Everything! The staff were so friendly and the manager was always available and helpful to every guest. They even celebrated my partner's birthday with cake, they're so kind and thoughtful! The facilities are well kept and clean, even the outdoor pool despite the wind and leaves. The location is also really handy, there's essentials nearby like a late opening supermarket, and it's quick and easy to get to sightseeing and day trips from there. It's also on the water and near local fishing but not loud.

The things I didn't like were down to personal preference rather than a reflection of the standards or lack of something on the hotel's part. I'm from Europe and live in Australia, I like a lower intensity light in the evenings and I found using the bathroom light instead of the main light the best way to have this :)

Andrew and his staff were absolutely amazing. We were upgraded to poolside rooms and him and his staff ensured we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and fashionably designed. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a good shower. We loved the location and the pool and restaurant which overlooks the sea. Andrew is fluent in Thai and gave us additional information explaining the sites and locations to visit. He also gave us tips on how to save money with taxis. I highly recommend this hotel and we wish we had had a few more days to have stayed longer

The staff were AMAZING. Went above and beyond. The views on the waterfront. Literally at your window. Paddleboards to go to monkey Island. The best Thai food 2 doors up. Across from 24 hr convenience store. Beautiful desk overlooking the water. Aircon room

Nothing. It was above and beyond for the price.. the area didn't look like much when you arrive bit the wow factor when you see your views out the back.

*Excellent location; easy access to many popular beaches, Phuket town, good restaurants, spas, supermarkets, motor-rental shops, *Hotel Staff are very helpful, serviced with minded, *Guest Room was very comfortable, well decorated with beautiful seaview, excellent bedding made me sleep well throughout the night after a long day outing.

Coffee wasn't my favourite maybe a coffee grind machine would be the answer Booking.com gave the hotel other dates to my confirmation and pat the manager had to find alternative accommodation for our first night.

Good for our purposes, travelling on to ferry for other islands. No beach at location but excellent beach at Ao Yon 200bht taxi ride. WiFi good, staff very friendly, owner new and keen to improve.

The hotel has a small swimming pool with good view to the sea. Breakfast is decent. Room was tidy and clean every day.

It is a pity that there is no view for our room in our 4 nights stay.

Balcony was terrific for breakfast, cards etc. Staff were without fail great. Room smelt musty and had a view of the corridor only.

It was peaceful and quiet. The staff was nice and the owner of the hotel assisted us too.

It was far from the beaches and didn’t have much places to eat. They weren’t serving breakfast at the time we were there.
