The private beach was perfect to lay at and relax, the staff were super friendly and accommodating!

Some parts of the room are showing signs of wear and tear, other than that it was perfect!

We spent 7 nights at this ocean front hotel. We paid extra to upgrade our room to be closer to the ocean side, most rooms have a nice view of the ocean. Lush hotel grounds. There is a little tram you can use to get up/down to the beach. Good breakfast selection, especially the energy booster shot. Their coffee machines keep breaking. Food was good, cocktails from the beach bar were just okay. Lots of mosquitoes. Quite a steep, narrow road to get to the hotel from the main road. I think it’s a bit over price for what you get out of this place.

The location is amazing. The beach is private and beautiful. Breakfast is great. Family room is very spacious and comfortable. I also suggest to take a trip to Coral Island, which is organized by the hotel and leaves from the hotel jetty. It's amazing.

You have to book for dinner, so we always ate outside. It is not a big problem, but if you want to eat at the hotel you must book well in advance. Unless you're flexible and don't mind eating at 9. Also, I would say the staff at the reception and bar at the beach were great. But the staff at the main restaurants sometimes seemed a bit not bothered.

I loved everything about this hotel. It’s a classic old school experience. The hotel is not so modern but very well maintained and special. The beach is wow. A beautiful tram takes you up and down to the rooms, which felt very special! The rooms are so amazing. Even the most basic room type had endless sea view panoramic and it was breathtaking each time I came back to the room. I plan to come back to this hotel for many more times. By the way, staff was super friendly and professional and I never stood in any lines even that the hotel was fully booked. This made vacation feel smooth and hussle free. Thanks so much

Food buffet can use a bit of upgrade to little bit more sophisticated experience. I stayed a week and felt like food is kind of the same each day and pretty basic.

I was looking for a quiet place that had plenty to offer. It has its own private beach just for the guests of the hotel which has beach lounges and towels provided. There is a restaurant and bar at the beach which can provide you with food and drinks whenever you like.

It was perfect for what I was looking for but if I had small children I don't think it would have had enough activities for them. The resort is also in a secluded part of Phuket (again why I liked it) and would mean getting a taxi to destinations for the children.

We had a wonderful stay at Cape Panwa Hotel! The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff at Café Andaman were incredibly friendly, respectful, and always attentive. We stayed in a Cape Suite with sea view it was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the view was simply breathtaking. A special thanks to ✨ANABELLA✨ at the reception she was so sweet, kind, and full of positive energy. Her warm and bubbly personality really added an extra touch to our experience. We truly wish all the reception staff were as welcoming and engaging as she is. The hotel also has its own jetty, and the beach is perfect for snorkeling, with clear waters, seacones, and even a swing right in the middle of the beach a lovely spot for relaxing or taking photos. Definitely going back!

Reception staff were very good, friendly and efficient. But a lot of the staff were badly trained and badly organised. Maybe the hotel is going through a transition. The place looks a bit tired.

I had the pleasure of staying at Cape Panwa Hotel for three nights, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful location, top-notch services, and the well-appointed rooms. The hotel itself is stunning, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, providing a peaceful retreat while still being easily accessible to key attractions. However, the highlight of my stay was the incredible staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made my experience truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Ms. Nujmee at the reception, whose kindness and attentiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making me feel truly welcome. I highly recommend Cape Panwa Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Phuket. I will definitely be returning!

Comfortable, large rooms, nicely furnished. Large beachfront and plenty of sun beds. Nice choice of restaurants (when available!). The hotel caters for numerous large weddings who take over restaurants and bars at short notice. I appreciate this is lucrative business for the hotel but a bit trying for other guests . The property is on top of a very steep hill, the shuttle service is excellent and very much needed!!

The general and public areas are very clean, the cleanliness in the room is very superficial. We stated for two weeks a d had to ask to get our bed linen changed after the first week. Certain items were just left on the floor (swept under the bed) for several days. However the actual staff are lovely, helpful and very kind. Aqua Aerobic teachers were great fun and a sure fix on the plan.
