We four of us spent 5 days at this resort to celebrate our daughters' 21st birthday from Australia. For the occasion, complimentary birthday cake was organised by Derek, the manager, and his team, table was decorated and set up and the staff who joined us for the cake cutting celebrations, which was so nice of them. We were delighted with the friendly and professional service from the staff. Great and beautiful with peaceful surrounding atmosphere, looking out the sandy beach, with great ocean views and the nearby islands. Mr Derek, the manager, a lovely man with a great personality had lots of concern not only for us but with every guest, meeting every guest at the breakfast area every day and treating every guest with high regard. That is something you will not find in any other hotels. Giving a great impression and care of his hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptionally comfortable.. It was clean, stylish, roomy rooms with excellent service. Food was good with many varieties to choose from the breakfast buffet menu. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable with great oceans and island views. The pool was clean user-friendly, and the massage and spa we used was well priced and brilliant. We were very pleased with our stay and sure will definitely return to stay in this hotel again for a longer period during the next visit. Derek and his team looked after us like royal. Hardly can find any faults. Highly recommended to all 👌.

Lovely swimming pools, very kind, attentive staff, spacious family room. The spa is lovely and prices not too bad.

The beach is pretty to look at when it’s high tide, but the sand is not white, the water is not really swimmable. The beach could be an extension of the hotel, but there are no loungers or umbrellas to use. Also the drinks prices at the hotel are very expensive. We were on a half board package and found the drinks prices left a bit of a bad taste in your mouth. Also Kids Club is an area the hotel needs to improve. The only kids option they have is a small, very baby-ish play room that you can book your kids in for 2 hours at a time. It’s not a kids club like other resorts offer, there are no organized activities for kids. It’s useful for when parents need someone to watch the kids while they go for a massage, but that’s it.

The view from our room was exceptional. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom with the bath and large window that allowed you to take in the view while relaxing in the tub.

The windows and glass on the balcony were filthy. We had requested for them to be cleaned, twice via housekeeping and once via reception, but unfortunately this was never done. The gym also had no cleaning spray for the equipment and it took several requests to get something supplied.

Lovely welcome to hotel, easy check in, sea view rooms with living room space for the family next door. Private Beach with two pools next to the beach. Bar playing good music whilst sunbathing. All staff very attentive and helpful. Room with very comfortable bed and facility with beautiful early morning sunrise sea view from the bed with tall beautiful palm trees. Also the hotel had all facilities accessible by wheelchair for my aunty. Breakfast was also very good.

Not enough coffee in room, but if asked they would bring it straightaway.

Staff is excellent. Always alert to the customer´s needs. Landscape is excellent. The hotel is very close to the boat quay if you want to do some tours to the islands The little Panwa Beach town is not far from there and has excellent restaurants (Don´t miss the italian one).

The beach is not good at that place, bottom is muddy. The restaurant has not much to offer and the same happens with buffet breakfast. Maybe this is due to the fact that we went during low season.

The stuff was very friendly, the place is really claen the view is just wow 😍, the only bad thing that is the location is far from all activities in phuket i love the place also wanna tell that the sea is not for swimming its just like 5 cm the breakfast need some improvement, restaurants prices and spa are expensive

The staff was excellent. They were so kind and welcoming. The hotel has so many awesome nooks to relax and have a drink. Loved sitting by the pool and being a few steps from the beach. The activities director, forgot his name, was awesome. He remembered my partner and me each day. The lunch and dinner menus are so delicious.

The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive and was limited in selections and wasn't a good value for the money. Low tide wasn't great, but of course the hotel has no control over that.

The breakfast buffet was a bit limited and the quality of some dishes could be better. On my first morning i discover the rice was off and i brought it to the attention of the staffs!!! The down stairs bathroom smells very unpleasant. Mosquitoes was out of control( in dining room and by the pool)

The Resort is maintained in a excellent condition. The Hotel Manager Derek and Staff provided an excellent service and were very helpful, very courteous and pleasant. IHG should be very proud of the operation and condition of the resort provided by Derek
