Good location, very polite and helpful staff at the reception desk. They managed to arrange a parking spot for our car which is a very challenging task in this area 😀 Our room was nice and comfortable, they cleaned and tidied it every day. The breakfast is served at the sky roof restaurant with a beautiful view.

Maybe they should think about some kind of blinds or awning at the sky roof restaurant during the sunny days that provide some shadow without blocking the view, because in the morning it gets really too hot there. The staff serving breakfast should pay more attention to what needs to be refiled.

The property was in a perfect location , morning breakfast was great , Great views of Istanbul on top of building terrace. Staff all friendly , Only Negative was bed was very hard ,& needed coffee & tea facilities in the rooms.

Location was perfect, round the corner from the main road, then walking distance to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque, less than 8-9min walk. Some people have commented that staff were rude. However, I found the reception staff helpful and polite, including the staff at the breakfast. Lovely view from the roof top resturant view of both mosques and the blue sea.

Rooms were ok, average size, the room in which my daughter was staying, her shower started leaking during use, she only realised when she came out that the bathroom floor was flooded, no one came out (as informed), the next day she had to use ours.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the main tourist attractions are within walking distance. The area is quiet even though it is in the middle of Sultanahmet. The room was regularly cleaned and towels changed.

The hotel has a nice terrace with a stunning view of Hagia Sophia, but the breakfast they serve is not the greatest, quite repetitive, every morning you get the same. No Turkish coffee! The terrace is open only in the morning, for the rest of the day you can not enjoy the view, they are not serving lunch or dinner and you can not even sit and have a coffee or tea in the evening when the view is even more stunning.

Excellent location, kind staff, the rooms were cleaned every day. There are just a few parking spots in front of the hotel but we were lucky and were able to park, which is a great benefit. The view from the rooftop restaurant (breakfast included) was really nice. Breakfast was OK, I'd say rather on the basic side but it was still enough.

Most of the time there was a strong smell from the drain in the bathroom, and the shower cabin was leaking. Nevertheless, I think it is not in every room because our friends didn't have these issues in the room next door.

This is my 2nd time here. Honestly i love it! The guy at the reception, John was so nice he upgraded my room to Balcony room for free! I was beyond happy. Other staffs was also very nice and helpful. The location is good. Near to Grand Bazaar, Camberlitas tram stop, Hagia Sofia & Blue Mosque. The rooftop terrace is amazing. Breakfast was okay. Overall im so satisfied! Will definately come again.

No kettle in the room & no iron. Everything else was perfect!

The staff was kind and helpful. There was a young boy at the reception who went out of his way to help us, from carrying our luggage, opening the door in front of us, accompanying us to a hamam to ordering a taxi for us for early morning. :) The location is perfect for the sights (big mosques, grand bazaar, basilica cistern, etc) and for the tramway too. The room was exceptionally clean and was cleaned every day. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of food, Turkish style as well as muesli. The view from the rooftop terrace was beautiful. By the way, if you're a couple and want to try a hamam together, don't be afraid to accept the hotel's recommendation on it. Good price, good hamam experience, even though not in a historical building.

Breakfast, basic, the same menu everyday Very few TV channels in English. The balcony has no roof, so, if it rains, it cannot be used The furniture from the balcony, not very important, but not like in picture from the site. The chairs are made of wood, very worn and after a rain they will be wet for a long time

The staff was very friendly. The location is excellent. Rooms are really clean, at least ours was. Towels and bedding sheets were changed daily. Breakfast was the same daily, but that wasn't a problem. When we booked, we asked for parking spot and we parked right in front of the hotel. The view from the top floor restaurant is amazing❤️

Tourists throw food for seagulls from the restaurant on the top floor and one day something fell on the trunk of our car. It left a hole in the car body. The staff saw this, because the camera in the car's windshield recorded the moment when they came to the car after the impact. I would have appreciated being told at that moment, not having to find out at home and look for what happened on the recording.
