The hotel is located in a quiet area in Krabi Town, far from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang, so it's ideal for people looking for a calmer experience. Kong Ka Pier is just 15min on foot from the hotel, so it's convenient if you're taking a ferry/speedboat to the islands. The highlight is the pool, which is big and nice with plenty sunbeds around it. The bed is comfortable and the shower is good.

The WiFi isn't the best. It works, but it's slow. The room is dark at night, since its lighting isn't enough to keep it well lit. They've got some weird rules, like not giving more than one key (card) per room or not being able to add your bill to the room number if you order something at the bar (you need to pay it immediately).

It had everything we needed. It’s not a hotel to enjoy as a destination, more like a nice place to come back to after a day full of trips. Working AC 👌, nice pool, okay breakfast, good massage.

Bring yourself a tape! Balcony door don’t close fully and bugs or mosquitoes get through. If you stay more than two nights you will get tired of the same breakfast every morning. You will never have enough of toilet paper 😂 they don’t really give out much and it’s only one layer. No tissue box in the room either. Not a chance to check in earlier, be aware. Rather delayed than earlier. Cleaning room also very late in a day.

Was great value for money and was simple and clean.

balcony door didn’t shut properly which meant mosquitos could potentially get in as did a couple of bugs. The staff weren’t as welcoming as our other stays in Thailand, would always help if asked but felt as if they didn’t go out of their way as others often do, we left our bags for the day and they were just left on the floor next to reception which didn’t instill confidence in the safety of them.

Pool excellent Great stopover before flight to Singapore Shuttle bus to Airport Cafe on site serving food and alcohol closes 5 p m but all drinks available from Reception after that time. Can bring food in. Close to street food market Close to centre of Krabi Small Italian restaurant called Uno Opposite sculpture on river. Great food.

Modern and fun theme. Loved the underwater motifs and the plush toys on the sofa in the lobby. Quick and efficient lobby staff who were very friendly. Our room had all the amenities required for an overnight stay. The air conditioning was perfect and the bed extremely comfortable. The pool area was very stylish and the pool just the right size for a couple of swimmers. TV had a couple of English language channels which were great for some lazy evening viewing. Hotel location seemed great for local attractions, namely the markets along the river front. Could easily have used this as a base for a longer trip. Relatively close to the Krabi airport and docks.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Not many hot vegetarian options. Chicken sausage, while we appreciate is a local delicacy, was very much not a hit. Scrambled and fried eggs were also not very popular. Location seemed a bit surreal upon arrival. Very quiet and unsuspecting part of town. Short walk required to find the local amenities. On-sight cafe seemed very expensive. Pool also felt crowded with more than a handful of guests.

Liked how close it was to the night market and the river. The pool was clean and cool, maybe a bit too much chlorine in it though. The attached restaurant served nice cocktails and we had a great fruit and granola bowl for a late breakfast. The corner room with pool view was huge and the bed was big, great for me as I am 1.91m tall. Don’t miss the Tan cafe which served great food and the one section had aircon! We really appreciated the beautiful swans they made out of the towels as a happy birthday decoration for my wife.

The pool had a bit too much chlorine in it but was still great to swim in.

Nice modern hotel we had a corner suite big balcony over looking the pool and a big room bathroom was nice and very clean, two bottles of water every day . Breakfast was ok egg station 3 typs of fresh fruit coffee tea also Thai selection. Restaurant food is good well cooked we liked eating in the hotel restaurant. Across the road is a Thai eatery which is very good and cheap. Pool towels available a few sunbeds but was never a problem getting two in the afternoon. Nice walk up the river .

Nothing all good hard to think of anything bad

Everything... The hotel looks exactly like the pictures; fresh, modern, beautifully designed, clean, everything works. Its a boutique, family run hotel with around 30 rooms so everyone gets to know you and cares about your experience at the hotel, and on your holiday. We arrived with a problem - the lock on one of our suitcases had jammed so the code would not open it - reception took this in their stride, shout out to Pee who sawed through the lock (without damaging the case) then carried it to the room - he was fabulous the whole holiday. We were lucky enough to meet Bua, her beautiful mother runs the hotel and restaurant (try the cakes, they are amazing!), who could not have been more friendly or helpful. We left feeling like we had not just made friends but had new family members. I cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough. We'll definitely be returning. Notes: Don't worry about not having a safe in your room, there are plenty behind reception that are easy to access. In addition, I have never felt so safe in a hotel or place. Krabi Town is wonderful. The hotel bar and restaurant closes at 5pm (try their signature cocktail, seriously the best we've ever had) this isn't an issue as Grab will deliver any food you need and the nearest restaurant is literally over the road.

Hotel is clean. Pool side is good. Comfortable rooms. They let us keep the luggage for 3-4 hours after check out as we had an evening flight and we wanted to go to the beach in the meantime. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is okay. The riverfront is nearby.

Check in time is 2 pm which is quite late and they only allowed us to check in at 2 strictly. They don't provide a locker inside the room to keep your valuables. So we had to carry our money and passport to the beach. The location is far (an hour by car) from Aaonang beach.

Fantastic hotel- super friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for exploring the town, next to river and 15 min drive to Tiger cave temple. Very clean and great decor. Swimming pool was clean, great size and clearly well maintained. Great cafe with a selection of smoothies which were delicious! Umbrellas available to borrow. Small selection of clothing /bags at gift shop in reception.

I would definitely stay here again, so dislikes are n/a
