The location was perfect since it was close to all major sites. The room was good, but since that had a glass cabin for the bathroom and loo to save on space, although the amenities inside were good, it was not noise proof. I personally prefer a proper bathroom facility for privacy.

The menu in the rooftop restaurant was basic and extremely expensive for the quality. The staff in the rooftop bar were not very friendly or helpful.

The location of Pierre Loti Hotel is one of the best in the Sultan Ahmet area next to the tram station. The staff at the reception and breakfast room are very friendly and kind in their interaction with the guests - special mention for Hakkan at the reception and the hostess Ezge for the breakfast room! Breakfast choices are good but limited hot food options for vegetarians.

The restaurant - the quality of food and prices do not match the offerings in the city. I booked a city view room but was provided a room at the end in the alley. To be fair it was the end of the year rush when I visited. I do not know if it was just this room or common for all rooms but the washroom was a peculiar design with half of it inside the room which I do not prefer.

Location was great, right in between 2 stops of the main tram line and direct in the centre of dense area of Sultanahmet. Everything was somewhat within reach. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our stay and were very helpful for guidance and questions

My rooms air conditioning just wasn't effective at all and it was always extremely hot. However, upon raising it to the staff, they let us change into a room with a working AC. In both rooms the top shower head always dripped when using the hand shower which was a bit annoying. The breakfast wasn't the best for me but may suit others. 60% was more salads and cheeses. They don't have much variety on their breakfast menu

The hotel is just a hidden gem, close to all amenities, shops and restaurants. It is also close to Sultan Ahmet, Eminonu, Aya Sofya, so lots of places to travel under 10 mins walk! It is also opposite to II Sultan Abdul Hamid Han Tomb (Türbe) and Tezveren Baba Tomb (Türbe) right behind II Sultan Abdul Hamid Han Tomb. Literally right opposite! Will be going back soon! The workers are native Turkish which I loved they were very helpful, well-mannered and respectful. Really loved the hotel transfer too. Breakfast has a lot of choices! Book it’s guys, trust me you won’t regret it, if your aim is to do more sight-seeing. 🌷

The reception staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Nothing was too much for them. That goes for both day staff and night staff. The restaurant staff were very accommodating too. The location is great. Right in the heart of sultanahmet. Very close to tram stops. Lots of restaurants, sites and things to do within walking distance.

The cleanliness could be better. The cleaner always left the balcony door open which let flies etc in and no insect repellants were sprayed. There were mosquitoes in the lift as well. The lift was VERY small. You can fit about 4 people in which was a bit frustrating at times when managing with elderly people. The breakfast selection could be better but it is a boutique hotel and so they had a small selection.

Pierre Loti Hotel is located at the best possible location, with view of and only 3 minutes away from Sultanahmet Mosque, Haghia Sophia and Basilica Cisterna. Tram station is just 1 minute away, and it is connecting Eminonu, Tophane, Galata Tower and other sightseeing spots within only several stops. Staff is so helpful, polite, professional, nice and charming, being available 24/7. Hygiene is something we have been fascinated, as it is impecable. We are definitely booking our next trip to Istanbul with this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance to Sultanahmet mosque, and right across the tram. The rooms with balconies have the most amazing views. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff are quick, efficient and friendly. The staff are professional and go out of their way to assist guests. Airport shuttle makes it extremely convenient.

Loud parties on the rooftop. Breakfast was good, but could do with a little more variety and international cuisines. The food was great though.

Well first thing will make feel at home is the staff! Very friendly and polite and always do their best to help you.. I will definitely stay in this hotel because of the staff ( Reception - house keeping - restaurant ) always friendly and helpful.. i would thank especially Ahmet , Turker, kader , Yasin and lastly Harkan who helped us alot to book a taxi to the Airport and offered us free tea while waiting.. thank you guys !!

The rooms a bit small.

Hotel is located in the old Town, close to plenty attractions of Istanbul, close to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Archaeological Museum, Bosphorul Strait. Breakfast was delicious, people were so genuine. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel. One is on the ground floor and another one a Rooftop with amazing wiew. Food was excellent, a bit overpriced but great dishes. Rooms were good, confortable bed, TV, internet, all the facilities. Bathroom in the room have glass door, toilet is separated from the shower through glass doors. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.
