Truly 5 star and New boutique hotel ( only 5 stories) and The location was fantastic . The Staff were very professional and also fantastic , in particular David, Bilil and Murat at the front desk . They were very knowledgeable of all the best sites. — all within 5-8 minutes walking from the hotel . We tried several restaurants in walking distance and had a good food experience in all of them. Our Penthouse suite was superb. For those that want an easy and accessible location to the “ Old City” this was great . I have stayed and the big and “ brand name “ hotels before, but this was the most fun.

The location is very good, next to the main attractions of the City in Sultanamhet and the tram T1. The service was good, kindly staff to solve problems. I have partial motor disabilty, the hotel is completely accessibile with no steps at the entrance. The hotel is modern and new, the facilities worked perfectly. The price is aligned with the other hotels in this touristic area.

The room was a little tiny and there were not any hooks to hanging bathrobe or towel. There were no shelves to put our baggage, and this lackness forced me to bend down to pull out and things from the baggage and this thing was a little unconfortable sometime

The staff of this hotel was not at 5 star-level, but above the 10 star :) The welcoming was very nice and warm-hearted. The room was excellent designed with enough space. I am so impressed with the level of the cleanliness of the room, the housekeepers are the best class of all time, everything was shining, SUPERB! The location of the hotel is excellent.

From my point of view the breakfast must be improved and it would be better if the cafe was not in the basement. The noise of air conditioning system was a little bit annoying but in case of closing the windows, it was bearable. Besides my suggestion is having the nets to all windows and doors.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. A big shout out to David, Bilal, Erkan, Meryem, Zekeria and Birgyul. They were outstanding in attending my request. We arrived at about 9am and to my surprise David got a room ready for me. Erkan assisted us with our luggage upon check in and check out. Bilal assisted me in storing my luggage safely while waiting for my airport transfer late evening. Zekeria was always kind in offering us coffee and tea on the house each time he saw me at the lobby. Meryem took care of our breakfast. Rooms were very cleaned by Birgyul and she ensured that we had enough coffee, water and toiletries . The hotel offered us turkish bath but since i've booked one elsewhere, I skipped it. The location is so central to most attractions like Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar, Spice Market. Tram station is a minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants closeby and taxi waits for you right outside the Hotel. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Very limited menu for breakfast at hotel. Not something that I would expect for a 5 star. Lightings in my room was dim and one of it wasn't working. It wasn't repaired despite me letting them know. AC in the room tends to get stuffy at night and I was told that its centralized aircond and has been adjusted that way. Rooms were very small too.

We stayed at the Bentley Hotel Old City for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was modern, clean, and stylish, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and daily housekeeping service. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern with a great shower. The location was convenient for exploring Istanbul, with easy access to public transport and plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Bentley Hotel Old City to anyone visiting Istanbul. We’d be happy to stay here again on our next trip!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was super clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole vibe was just relaxing. The room was very comfy. Big shoutout to Dawood at the reception - absolute legend. So welcoming and helpful, always had a smile and went out of the way to make sure everything was perfect. The whole experience felt smooth and stress-free. Definitely coming back if I’m ever in the area again!

If I had to mention one tiny thing, it’s that the WiFi was a bit spotty in some areas, but honestly wasn’t a big deal, everything made up for it.

I am shocked that the gentleman at reception basically coerced me to give the hotel a 10 rating!!! The hotel is very central, all sights in the historical part of Istanbul is easily accessible by foot. Tram is a 5 min walk with many restaurants close by The staff at our arrival was showed courtesy and helpful easy

Very forceful gent at reception on departure!! We had to wait 30min in the room to have a balcony door fixed!! Tons of tools were used and they refused to give us another room!

The location was fantastic. Within walking distance of all the main attractions at Sultanahmet, tram stop & surrounded by restaurants. The breakfast was quite adequate. The service was good, although we did have to ask for coffee & water when they were not replaced. Staff were friendly & helpful. Extremely comfy bed & great shower & water pressure. Had an issue with the curtain rod falling down, & it was fixed that same day.

For the price we paid for the Presidential Suite, we were disappointed to find that there were no English speaking channels on the TVs, & the aerial cable kept coming loose & had to be reconnected every day. The TV in the bedroom was crooked! Would have been nice to have conditioner as well as shampoo.

The location the breakfast the staff and the rooms excellent excellent excellent. For one night stay and two rooms that was booked within 24 hours of arrival the price was also reasonable. For anyone planning to visit Istanbul this will be the best spot to stay and explore most attractions within walking distance. Location alone would have been enough. But the staff hospitality make it exceptional. Thank you Bentley and staff for making us comfortable on our very short stopover.

I had a fantastic stay at Bentley Hotel Old City. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transportation, making it very convenient to explore. The overall experience was very positive, great service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The only downsides were the pricing policies. Before my stay, I inquired about the cost of a breakfast plate at 5 AM due to the month of Ramadan, and they quoted me €20, which I found excessively expensive. Additionally, the minibar prices were quite high, €4 for a small bottle of water, a can of cola, or a Snickers bar seems unreasonable. I believe the hotel should reconsider these prices to improve the overall guest experience. Despite this, my experience was excellent, and I still give the hotel a 10/10! Highly recommended!
