The location is excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Adnan and Murat from the reception. From the hotel, all the main historical places are on walking distance (Sultan Ahmet Mosque, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Gran Bazaar, etc.).

I would say that the breakfast can be improved, and the restaurant should have better organization of seats (sometimes it was very crowded and there was no place to sit).

Location was excellent, within easy walking distance of all the main points of interest and easy accessibility to local transport. Whilst in the thick of it in terms of access, the hotel is set in a quiet square therefore not impacted by the inevitable city noise.

Whilst it is great to have an extra large double bed with more room for two people, the duvets provided are for a normal double bed. Therefore they were insufficient to properly cover two people, which meant one of us was without cover at some point during the nights. This was incredibly irritating for us both. It is a very simple thing to rectify - just buy duvets that are the correct size for the bed for which they are being used! Not very expensive, yet will make a huge difference to the overall comfort of guests.

The location is fantastic and for this reason I don't change It. Also It isn't on the main street, so It Is quiet. There Is a fantastic terrace for breakfast and restaurant.

I am a fix customer, but I have to suggest to modernise the Place: walls on the rooms are thin, so you can hear everything from the next room: this time a man Who was spitting every morning! I was in room 513 and he was in 512. Also synthetic sheet. The other suggestion Is to improve breakfast. It Is until 10.30 but in reality bred and other things finish at about 9.30 and at 10.30 they tell you to go away. On holiday you can not relax properly.

Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. My third stay at this hotel and quality remains the same each time i visit the hotel.

Very good hotel at the heart of Old City Sultanahmet, 100m from the main road, 2 tram stations very close (Cemberlitas and Sultanahmet). Our room was at the 5th fllor with stunning view of Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Bosphorus. Deluxe double room was spacious enough for two adults and a child 3yo, with everyday cleaning and changing towels. Staff was helpful and kind, booked us a transfer to the airport at the price of 50e and printed our boarding passes. Breakfast was more than satisfying with a lot of options and a full view of Istanbul as it is served at the 6th floor. For about 100e per night its one of the best choices you can make. Would come back without any doubt.

Rooms facing to the East, having this amazing view to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Bosphorus, need definitely a thick curtain beecause when the sun rises it hits straight to your eyes. Except the obvious (e.g. eggs or omelette) breakfast goods need some labels explaining what every food is. But even without a label, the rice pudding (sutlac) was the best ever tasted!

Nothing of note but restaurant was not occupied for dinners as they don't serve alcohol .

The location is super, the view from the balcony was on the city and the view from the terrace was just in front of the blu mosque. The room was confortable and with all the facilities. The staff was very kind. Wifi works well. Close to the tram1 bus station.

There wasn't the socket close to the bed but a little bit far. Part of the staff at the restaurant (especially during the breakfast) didn't spoke english. The price with the dinner included was too expensive because the dinner was a very normal dinner.

All major attractions and landmarks are within walking distance, and major public transportation points are almost at your fingertips.

The hotel is very beautiful and in a great location near Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, breathtaking views of which, as well as Bosphorus and Marmara Sea, can be enjoyed from the rooftop terrace during a very tasty and varied breakfast. Grand Bazaar and other attractions are within walking distance. The staff from the front desk are nice, attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Musa for his attention to my family, who arrived a couple of days earlier than me, and my special requests to give us a room with an amazingly beautiful view of the main holy places of Istanbul and the sea. The room was spacious, well-equipped, very clean with daily cleaning. Also, special thanks to the cleaning lady of our room! She was wonderful. Definitely I will return to this hotel again and recommend it to other travelers.
