Arden City Hotel is more like a boutique hotel. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes from Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque… and Turkish bath historic place. You can walk another 10-15 minutes to the Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Bazaar and ferries port. The staff is very friendly, supportive and always attentive. The breakfast is in the terrace, with an excellent view the of the mosques, Bosphorus and the city in general… you can eat here everyday, breakfast are super!

Usually I prefer more space to organize, then is possible to offer better wardrobes … and bigger TV, but this is very subjective.

The location of the property is excellent. Close to everything. They upgraded our room for no extra charge. We had a balcony and we could see part of the city from above. The breakfast was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast is served on top of the building which gives an excellent view over the Bosphore and Aya Sophia Mosque.

I don’t really remember anything that I didn’t like. Maybe the only thing is we didn’t know that we can order loaded omelets during our free Breakfast. I wish someone explained that to us. Also, the orange juice during breakfast was not good.

The location was amazing, just 200 meters away from a true wonder of the world is something else... the views of Haya Sofia are unbelievable. Very nice restaurants, hamams(baths) and other amenities nearby is a nice extra to have. The staff is incredible, every single person from the bellboy, to receptionist, restaurant staff on the rooftop, and even the Hotel manager, everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful... at every second they helped us with everything, can't speak highly enough of everyone!

Breakfast didn't have too much variety, it's definitely the only improvement point I can mention.

Nice and elegant hotel, the whole staff was welcoming from day one, Emre at the reception is a star! They gave us all the information and a map to move around the city with no problem. The position is just perfect in the middle among all the most important places to visit. The breakfast in the terrace is very well organised and rich, the view from there is just a magic plus. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The breakfast staff were also exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Each morning, I was greeted with a warm smile and impeccable service, which truly set the tone for the rest of my day. Additionally, I must commend the concierge boy for his exceptional service. He was always on hand to offer helpful recommendations and assist with any queries I had during my stay. His attentiveness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. Overall, my stay at Arden City Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations made for a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The staff were pleasant, attentive, kind and professional. The location was perfect to see sights and near tram line. The bosphorus room had a lovely balcony view of Hagia Sophia and other attractions. The room was made each day. The staff were friendly and the hotel itself was a fantastic stay from start to finish I loved this place!

The bed could have been a bit less hard but it was a lovely room. The restaurant is on terrace but closes around 11 so not much night noise either! Hard to find faults at all!

I had a lovely day here very well located on the staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Omer. Because it’s so central of course is a little bit of noise but otherwise it was great and I really enjoyed the breakfast and would recommend.

1. The proximity of the hotel to the places of interest. 2. The Staff were very friendly and approachable. 3. The manager, Aslan, made sure that our airport transfer & accommodation were arranged as per request. He also shared with us the place to dine and how travel within Istanbul. 4. The sunrise view from the roof terrace during breakfast was magnificent.

The hotel is nice and clean. The location is perfect all the tourist attractions are in walking distance. The receptionist, Emre, is a really helpful person, he is Always there for the guests. The view from the top roof terrace restaurant and from the rooms on the 6th floor is outstanding. It is a marvellous feeling to wake up every morning with the view of the Hagia Sofia. Next Time in Istanbul is Arden City for sure.

The breakfast was just enough but not a really great choice.

We liked the staff, everyone was super kind, caring and supportive! They gave us smile everyday and every time we meet with them. So positive and bright! Special thanks to the wonderful Emre who upgraded our room just because we were smiling and positive! He also made our stay amazing and special and explained all of the main attractions, restaurants boat trips on the map, everything we need to know. We also liked the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant - always very delicious and warm. Last but not least, we loved the location, just right in front of Hagia Sofia! Lots of restaurants, shops and public transport around. Perfect location!
