The team at X10 Suites Panwa are so friendly, and full of smiles. Shout out to Jira and Jason the driver for being so helpful. The views are just perfect from your room; beachfront and the pool is awesome. There is a laundry service or you can do it yourself. The rooms are clean and lots of food deliveries via the Grab App can be made to the hotel as there is no restaurant on site. This is the only property that is well maintained and well kept, look for no other - this is the place to be when you’re in Panwa Beach.

Lots of stairs but it’s not too bad, you’ll get used to it. Not easy for prams or people who use wheelchairs ♿️ Beach is not swimmable but not at fault if the property.

The peace and quiet of the beach, away from the tourists, a virtually deserted beach, the comfort of the bedding, a place to recharge your batteries.

Unfortunately there are building works going on and there is a lot of noise in the morning. We had a view of the building works and the noise and despite our request we were not moved to another room. Off-centre location, no breakfast service, staff not trained to give us advice on nearby addresses... we had to fend for ourselves. They should have adjusted the price or informed their customers about the work being carried out next door.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. The place was amazingly serene and quite, just what we were looking for. The view from the room balcony and pool was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the dip pool aswell. The kitchen was adequatly stocked and there was a 7/11 barely 3 mins walk away which enabled us to get stuff to fix quick breakfast. There are 5-6 really nice resturants in walking distance as well so we were able to try a new place every night. The staff was great and very helpful. Mr. Sajal from reception was very helpful in guiding prior to the visit aswell. Ms. Kung and Mr. Alvin from reception were also great help whenever we requested any help. From Housekeeping Mr. Saw and Ms. Sandy were very thorough by regularly watering the plants and cleaning the dip pool aswell.

Honestly, everything was amazing and just what we were looking for. The images and pictures can never really do the beauty of the place justice.

Romantic and relaxing private infini pool, calm and quiet region. Very kind and helpful reception staff. Very beautiful and not crowded beach infront of the hotel where you can swim or book for free kanue. Very big and comfortable suite.

if you vant vibrant night life this is not your place.

Fan is a must in the Balcony The rest rooms should have an option with opaque. doors Elderly persons or people with walking issues will have a problem as this property does not have a lift due to its terrain.

WOW! This was a non forgettable apartment! Perfect view very dreamy, staff was very very friendly the room was perfect more than perfect, it was on the beach the pool was more than perfect, 1000000/10. Very helpful staff. we also had an small pool in our balcony which was also beautiful and perfect, bed very comfortable. Kitchen very helpful. The apartment is on a hill so places such as patong beach and bangla road are very far. On the hill there are many massage salons very good price also if you want to take a bike, many options there and supermarket also 500 meters.

Lots of lizards and other small animals, the cleaning team must close the doors while cleaning the rooms because all the small animals come inside.

The room was great with the private pool and the view is amazing and also so close to the beach which you can access through the suites not to mention the staff members super friendly and helpful 24/7 definitely Coming back again

Perfect location with semi-private beach (virtually no one even during high season), with all you need within 5min walking distance (restaurants, rentals, convenient stores, massage, etc..) The staff was SUPER friendly and very helpful with everything from our hotel stay, to helping us book day trips and even arranging taxis to pick us up. Really an exceptional place and amazing people! Highly recommended!

Wish we had stayed longer :)
