Very calm and quiet family-run hotel. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Bottles of water in room upon arrival and a miniature soap, as well as a towel. The beach is huge, and you can easily walk to nearby place for coffee/massage/food. The grounds are very leafy (unsure why someone said all the trees have been removed, not true!) and pretty, and staff are always around keeping it well-maintained. Hose outside the huts for washing off and dirt/sand before going in. The huts are very basic, but they are charming and they are what you would expect in a relatively budget price. Restaurant on-site open between 8-6pm i think. Food was good!

We struggled in the heat with just a fan (which is what we booked, so our fault!), but as a few people have mentioned the only cover for the beds are huge towels which just do not work in July in a fan-only room, so I would suggest a sheet would be better. I also had expected more water bottles to be there on the second day as all other accommodation does but that wasn't the case. Again, it was not expensive to stay so it's not a complaint.

Nice but basic bungalows on a quiet part of the beach. Probably one of the oldest "resorts" in this area. The pictures give a good impression. Seems to be run with care and attention by a very sweet extended family. The old man tends to the shrine by the entrance every morning. Several people speak passably good English. Nice little restaurant overlooking the beach. A handful of small shops and other eateries on the way to the main road. A 15 min. walk to the nearest 7/11 and the Mae Nam Afternoon/Night Market. Be aware they only take cash.

They could use a handy son in law or some industrious young man to take a little more care of the maintenance :-) The property is aging but it's probably easy to overlook from day to day. Then again it's great value for money, so who am I to complain :-)

Great value for money, my room had AC, a fridge and was a 30 second walk to the beach. On a quiet part of the beach but a short walk to restaurants and shops. The restaurant at the resort was very good too. Run by the family who live there, all very friendly, will definitely go back

The location was superb, o peaceful, 20m from the beach, nice café/restaurant beachfront. Good breakfast and meals. Amazing staff, friendly and helpful.

The owners were awesome. Very supportive and never annoyed. Positive minded. The beach is very peaceful, very less crowd.

They sleep too early being a tourist service provider. So, if you need any support from them at night, you need to come back by 8:00PM max.

Right on the gorgeous Mae Nam beach. The bungalows are really basic, but the location is PRIME and quiet. Probably one of the most gorgeous spots in Ko Samui with views of Ko Phangan.

Great location for beach and local shops and restaurants. Basic and clean accommodation. Great value for money. Nice friendly family hosts. Would recommend.
