The resort staff were always cheerful and had a big smile on! They were always ready to give their best to help with whatever we needed. The hotel rooms were quite spacious and the balcony we had was an added benefit.

We were assigned a room that had a foul odour coming from the toilet, however, the staff immediately offered to relocate us to another room. It was also quite far to travel from the resort to other parts of Phuket, but this is always the case given the size of the area.

Honestly, it was excellent in all respects: the sea, the room, room services, the staff, the room's private pool, the location, breakfast and dinner.

The value is very high compared to others - when we checked out and handed over the rooms, they investigated us about the room items in a thief-cop manner, and I do not think that is a good policy for a big hotel like this, and I was upset by this method.

Large resort, beach side, great staff, large rooms very clean.

Felt like a party resort, every area had loud beat music, no quiet spots, difficult to read a book and enjoy the view.

It's an oasis away from the crowds. About 20 minutes from Old Phuket which is a great spot for dinner, drinks and shopping. The facility was amazing, infinity pools were awesome.

You can't tell from the pictures but the beach isn't the most swimmable. At low tide the water will be out so far you have to walk a fair distance through squishy terrain (not sand but not mud, just feels a bit gross under your feet). Even at high tide the ground isnt that sandy in the water once you get deep enough to swim, so just keep that in mind if you're looking to stay on an awesome beach you'll want the west coast. But they offer paddle boards etc to make use of their beach area. Overall this property is stunning! Also check out the baba nest for unreal sunset, just down the street!

Everyone was really friendly and the room was amazing

The bed mattress was a bit stiff. It might be the preference of some people, but I woke up with a sore back twice.

Great location, enough facilities to keep you and family entertained throughout the day. Staff members are great, pleasant and helpful. I like options to rent kayaks and standing paddle boards for FREE!

Hotel policy for villa about max 3 persons. Would really enjoy with my family of 5, and we did during day time, but every evening me or wife would go to sleep in another room with 1 of the kids. In the mornings at peak times, Aqua restaurant is overcrowded, and even if there is a queue to wait to be seated, somehow people miss it and jumps the queue grabbing a table which was already appointed, and brings to uncomfortable situations. Very often some of the food plates would seat empty before staff notice and refill, teaspoons were almost impossible to find and get. Pillows are very uncomfortable, there is a huge amount of options but all of them are too thick. Had feeling that some of facilities are closing too early, Edge bar at the pool, kids pool…

Everything was great, especially breakfast and hotel amenities.. Staff was so kind and polite, hospitality of Thai people it’s always another level 🫶🏻🫶🏻🤌🏻 big thanks to Micky he just was one of the best people there!! And I want to suggest to try restaurant opposite of hotel calls Panwa cafe…. If you want to try Thai food this place is the best 😩😩😩 I wish I could eat everyday but i discovered in the last day, and it’s totally halal.

I don’t know how come that Pullman hotel doesn’t put toothpaste and toothbrush… it’s so weird for the hotel like this, they need to put more attention to the details….

We liked the room. Pool with beach access was awsome. Kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. There is a low tide and high tide. Low tide, the water goes back very far and you can see star fish on the ground. Very nice experience and during high tide water come close and we have had such experience first time. All this happens the same day. Surreal experience. Loved the stay in this room. Even though breakfast was okay, Thai food was really good. Being far from city it was Very relaxed and is a place where you can rent a bike go to a nearby 7/11 (convenient store) and take some nice snacks for your trips to beaches. Since very far from city there is no traffic at all and if you can ride it is a good experience.

House keeping was a little poor. Keep forgetting to refill coffee, creamers etc., I know it might sound too little to complaint but we never had such experience in any other hotel, where we wake up and wait for them to bring those things. We are usually in a rush to go someplace and such things do matter mainly when you compare the value for money. We didn’t get a slot for the spa. It was always booked. Place was a little far from the city, it takes 1 hour 20 mins to reach the place from the airport. So plan well ahead of time when going back.

This was our first time in Phuket and our first visit to Thailand and I chose this hotel based on the amazing reviews. I have to say, it exceeded all expectations. The resort is stunning, the service is exceptional, and what really stood out was the attention to detail even the security staff at Pullman go the extra mile, helping guests safely cross the road. If you’re considering booking this hotel, don’t hesitate. you’ll be in excellent hands! A special thank you to Julian, who gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the resort, and explained everything with such grace and kindness. Kids truly enjoyed their time here. We had an amazing experience for our first time in Phuket.

Nothing. Just the location is slightly far but it’s a resort, so expect it to be slightly far away from the town so guests can enjoy their vacation in peace. There’s always grab/bolt which is very convenient and they are punctual always!
