The hotel is right in the center among countless of restaurants and very close to the T1 tram station. Leaving aside the fact that on the day of arrival we happened to be during some demonstrations and the entire transport system was stopped, The hotel staff went out of their way to help us get to them, considering that the taxi left us about 4 km away , not being allowed to enter that area. So we had to walk and Mr. Numan, sent from the hotel, struggled to carry the super heavy suitcase on the floor without complaining. I had a Family Room, on the 6th floor, with street view and balcony, spacious, with comfortable beds. I have nothing but words of praise for the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast service and the interaction with the customers.

Excellent location at walking distance from all attractions such as Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia. Very close to restaurants. The staff was very helpful and addressed all our needs. They paid attention to every detail. I wanted an extra room and they did everything to get me my additional room despite the very busy season. The transport from and back to airport was in luxury vans at a reasonable price. Overall, our family is very satisfied and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great staff, clean, good attention to detail. Location was great, just 2-3 mins away from main attractions like Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia and the Sultanahmet tram station. Great price and good value. They also give good welcome drinks and snacks, really liked the tea and chocolate. Definitely recommend anyone who is looking for good value in a very central location. The bell boys were very helpful and efficient. They also have good connections around the city and can help you arrange airport transfers or tours.

Location was superb. Main attractions are a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast choice was lovely. The rooftop view was breathtaking. Bed was comfortable and shower had good hot water flow.

There was ongoing building works next door 9-5pm everyday. However, if you’re planning to be out during these times then it would not be an issue.

Hotel staff were excellent. Breakfast on 7 floor was simple but good, you can order eggs as you like. Location is excellent. 10 min walking distant to 5 attractions. Great restaurants within 5min. T1 tram stop is close and convenient also cheap to travel. Be clear upfront what will be charged and the cost at all locations. Boat tours via get your guide are also very good. good places and rates to exchange forex on the way to the bazaar (walking distance within 10min)

Beware of pick pockets on the tram especially late at night. Check the prices and what you get before you get the service.

The location is literally exceptional and the staff is very helpful. We were lucky to get the room on a higher floor which was critical for us, thanks to the hotel! The terrace restaurant on the top floor (both breakfast and dinners) is very nice and sunny.

Rooms noise isolation is quite average or poor. Avoid booking rooms on the first and second floors which are actually below the ground and reception level.

The location is excellent, few minutes walk to the sites of old city Istanbul. Clean room and comfortable, real value for your money. I stayed one night on a stop in Istanbul, reception staff Dindar was very friendly and helpful, he and the kind skinny staff( forgot his name) helped me with my bag and explained the room and booked my return ride to IST. He had prepared a bagged breakfast for me since my checkout is very early. Overnight staff Anil and Nelir were equally accommodating and chatty. They helped me with booking a kind taxi driver to take me for my early morning flight out. The Apple tea served all day in the lobby was refreshing.I’m very satisfied overall, will recommend to my friends and family.

We had a connecting room- one double and one twin. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. Amazing location- walking distance from Hagia Sofia, Ble mosque, Topkapi palace, and to the tram stop. Great variety at breakfast with delicious turkish spread as well as bread and cereal. Staff were friendly and helpful in every way.

The size of the room could have been bigger, but not a big deal. Could have a had satchets of milk or milk powder for the coffee/tea for western palates. Again, not a big deal as the hotel staff dropped off milk to the room when asked.

Hotel is in a great location only a few minutes walk from the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi palace and Basilica cistern. Also close to main transport links and many restaurants to choose from. I would recommend anyone to stay here if visiting for a 1 week. Room was good and clean. Breakfast was reasonably good. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave lots of tips for travel and locations to visit during our stay.

Not much options for English speaking channels on the TV in the room. Would have liked some more food options at breakfast. Bathroom was a bit on the smaller side.

Everything about the hotel was great - the location is superb as the hotel is situated in the heart of historical town but on a very quiet street, so you get both calm nights and 5 minute walks to the nearest attractions. The breakfast was very good, plenty of fresh vegetables, cheeses, eggs, sausages and really great bread! The view from the terrace is a big bonus as well:)

The rooms are a bit outdated but clean so I can’t count it as a disadvantage. What is good to know before choosing this hotel is that it is situated in the historical area surrounded by the mosques. You are going to hear Quran recitations during the day and at 5 in the morning. It wasn’t a disadvantage for us as it was interesting to experience the new culture, but you have to know about it in advance.
