A cozy and comfortable villa. The location is ideal if you like privacy and quiet. Our room had everything we needed. We also liked the pool with a beautiful view and 24-hour access. The villa has access to the beach, but it seems a little dirty, so we walked through this beach to the Ao Yon beach (around 7-10min) The WiFi was fast and suitable for working on a computer The hostesses were also very helpful! I can recommend this place

It is a quiet place, the infrastructure can be difficult if you are without transport. A large stairs. But we used the passage through the beach to go to 7/11 and cafes

This property is quiet and relaxed, with a lovely beach. The room was a very good size and the private pool was clean and really nice. The communal pool was clean and had a beautiful view of the beach, it was quite small and only maybe 6 sunbeds however it seemed to always be very quiet so this wasn’t an issue. The location was great lots of little shops and restaurants near by and a 7/11. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely stay again!

Breakfast was very basic however very cheap so not a lot can be expected. There was construction work going on next door however this caused minimal noise and disturbance.

Locatiin right on beach. The price was great. Great view from the balcony. Jacuzzi was a nice bonus. Right in the beach.

There were a lot of ants, the beach is not clean. The stairs. No help with luggage. No hot water and the jacuzzi water was dirty i think from the tank or pipes, we had to refill it every day. The water left an orange film ring around it. There was construction that started around 730 to 5, the kitchen is not equipped for cooking.

I would say ultimately 9 point. I would come back I think which is a good sign after a week spent here. The room was a tiny bit dirty when we arrived , not really dusted off, but at the end, if I compare to the newly built luxury villas in the area, I would definitely choose this over those. The basically private beach is exceptional. And this area is definitely my favorite around phuket. We haven't seen everything but compared to kata patong and Rawai Beach this was the last touristy and calmest. And phuket old town is worth visiting which is only 15 minutes by motorbike from here. Many restaurants offering lovely food within 5 minutes of walk. And everything else is also here. So ultimately since you don't spend your entire day in the room anyway its perfect choice and cheaper than others.

The kitchen is , okay, not perfect but okay for what you need. The dresser was a bit dirty.

The location was perfect and the view from my Double Deluxe Room was exceptional.

The balcony spa pool was excellent except that it is not filtered unless you turn on the spa jets, which means it is just a big bath and needs to be cleaned every second or third day. I was there for 12 x nights and it was never once cleaned, so it was like bathing in dirty, moldy bath water, so we stropped using it.

No breakfast in this hotel...but in brousher tell have a breakfast.

Very comfortable and well-appointed room with balcony (with cold water bath and spa) and nice views. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent swimming pool and it was lovely to be able to walk straight from it onto the beach. The fabulous beach bar and restaurant 5 minutes away ('At the Beach') was a real bonus! Compared with other accommodation we've booked in Thailand this was quite expensive, but it compares favourably with other choices in Panwa so we thought it was reasonable value for money.

Nothing much to say... the breakfast could have been better (we weren't that impressed with the American breakfast - the chicken fried rice was a much better option - but at least breakfast was included!); and it was just unfortunate that building work was going on the adjacent building which meant that it was very noisy on the balcony at times... Both minor issues.

The view and room itself were great. The staff were really nice. Everything is clean.

Bed is hard (but that’s normal in Asia).

The location. Pretty, well maintained gardens. Proximity to the simple beach restaurant, about 50m! Quiet in evening. Not busy. Only about 12 rooms. Pool larger than previous ones we'd stayed at this holiday. 7-11 just down road for basic breakfast items.

Building works at the next door plot. To be fair, owners emailed to warn us and giving us the option to cancel but we decided to stay put. If you go out then it isn't really an inconvenience.

1. Everything is near, Just a minute away. 7-11 shop Vehicle rent - (Prefer Bike as it's easy to maneuver you get parking everywhere) Other things Shops Bargain when buy. 2. Away from the crowd no police check in this area here drive motorbike even if you don't have IDP. 3 All Attractions are close (bike req) like Kao Khad View Tower cape panwa all are near. 4. You cannot go wrong with this place

1. Shower gel and Shampoo were Chinese products. If you want to Buy shower gel or soap from near by shop or 7-11. 2. They Came to clean my room when I didn't ask them as too I was out for city tour. 3. In all phuket checkout time 12pm and Checkin time 2 pm
