The room was impressively clean, and when the balcony door was closed, it created a peaceful haven where outside noise simply faded away. Additionally, the location was central and very close to everything, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. We were traveling with a pregnant companion, so we were especially careful when choosing a hotel — and Great Fortune Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was ideal, just a short walk from St. Sophia Cathedral, making sightseeing easy and convenient. There were also many restaurants and shops nearby, which was perfect since long walks weren’t an option for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and every request we made was handled with care. Our room was clean, quiet, and cozy — a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s spa. After a long day of walking, we truly appreciated having a calm and clean space to unwind. The spa facilities were well-maintained and the staff were very professional. It was a much-needed moment of relaxation that really enhanced our trip. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt very well taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to the area. Highly recommended, especially for families or travelers looking for both convenience and comfort.

Best service ever. Would like to thank the A team - Miss Fatma, Mr Murad, Mr Deniz & Mr Kadir. We got to check in early after a long haul flight and while waiting for our room to be ready, Mr Munir invited us for breakfast on the house. We also got our room upgraded. Miss Fatma is very friendly and recommends good place to visit in Istanbul. We troubled Me Deniz twice on the air cond settings and he always attends to us patiently and urgently. The location of the hotel is very strategic but this is second to the world class service that a guest receives. Thanks again and look forward to coming back to Great Fortune Hotel in the near future

Brand new hotel, everything was very fresh and nice! So pretty! Very comfortable beds. Good central location, able to walk to most attractions. Front desk provided map of the area and information on some tour options and additional amenities offered via sister hotels, very nice.

Nothing bad to say at all! Note, there is one big step at main entrance, but no other steps to reach the elevator and our room. Very manageable option for persons with difficulty with stairs, but important to know.

We are very satisfied with the hotel and will definitely sta at the same when we come back to Istanbul. Hotel and rooms are newly renovated, everything was clean. The location is just perfect near to the most important attractions and even if the hotel didnt have its own parking, we had our car parked right in front the hotel in a very cheap price! Thank you so much for the great hospitality!

Even if everything was perfect, it might be good if breakfast is added and a little leas noise but Istanbul is generally a noisy city

Excellent hotel location near to the important visiting sites only by walking, Clean, nice price, excellent regarding all the nice staff especially Ismael and Ahmed they were very helpful in everything at any time, speaking English replying and helping in any question, excellent hospitality , Really was very nice in everything and sure if I go to Istanbul I will go to this hotel only.

The location is excellent, you are near the centre and to the most important attractions. The room is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and very helpful always there to support our needs. They even helped us into getting a room upgrade for one of our nights.

The photos should be updated for the standard rooms because might be differing from the ones in the photos.

This is a very nice hotel. Everything is newly made. This made it stand out from other hotels where interiors are more dated. The hotel is located in a fantastic location in the Sultan Ahmet area. The staff are friendly, and Ismael especially was very helpful whenever we needed some help.

There was no kitchen. Not even a microwave to warm up food and no option for breakfast. This was quite disappointing.

Brilliant Location .. 5 minutes walk from Hagia sofia and Tram. Surrounded by shops and food options. Staff was amazing.. specially Ismail on the reception was sweet, helpful and took care of us very well. It is recently decorated new rooms. No Spa or inhouse food though.

We stayed for a week on holiday and staff were so helpful and friendly they organised our tour to Cappadocia and Sunset Bosphorus cruise. Very clean and new, great location, walking distance to all the major landmarks. Wonderful service, very safe and would stay there again. Highly recommend!
