We visited Istanbul for 1 week with our family and chose this Hotel because my mother has some trouble walking long distances and this hotel is really in the middel of all the scenes we wanted to visit. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Location was great and we were just merely a few minutes walking distance from many sites and shops and restaurants. The people were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite luxurious and very nicely put together every morning. The kitchen staff was very open for requests and always ready for any questions or requests.

Nothing to mention. The accommodations were great and all the staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again! After I checked out I noticed in the airport that I had forgotten my car keys and some small personal items in the hotel Safe. We contacted the hotel to ask them to recuperate it for us. They went out of their way to gather everything and ship it to me in Belgium by the next week! I was really amazed and thankful! Best experience of hotel staff I have had in years!

Location: Fantastic location, very central and convenient for exploring the city. Room: The room was amazing, with a very comfortable bed and plenty of pillows (I love having multiple pillows when I sleep). The shower was incredible – it felt so relaxing that I didn’t want to get out. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was excellent, although I had to reconnect every time I returned to the room. Staff: Very friendly and helpful staff, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast: Simple but good. The drinks were charged separately (like lattes), but coffee, milk, and tea were available. In the end, they didn’t charge me for my coffee, which was a nice touch.

Noise: The acoustics in the room weren’t the best, and it was a bit noisy at times, which could be an issue for light sleepers.

The hotel was recommended to us by family and they were absolutely right about how good it was. Location was close to main attractions of Istanbul but also close to tram and ferry stops. The breakfast was slightly different every day but always generous. The room was of a good size, with very comfortable bed and a choice of pillows. Plenty of hot water and amenities in the bathroom. The room and bathroom were both spotlessly clean. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, with good recommendations for sightseeing and dining, along with directions on how to get to the recommended places.

We have stayed at Miniature hotel for four nights, and our experience has been excellent. The hotel room itself is very nice and clean. They cleaned and arranged the room every day while we were away sightseeing seeing. The location is just the most convenient for stay in Sultanahmet area. Everything is walking distance away from here. The very special mention for Engin for his very patient and extensive help to us during our stay. He was a massive support to us during our stay and provided us with detailed information about everything that we asked for. Including taxi transfer from Antalya to Kaş. They can support the guests with arranging all forms of travel and sightseeing experiences. For anyone who has landed quite ill prepared for their travels in turkey, they can provide you with detailed information, so you can make informed decisions for yourself. Also would like to mention that on our arrival at the hotel, Büşra took the time to provide us with detailed information about the city and the public transport systems, which proved to be very helpful for our stay in Istanbul. I can with great ease recommend that anyone who is looking to come to Istanbul should stay here.

Since it was the winter time, sometimes the room became a bit hot with the heating. But it was an easy fix by opening the window just a little bit.

Location is excellent, walking distance to most of the main attractions and bazaars. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes also supermarkets nearby. The hotel is small but clean and extremely confortable. The staff at the breakfast area was attentive and very hard-working in comparison. The rooms size is great so is the bathroom and very confortable beds. The breakfast is supreme. Terrace is small and the mosque view is a little covered by a parking building in front, nonetheless this was not an issue for us as we did not use the terrace apart from going the 1st day. Cleaning ladies were efficient, hard-working and extremely friendly, English is never an issue in this regard.

The staff at the reception: maybe the level of English was not good enough or not willing to doing the extra mile as far as being very friendly is concerned. The place is simply fantastic. We loved everything about it. It has very nice ambience, nicely decorated interiors and rooms - beautiful old building, stylish and modern but cosy approach to interior design. Everything looks great, all the spaces are clean and smell nice. Our room was perfect and included nice bathroom with addition of jacuzzi that we have gladly used. The breakfast was excellent - both food and breakfast area - decoration, setup under glass roof, great for start into the day. We loved the terrace where we could relax with glass of wine, beer, after whole day in the town (around the corner there was a store). View was really nice on key sites. Hotel location was excellent to start walks around Sultanahmet, the historical center. All the staff were very welcoming and supportive. Tip: Ask them to help you with a taxi when you will be leaving (book in advance, day ahead). When I come back next time I will try to book the same place.

Fajr prayer from the mosque in the next street can give you an early morning wake up call in the top room. But well, we are in Istanbul, part of the charm :-) so if you are a light sleeper consider ear plugs to avoid early morning interruption.

The location is excellent (very close to the main Istanbul sites) and the breakfast is awesome! The man and woman (sorry, I didn't get their names) who provide breakfast every morning are incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel staff was very friendly and quick to help us with whatever we needed such as restaurant recommendations and transportation to and from the airport. Our room was great (we are a family of five) and large enough for all of us. Also, the pillow selection was the best I've had in all of my travels--thank you!

Location of the hotel to attractions were perfect (2min walk to Hagia Sofia/Blue Mosque and the Cistern). The staff were polite and accommodating. Best part we got a free upgrade to the suite which was quite modern, clean and spacious. Breakfast was alright, as it's not a peak season there wasn't a buffet, however it was quite filling. I'd happily stay at the hotel again.

Not an issue, but just need to be aware that there is a speaker nearby that calls to prayer which sounds very early in the morning.

I book a room here for the second time. satisfied I will say more - small details and small services make the service good. and to find such in Sultanahmet for a normal price every year is more and more difficult. the room is clean (sterile), the bed is comfortable. everything is in the bathroom: disposable toothbrush, soap, shampoo. all). towels are clean without stains. there are slippers. Asked for an iron - and it was delivered instantly. breakfast. he is rich and the possibility of ordering an omelette, menemen, or just eggs. everything is delicious. the only thing is that the coffee was with a touch of European... I like to drink purely Turkish coffee. delicious tea. And. service at the reception of the above words. It is professional. this is my opinion))

Absolutely wonderful hotel that was so clean & beautifully decorated. The staff were so welcoming and friendly including one older man on reception and the male waiter at breakfast. So chatty & lovely- great meeting you both. Lovely comfortable bed and gorgeous bathroom/shower. Amazing location!!! Right next to sultanahmet square near major attractions, just go 3 rights from hotel and you are there, fabulous. Also you get a text every day from reception about the weather and attractions/updates etc. Just wonderful and fully recommend. Thank you 😊 lovely rooftop too, beautiful views.

The breakfast had a lot of food that we wouldn't eat for breakfast and seemed quite wasteful.
