Breakfast included a hot drink, juice or smoothie, and an a la carte menu item - was very pleasant. The room was large and comfortable, the shower had a telephone head and a seat and hangers for swimwear. Large comfortable bed plus a daybed near the window. Great location right on the beach.

It was quite secluded so it was a bit difficult to get transport to and from the accommodation but lovely once there. The beach was a bit shell covered and rocky but nice once you got out a bit. Not too much nearby but a walk up the hill brought you to some restaurants.

The Cove was a gem right on the water. Beautiful clean beach, gorgeous chalet and amazing restaurant in Ao Yun. The staff were so wonderful, special thanks to Manow. We had free reign of the kayak and used it to explore. We were permitted to book and use the next door pool but we enjoyed the ocean too much. Honestly did not have one bad meal at their beach restaurant. We could not stop eating there. The acai bowls and fresh ingredients were wholly nourishing and just added to the perfect peace of the Cove. We will be back!

It's a very relaxed place so if you are expecting quick and fast service, it's not really that vibe. I found it was a good mix of give and take, just ask for what you need/want as the Cove staff are also respecting your privacy. Be patient and kind!

The rooms are so comfortable and nicely designed. All the extras like beach bag/towel/mini bar and tea and coffee are lovely. The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious, breakfast was so good and included some lovely drinks. All the staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. It’s right on the beach, quiet, tucked away and feels safe. Perfect for swimming, beach didn’t get busy and there was no dangerous tides or anything. It was peaceful!

We tried pretty much all the activities on offer- the only thing we would say is the local long boat trip to the islands was quite expensive and the man who took us spoke little/no English. So we had so idea where we were going, or for how long or what we were able to do when we got there. It was fine, but we felt it would be much better if we could have communicated. A minor thing- it would be great the have a little bowl/tap to wash the sand off your feet outside the room doors for when you go back into your room. Otherwise nothing! It was lovely!

Was at The Cove for 20 days, 2 adults (mother and daughter) and teenager. We were in Phuket countless amount of time, always in Bang Tao area. This time decided to try something new and cape Panwa was a great choice! Location, calmness, safety. Not crowded and feel like you get an authentic Phuket. All you need you have around! You would require vehicle though. People at the hotel were attentive and prompt to help with anything. I wanted relaxing time, I was able to get it there. Overall very pleased with choice of accommodation and would definitely recommend it. Breakfasts by the water are definitely the highlight!

Family house need some renovation A proper knife in the kitchen would also be beneficial 😀 we weren’t cooking, just for cutting the fruits, was a struggle with butter knife. Despite daily cleaning service, which was great, bathrooms must have better cleaning. Sun bathing area must be equipped with more sturdier parasols, as current doesn’t provide much of a shade and can be easily removed by wind causing danger. I hope management would do something about it as we are not the first pointing out on it. Beach floor at a low tide can be cleaned from the rocks, that would give it an absolute paradise like feel and appearance. Do recommend to bring water shoes, that was a game changer for us.

Our stay at The Cove Hotel in Phuket was nothing short of exceptional. We spent 10 days in a beautiful beach bungalow with our two little kids, and it was a superior leisure experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with warm smiles and going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The service was outstanding, with attention to every detail, making our stay truly relaxing. We felt welcomed from the first moment and like being part of The Cove family.The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of the hotel. The beach bungalow provided the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility, ideal for families. We wholeheartedly recommend The Cove Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Phuket. We’ll definitely be back!

Thailand the way Thailand should be...simple comfortable cabins (stayed in the Family Room which was generous for the 4 of us). The restaurant is excellent too and it's only a short 10 minute walk to a wide choice of other local restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacy. Staff wonderfully friendly. I hope one day we can return.

Nothing that is worth mentioning...

There were amazing staff members. I was welcomed with a bowl of fruit and a drink. When it was time to head to the airport, they helped us find a taxi. I’m very appreciative! The view of the beach and food at the hotel’s restaurant were amazing. I would highly recommend.

It’s a little difficult sometimes finding a taxi, but the hotel helped with that. However, it was a great area!

Great location.Excellent room and facilities.Food here is delicious with a varied menu for all tastes. Rachel and all the staff at The Cove were so friendly and efficient.We really enjoyed our brief 3 night stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for that special place to relax and enjoy the tranquility it has to offer.

The location is fantastic. Your own private beach, nestled away from the busy beaches but walking distance to some cute shops and restaurants. The private villas are lovely, well designed and roomy. We stayed in the family room which is basically a small house complete with kitchen and 3 bathrooms! Would definitely stay here again.

Can't complain.

The property is right on the beach which means you can literally step out of your bungalow and head for a swim. The breakfast is great with a variety of options. The staff is friendly and help organise boat trips, taxis, motorbike hire amongst others. The bar serves great cocktails and one cannot go wrong with the 2pm - 5pm happy hour i.e. buy 1 get 1 free. The restaurant serves continental food along with Thai so that's a plus.

While the property is located right on the beach would have been great if there was a pool within the property. Guests can use the pool at the next door property but at an additional charge. Not practical to pay this charge on a daily basis.
