This is an amazing Hotel. It was my first time in Istanbul and they made me feel like home. Hakan , Emrah and Ahmet were so kind all the time ready for anything I needed. The place, the breakfast, all the people was very good and their service was amazing. The Hotel is close to all the touristic places you can go by a nice walk and Tram is also close so you can connect easily with the city. If you are thinking to come to Istanbul choose this Hotel. Is wonderful and the price is good with the quality. 🫶🤍Thank you.

We stayed for 6 nights and I can say that it was a good choice. The location is in the old center, near Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, close to the train station. Ahmet helped us with a nice room and useful recommandations (he recommended 1 excursion -Princes" Island- and Turkish evening on the boat/Bosfor, which were absolutely wonderful. Thank you, Ahmet, for a great experience in Istanbul, you help us a lot. Also, thank you Hakan, for helping me when I sprained me leg. Hotelul has an wonderful restaurant on the top floor from which you can see the old town and also it has a hammam (Turkish bath) with massage.

The eater from the shower entered the room and the carpet smelled bad. The plumber tried to fix the problem, but the cause is due to the architecture of the glass bathroom.

The hotel is on a good location, close to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. It’s also close to the tram line. Easy access to all the attractions and plenty of gift shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly especially Hakan who always made sure that we were comfortable and helped us on how to get to the places we wanted to go. Hakan went above and beyond and we would like to thank him especially. Ali and Torgay were also amazing and helpful. They made us feel so welcome to Istanbul

Breakfast could’ve been better. There wasn’t a variety. Also, the bathrooms do not have locks and in one of the rooms the bathroom door didn’t close properly so you could actually see in

The location was perfect since it was close to all major sites. The room was good, but since that had a glass cabin for the bathroom and loo to save on space, although the amenities inside were good, it was not noise proof. I personally prefer a proper bathroom facility for privacy.

The menu in the rooftop restaurant was basic and extremely expensive for the quality. The staff in the rooftop bar were not very friendly or helpful.

Property was clean, the positioning was good, the rooms were big enough, bathrooms had a bath and shower, the view from the balcony was very nice. The best thing about this property, however, was the staff. Everyone at the reception was super friendly and helpful, and helped me surprise my girlfriend on her birthday with flowers and breakfast in bed. They also helped me with the airport transfers. I want to say that all of the reception staff made the stay much more enjoyable. Thank you!

The location of Pierre Loti Hotel is one of the best in the Sultan Ahmet area next to the tram station. The staff at the reception and breakfast room are very friendly and kind in their interaction with the guests - special mention for Hakkan at the reception and the hostess Ezge for the breakfast room! Breakfast choices are good but limited hot food options for vegetarians.

The restaurant - the quality of food and prices do not match the offerings in the city. I booked a city view room but was provided a room at the end in the alley. To be fair it was the end of the year rush when I visited. I do not know if it was just this room or common for all rooms but the washroom was a peculiar design with half of it inside the room which I do not prefer.

The room and the staff was excellent. Staff were ever ready to help anytime. Special note to Mr Hakam who was acting like a one man show carting our bags, assisting in bringing any items required to us in our room. Definitely will stay in the same hotel next time i visit. Also the hotel is walking distance to the main attractions like the blue mosque, Hagiya Sofia, Topkapi palace apart from the shopping

Nothing much to complain of. Overall very satisfied

The hotel is just a hidden gem, close to all amenities, shops and restaurants. It is also close to Sultan Ahmet, Eminonu, Aya Sofya, so lots of places to travel under 10 mins walk! It is also opposite to II Sultan Abdul Hamid Han Tomb (Türbe) and Tezveren Baba Tomb (Türbe) right behind II Sultan Abdul Hamid Han Tomb. Literally right opposite! Will be going back soon! The workers are native Turkish which I loved they were very helpful, well-mannered and respectful. Really loved the hotel transfer too. Breakfast has a lot of choices! Book it’s guys, trust me you won’t regret it, if your aim is to do more sight-seeing. 🌷

Location was great, right in between 2 stops of the main tram line and direct in the centre of dense area of Sultanahmet. Everything was somewhat within reach. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our stay and were very helpful for guidance and questions

My rooms air conditioning just wasn't effective at all and it was always extremely hot. However, upon raising it to the staff, they let us change into a room with a working AC. In both rooms the top shower head always dripped when using the hand shower which was a bit annoying. The breakfast wasn't the best for me but may suit others. 60% was more salads and cheeses. They don't have much variety on their breakfast menu

Perfect location easy to reach main sites either by walk or using the tram. The location couldn't be better. Ahmet at the reception was very helpful and gave us good ideas and directions for visiting places.

If you happen to be next to loud people, the insonorisation of the room's walls is not great.
