It is a great resort in a great location. The resort provides a free shuttle to Patong Beach ( wish the shuttle was a little more frequent than once every two hours and the last shuttle at 9 pm). The hotel has friendly staff, and the rooms are very clean with beautiful views. The rooftop restaurant and ambiance are worth the money—so many options in the breakfast. I am so glad we booked this resort and if we ever go back, we will stay at the same place!.

Shuttle service to and from Patong Beach could be a little more frequent. Currently, it runs every two hours with the last shuttle at 9 pm. Suggestion for the hotel to please run more shuttles even if you charge a little I am sure many guests would be willing to pay for the convenience.

The room, amenities, gym, views , and food were amazing. The restaurant breakfast staff were delightful, as was the plentiful variety to choose from. Would definitely recommend adding a brekkie option , which fills you for the whole day. Very tropical lush surroundings and plenty of ig pic spots, hehe. The nighttime restaurant offered lovely relaxing options to dine with beautiful night and firework views and assorted entertainment . Food was on point, too. Our honey suite was stunning, huge, clean, and they even surprised us with bday gesture of a beautiful message, rose petals & cake on bed, when we returned after brekkie. Not really ideal for anyone with walking aid, wheelchair, or mobility problems as many stairs and hilly locations, and yes, they do have elevators scattered around.

The bar staff in pool area let you down. No service, smile unless you approached them at the pool bar. No clearing of tables or checking if drinks were ok or and or to reorder. Nil promotion of what daily programs were stated on the daily calendar. Eg the DJ , pool games, competitions, etc, unless you asked and response was not coming today???? Otherwise, pool views were amazing !!!

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities are 10/10. The rooftop restaurant was amazing with top class views of Patong. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way. And they also did a complimentary bed decoration for our anniversary The pool was amazing. Best hotel ever

Because there is only 1 road in and out of Patong, it takes a good 40 mins or so to get to Patong from the hotel at night because of the traffic. The location is good but getting in and out of Patong at peak times make it difficult, I would plan your journey earlier from this hotel

Really good breakfast options, beautiful resort and nice personel. Hotel shuttle towards Patong

Placement of the hotel is a bit sub-optimal, you need to take a taxi everywhere you go if you want to go according to your own time and not using the shuffle. So especially in the high season, transport alone will get more expensive, a taxi to patong and back, would be between 500-700 baht, depending on how well your negociation skills are(but you must negotiate or else you will go way above 1000 baht!). Also it was a bit weird that the earliest free shuttle was around 11:00, could use an earlier time since beach perfect period is around 09:00-11:00

Breakfast was so good and lots of options for all dietary requirements. Loved that you could swim at all times of the night and get drinks from the upstairs bar down to the pool. Food was AMAZING

How short our stay was. We wish we stayed longer

The hotel is beautiful, clean and at a nice location. Everyone working at the hotel is super friendly and treat you like a VIP. the breakfast was also good 👌

I would have rated 10, but upon our check out we were told to pay for all the drinks we found in the bar fridge from our room. the person who took us to our room clearly indicated that everything (water, soft drinks and snacks) in our room is for free. I was really disappointed by this, I mean why put drinks in there in the first place?

Kalima Resort & Spa Phuket is a 5-star resort perched on a hillside just outside of Patong, offering panoramic views of the Andaman Sea. It’s ideally located for those seeking a peaceful retreat while still being close to the bustling nightlife and shopping hubs of Patong Beach, which is only a short drive away on the free shuttle provided. The resort’s elevated position provides breathtaking sunsets and a sense of exclusivity that sets it apart from other accommodations in the area. The rooms at Kalima Resort are spacious, modern, and well-appointed, with a variety of categories to choose from, including deluxe rooms, private pool villas, and sea-view suites. We stayed in a Deluxe Room with sea view and the private balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows prvovided unobstructed views of the ocean. The pool access rooms were sold out but we did not feel at a loss by not having our own private plunge pool. Kalima Resort offers a range of dining options that cater to both local Thai cuisine enthusiasts and international tastes. Malika Terrace is the main restaurant, serving a diverse buffet breakfast and à la carte meals throughout the day. The buffet is extremely extensive and includes not just light bites, but also hearty meals. We also had the most divine meal and gourmet experience at the Gin Teppanyaki restaurant which felt extra special as my husband and I were the only diners. The standout feature of Kalima Resort is its incredible infinity pool, which overlooks the Andaman Sea and Patong Bay. It’s an idyllic spot to relax, swim, and soak in the view. The resort also offers a well-equipped fitness center, spa facilities, and a mini-golf course, which was quite a fun way to pass some time.

Room Pool And Breakfast were all very good

would of liked a better view from the room (2107) but it is what you get The Shuttle bus drop-off at the Shopping Centre in town, was good. However, it would of been nice to have information to access to the beach. When leaving the shopping centre exit, you MUST go right and then Left straight down to the beach, if you go left it is a very long walk until you find a road going down to the beach
