The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from the Blue Mosque, right in the heart of the most touristic area. Yet, it's tucked away on a quiet side street, closed to traffic most of the time, so it's peaceful and feels pleasantly removed from the city's hustle and bustle. The room was comfortable and spacious enough, especially for such a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and while the breakfast buffet wasn’t fancy, it was tasty, satisfying, and of good quality.

After the initial cleaning, there was a rather strong scent in the room, but it faded away within a couple of hours.

The absolute best thing about this place is the location. It is right in the heart of every major tourist attraction at walking distance. The room itself was quite good, with a mini fridge and overall clean. Bed and linens were quite comfortable. Tap water is not potable (hotel has a small warning on it) so they provide free bottles of water, which is nice. Breakfast was ok, though could benefit from more variety. Staff from reception and waiters were overall very helpful, kindly even organizing our transfer from the airport well into the night.

It is not the case with us, but not so good soundproofing (to the corridor) may hinder sleep (from people walking around and talking early in the morning). Even though we put "do not disturb" every day, later in our stay we found out someone would enter every day to check the minibar which we did not find it okay. Do not disturb is do not disturb, period. Also, the reason we discovered this is because we found a bill inside our room the day before leaving for around 5 or 6 items, that we had not consumed. I promptly went to the reception and they were understanding and we did not have to pay.

I'd just like to say that both Eren and Emine were so lovely! My mum really enjoyed the tea and conversation with Emine in the lounge in the evenings and I'd like to thank them both for a memorable stay. Whilst the rooms are small (check the square metre listed) they get cleaned daily and the staff are friendly. Big thanks again to Eren who was so helpful and Emine who was so friendly and kind.

The hotel staff ware beyond great from the moment I stepped into the hotel. It was cold in Istanbul and the first thing they did when I arrived is they sat me down in the lobby and brought me hot tea. In the meantime they checked me in. They took my luggage and took it to my room. On the bed in the room there was a personal welcome note with my name on it which made me feel special, thank you! The location of the hotel is perfect, everything is within a walking distance, 2 min to the mosques, 5 min to Grand and spice Bazaar,... staff helped me with directions around the city and gave me advice for using taxi, metro and tram and how to bargain when shopping. At breakfast the staff asked me every day if I liked it and since I was one of the last ones that got to breakfast they asked me if I wanted to have something else before they started to put breakfast away. Very attentive! Breakfast was very good, a lot of varieties even for me, a vegetarian. Lots of cheeses, veggies, olives, eggs, and so much more. The staff definitely deserves a 10 out of 10. The bed was just right as well as the pillow. The smells throughout the hotel were very pleasant and fresh as well as in the room. TV had English channels, mostly news. The shower was hot at all times and the water was running nicely in the shower. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom, even slippers and shoe polish were available in the closet next to the safe. The curtains are thick so I could sleep in the dark until 10 am. Overall the hotel was very pleasant.

The room was quite small but that did not bother me since I was out and about all day. The walls are really thin. No sound proof, you can hear everything from the hall or other rooms but for the night I had ear plugs and that worked like a charm so it wasn't a problem for me.

Amazing location- just genuinely a few minutes stroll to so many of this area's attractions: Bascilica Cistern, Blue Mosque, Hagi Sofia, Topkapi Palace. 10 minutes to Grand Bazaar. One minute to T1 tram stop to go further afield or a 15-20 minute walk to Galata Bridge area. Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful in reception (nothing was too much trouble- even speaking to my taxi driver about pick up on my behalf), efficient and kind in breakfast dining room and room spotless after cleaning. Marble decor is impressive and we enjoyed having comfortable chairs in the bedroom as well as the bed. Shower very powerful. The biffet breakfast selection was very good and contained a very wide range. Adjoining restaurant excellent too and 10% discount four hotel guests.

The location is PERFECT, near the tram station ! The hotel is nice and the breakfast is good (there is not a hotel in Istanbul which serve fresh orange juice , it’s all sirup in water, coffee machine old and not good but fine) A BIG thank to EMIN who speaks French and very care of my parents , we loved him so much ! Thank you again EMIN for everything 😊 Room are as described , cleaning was good they just forget do it the first day so tell them when you go out. The young boy at the breakfast and at the reception was very nice. In the night there is some noise.

A very bad experience with the restaurant: Istanbul has changed so much in 2 years (I ate at the same place in August 2022 , price of a dish was 250 TL now a simple döner plate is 500 TL !! The döner smell was bad ! They bring my plate after 20 minutes of my parents one, i wanted to cancel but he said no ! They made mistake with the rice. And at the end they add you 200 TL of service ! The hotel said we have discount but at the same time they add you 10% of service ! So be careful ! I really think that Istanbul people , İstanbul prices and quality has changed so much , they always think about money money money, para, para, para… very sad.

Location was great. The view was great. Breakfast was good but can be better. Staff were very nice: Eren was very welcoming and helpful, I extremely appreciated his kindness. Utku and Muhammed were very helpful as well. The cleaning lady was very nice, always smiling.

We booked a room for three. The extra bed was uncomfortable and the mattresses were not very comfortable as well. The coffee machine was very disappointing (for the price, a much better coffee machine is expected)

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center but on a quiet little square, in SultanAhmed area, in walking distance from all the main attractions. The access to the main road and the tram station is very easy (200m) and in the area, you can also find a good number of restaurants and other shops. The staff was super nice! In all our communications they were very quick to respond, very well informed on everything we asked and tried their best to accommodate us with everything we requested. Once we arrived in the hotel, every single person of the staff, the receptionist, the cleaning ladies and everyone (and I literally mean everyone) was extremely polite and helpful. What really made an impression on us was their kindness, warmth and effort throughout our stay! Many thanks to Emin, Aykut, Dogan and to every single one of the rest of the staff! The hotel is very welcoming, with all the commonly shared areas neatly set up, clean and cosy. My friends and I stayed in a Superior Double Room and in a Standard Twin Room. All our rooms had a view to the street in front of the hotel and although they were facing the street, they were not at all noisy, since the area is quiet but also the windows shut any little noise out. Everything in the room, is of very good quality and seemed brand new. All the rooms are quite spacious. The Superior rooms had a big double bed, a dressing table and an armchair, a mini fridge and an extra piece of furniture, to put your suitcase on and still have plenty of space to move around in the room. The bathroom is also of a good size, with a big sink counter and a very big shower. There was warm water with great water pressure, all the time. The rooms and the bathrooms were extremely clean (cleaned and changed towels daily). The breakfast is great, with a wide variety of choices, of fresh fruit, juice, soup, breads, cheese, ham, eggs, sausages, tomato, cucumber, cereals, yoghurt, marmalades, turkish sweets, beverages and many more.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Very comfortable hotel, great location. Attached restaurant open until late in the evening and with a good variety of dishes. The breakfast buffet with good variety of hot and cold drinks and very good sweet and savory foods. Very friendly and helpful staff, when we needed advice they always helped competently. There were three of us, so the double room with the extra bed was a bit uncomfortable, but the bathroom was clean and spacious. Strengths certainly the location and the kindness of the staff
