Murat, Fatma, and other staff members were excellent in helping us with checking in and out as well as receiving all important services and travel information. It is a small, clean, and wheelchair accessible (floors, not bathrooms) hotel not to be mixed with its sister spa hotel located next to it. They share spa facilities and a breakfast area. We didn't choose breakfast; preferred to explore other options in the neighborhood. Nothing can beat the hotel's location: all major touristic sites are in walkable distance. No outside traffic or other noise was heard in the rooms we stayed in.

The position was as convenient as it gets, very near major tourist sites and very close to tram and restaurants a plenty. It was easy and safe to get about. The small indoor pool with a sauna and a steam room were a bonus but access to the pool was hazardous and it is not suitable for children or those who are not agile. The staff are great, very helpful.

The breakfast was poor and the breakfast dining area needs a refurbishment. We extended our stay in spite of this, feeling the advantages outweighed this disadvantage. Perhaps booking it without paying the extra for breakfast is the best option.

Very kind workers, always offer a drink when you're waiting in the lobby and always greet you. The price for the location is also very good and theres even a pool and 2 sauna options.

This is just me being slightly picky, but the overall experience was very good. Inside the room I was in, there was no main button to turn all the lighting off or on. This meant you had to walk around the bed and press all the buttons if you wanted the room to be lit. Next thing is that I'm quite the light sleeper. The rooms aren't sound proof and the curtains dont block all the lighting from outside.

This hotel was brilliant! I was so glad I picked this one. The staff were amazing, so brilliant and helpful, any questions I had were answered. They really made this hotel stand out. I could trust them fully, when I needed to have ideas for a kids day out, they had the best recommendations. The cleaner especially, was so kind to my children. Breakfast was good, although in the older part of the building, but for me this was not an issue. The location was fantastic, couldn't have picked a better location

My only issue was the swimming pool, the safety issues were not brilliant, and you couldn't swim in there for the kids, however I did raise this when checking out and they did explain renovations were due to start, and they were aware this.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Great Fortune Concept Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and ideally located, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploring the city. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the staff.

We’re a Malaysian-German couple and stayed at Great Fortune Concept Hotel for 6 days and 5 nights. Honestly, we really enjoyed our time here. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the main tourist spots like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar, and Spice Bazaar. Super convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was pretty good too. Huge thanks to Manager Murat and the team. They were so helpful and friendly and even helped us with our bags when we arrived. Really appreciate the warm hospitality. If you’re visiting Istanbul and want a place that’s comfy, central, and has great service, this is a solid choice.

The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. No matter the time of day, they were always smiling, warm, and ready to assist. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our stay. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and comfortable. We especially want to highlight the friendliness and professionalism of the reception staff - without them, our trip wouldn’t have been the same!

Unfortunately, the only thing that didn’t match the overall quality of the hotel was the restaurant. It felt unclean, offered a very limited selection of food, and didn’t live up to the idea of a traditional Turkish breakfast. While this didn’t ruin our experience, we believe that improving the restaurant would greatly enhance the hotel as a whole.

The breakfast. We had a mostly pleasant stay at this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed with the restaurant. It didn’t feel very clean and was noticeably outdated compared to the modern look of the lobby and rooms. The breakfast was minimal and unfortunately not very appetizing. Adding a rooftop terrace would really enhance the experience and make the most of the hotel's potential. With some improvements to the dining area and food quality, this place could offer a much better overall stay.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable and breathtaking views. The amenities were top-tier. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was Murat. Murat is a true gem an absolute standout in a place already filled with excellence. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care were remarkable. Whether it was offering helpful recommendations, remembering small details about our preferences, or just checking in to see how our day was going, he made us feel more like valued guests than just customers. It’s rare to encounter someone who clearly takes such pride in their work and who has the ability to elevate your entire experience just through their presence. Murat did exactly that. Thanks to him, what was already a beautiful hotel stay became something personal and memorable.
