool). Staff was super friendly and allways helpful. Requests for water, towels, repairs have allways been fullfilled. We were quite impressed that they provide repellent against mosquitos (daily free refill).

We rented a pool villa, one with its own private plunge pool and sitting area. The room itself was very nice, large and comfortable. While the pool and sitting area were a perfect place to unwind, cool off and enjoy the cool evenings. Meals at the restaurant were good and of fair value. The location was perfect for easy access to the beach (~200 ft walk) and easy access to on beach dining, drinks and snacks. Low key beach with good swimming and great views!

Nightly music from 6pm-10pm. Our villa was directly behind the performance wall and the sound was intrusive.

A stay at Khwan Beach Resort is beautiful and relaxing, situated right near the beach (2 min walk), offering a variety of accommodation styles to suit all budgets and tastes We stayed in a two storey Pool Villa (Jungle) which was private, air conditioned and beautifully appointed, with a river view and ocean glimpses from our second floor bedroom suite. Our villa also had a pullout sofa bed downstairs, two large, private outdoor shower rooms, two toilets and a well equipped kitchen. Little extras were also provided and very much appreciated i.e. pool towels and beach basket, insect repellant atomisers and glass bottled water which was replenished daily. The onsite restaurant was also a bonus, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, with entertainment each night until late. Another great service was the ability to book a car through reception via WhatsApp for collection from the resort and return again. We utilised this service daily, and it was so simple and convenient to use. The staff at Khwan Beach Resort are exceptional. Always happy, friendly and helpful. This includes the reception staff, bar staff, waiters and room attendants. We arrived a couple of hours before check in, but were given pool towels and access to the beautiful main pool, bar and restaurant while we waited for our room to be ready. We could not fault Khwan Beach Resort.

The private pool at our villa was lovely, clean and refreshing, but it would have been better if the leaves and flowers were removed from it on a daily basis. Also the flowers in the float bowl by the pool need to be replaced regularly.

We had one of the villas with a private pool and it was honestly worth it! So good having such a private space with a pool to ourselves- we took advantage of it and got a floating breakfast (which was unreal! As an Aussie that loves breaky, this one is a must). The hotel is just out of the busy areas but close enough to get a short taxi to all the best restaurants. The staff were so lovely, checking us in early and flipping the room so quickly. Loved this place!

Has a swim up bar but it’s not in use? Also the prices of drinks in the main restaurant/ bar were so expensive compared to everywhere else we stayed and even in other restaurants. Other than the tiny nit picking- everything was amazing

We booked a duplex villa with private pool, they are very spacious and the private pool is very nice extra. The restaurant/bar on site is excellent, the quality of food and service was excellent, we had read it was expensive, for Thailand it is, but it is great value for money serving top quality food both Thai, seafood, great steaks and other European dishes. There is also a singer most nights to enhance the atmosphere.

The villa was clean, reception and house keeping were polite and attentive,but for the money needs to be better maintained, there were signs of tiredness with the duplex, loose fittings, ends of curtain rails missing, but when your paying top money, these things shouldn’t happen. In the main pool on site there were bits of broken masonry in the bottom of the pool which wasn’t cleared up while we were there. We also reported our pool lights didn’t work, but nothing happened to resolve this, again disappointing.

Good location for the beach, and for other attractions and transfer from airport/Pier. We loved our space, it was private and chilled, the bathroom was novel, we enjoyed it, and there was a good amount of hot water to take a bath! There was live entertainment on site which was nice to listen to in the evening, we didn't find it too loud or annoying. The restaurant was very good, but expensive. Staff were helpful and attentive.

There was quite a bit of furniture and decor inside that looked very nice but wasn't necessary, a small table with 2 chairs would have been more practical than the fancy ornate chairs. The foam on the outdoor loungers was damp and wet, so we were limited to the use. Our hammock swing was down the side of the tent next to lots of trees and a wet puddle area which attracted mosquito's, and so wasn't a pleasant area.

Gorgeous, well run resort. We had a villa and the kids had a “tent” and both were lovely. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed evening cocktails there most nights. The restaurant was also very good. We had a very reasonably priced breakfast there each morning. The beach’s only a couple of minutes away. It’s not as calm as Chaweng, but very pretty- especially early in the morning. I hired a car thinking we could use it to get about given the location is a bit away from things, but traffic is pretty bad so we rarely used it. Trying to drive near or past fisherman’s village is not worth it- especially in the evening. Tour operators all offer free hotel pickup.
