The staff were courteous, helpful, and affable. The buffet breakfast was pretty good. The room was clean and the bed comfy.

Guests are not allowed to swim in the pool in the evening.In addition, there were some dogs roaming at midnight 😳 During our stay, we saw some snakes 🐍 crawling and we reported the problem to the staff. There were also plenty of frogs 🐸 croaking.

Staff Friendly and helpful

Not Safe around ,stray dogs come inside and at night its seems scary some unknown people walk around your room at night.Very Scary for couples or family.

Great hotel with extra large rooms. Great pool and friendly staff. Clean n safe hotel. Breakfast is ok for the price you pay. Location is quite nice safe. Need a taxi to go beach . Walking takes 15 minutes. Overall value for money .

Hotel don’t serve lunch , dinner n room service

I had the pleasure of staying at PS Hill Resort Hotel during my holiday in March, and my experience was truly wonderful. The hotel met all my expectations—it’s beautifully situated in the hills, offering stunning views that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout my stay. I’d especially like to express my gratitude to the lady at the reception who worked the night shift. She went above and beyond to assist me and made a lasting impression with her helpfulness and warm demeanor. My room exceeded expectations in both comfort and cleanliness. It was spotless and cleaned daily, which I truly appreciated. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at PS Hill Resort Hotel for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future!

Quiet and simple hotel which was ideal as a base for exploring. Friendly staff, affordable laundry service, 2x bottles of water provided each day, breakfast was good. 5 minutes left out the hotel are shops (7/11) and restaurants etc. A further 15 minutes and you're in central Patong with more bars, restaurants, shops and night markets. Hotel next door has Let's Wok (affordable Asian and western food available). Use Grab for food deliveries, but Bolt for taxis (a taxi back from Patong is 300B). Pool area really nice, never an issue getting a bed and often very quiet which was ideal.

TV was outdated, but everything else was fine as I knew what to expect (no gym, bar etc). Maybe a fridge or vending machine at reception selling Cokes and snacks could be good

This is my second time here, and both visits have been lovely. It gets better each time! The swimming pool is spacious and well-maintained, suitable for both adults and kids. The area is beautiful and lush. The rooms are clean, and the staff is wonderful, providing daily cleaning with trustworthiness and friendliness. I truly love this place; it’s definitely worth the money. All you need is a bike for commuting. We paid a small amount for an amazing breakfast that includes fresh fruits, a variety of cooked eggs, cereals, milk, coffee, tea, Thai dishes, and vegetables.

Pool area beautiful surroundings palm trees . Room big , lovely cool soft floor tiles , nice open balcony close to pool. Large comfy bed, tv ok , fridge ok, breakfast ok, staff friendly, location good in-between beaches .

Wifi no good in room had to bye a sim card . Telephone in room did not work.

For a start PS Hill Resort was even better than what we read about. The location, a km away from the bustle of Patong beach, was perfect. Built on a hilly terrain, and situated amidst coconut and banana plantation the resort rooms had a magnificent view of the surrounding hills and the skyline of Patong. The short walk from our room down to the dining area/office was something we got used to even though it's bit of an incline. Breakfast was sumptuous and kept us going through the day. The double room we stayed in was large (451sft) comfortable, very clean, had large windows and a small terrace where we sat every morning to have tea and gaze at the mountains. The rooms were spotlessly clean and maintained every morning by a dedicated friendly staff who changed the sheets, cleaned the rooms. We initially rented a scooter from nearby and later switched over to taxis using the efficient Bolt app suggested by the efficient and smiling manager who greeted us and other tourists staying at the resort warmly every morning. Couple of days we just stayed indoors just enjoying the clean air and the views.

Difficult as there wasn't anything we didn't like

the room was spacious for 2-3 people to do HIIT, room service everyday to change towels, bed sheets, mopping of floors (very clean!!!! i love it ❤️) king size bed was the GOAT location wise it’s about 20mins walk to patong beach, 15 mins walk to the street where it’s filled with restaurants, pharmacy, massages so on and so fourth not bad!! it is in mid hill, so surround is quiet n the view from the balcony was amazing from our room! staffs were very nice, we felt welcomed. breakfast menu is the same everyday so for me after a few days of eating the same breakfast, i got a little tired of it 😅 but food is not bad though! overall, i will 100% come back to this hotel again when visiting phuket
