For price we booked it is really amazing place. there was breakfast(not big variety of food, but ok), helpful staff, 24hours reception, cleaning and fresh water every day, in the heart of old city, very close to main attractions and tram stop. Around hotel there are many restaurants. if we are talking about Hagia Sophia room- It is big, located on 5th floor with awesome view on Hagia Sophia mosque, big balcony where you can see Galata tower and city.

The hotel needs renovations, there are many broken things. You can’t reserve exactly room Hagia Sophia with direct view on mosque, because you book that type of room, and it is lottery if you have this room. firstly we get room with side view on mosque (because Hagia Sophia was busy with another guests) and there were a lot of problems in the room(broken shower, small room), but thanks guys on reception we are moved next day to Hagia Sophia room and it was awesome)

the staff was always willing and smiling, the hotel was really 5 minutes from Hagia Sophia, the breakfast was decent. we stayed for 4 days and felt very comfortable and nice, we would definitely go again.

some furniture in the bathroom, some handles on the doors... but they were of little importance.

The location was great and also staffs were friendly and helpful. The restaurant with hagia sophia view was very nice. The guy at reception was very good and he was the only one who speaks good English. I forgot his name but he checked us in. Overall it was a good hotel and had a nice stay.

The options for breakfast was very very less. The staffs hardly speak and understand English. The shower wasn't good as water stay inside the area and never goes away until the housekeeping comes next day. They do housekeeping everyday. The lighting in the room was dull and no remote control to change channels.

The location is unbeatable. While being at a stone’s throw distance from Hagia Sofia, Blue mosque, Cistern Basilica, Topkapi gardens, Bazaars, hundreds of traditional Turkish restaurants and souvenir shops, the hotel served as an excellent place to stay. The sea is just a few minutes away and the city can be accessed via nearby tram stops. Galata tower is about 30 minutes by foot. The staff is extremely helpful and honest. Lovely breakfast and views. The rooms are comfortable and the entire property is very clean. The tours and cruises offered are excellent and highly recommended.

After having a long shower, the hot water did eventually start becoming colder but I had been in there for a while so perhaps understandable.

Location was perfect, only a short walk from the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sofiya. Breakfast was on the 4th floor from where we had a beautiful view of the Hagia Sofia. I have attached a photo of the view from the 4th floor.

Breakfast could have been better, it was same every morning and didn't have a wide range from choose from. But it was for the price we paid for the accomodation.

the service is amazing. The food is very good, the people at the hotel speak good English and are always willing to help, it's like being at home. The reception is very comfortable, I was able to have meetings in a very comfortable way.The location is excellent, we are a few meters from mosques, restaurants, and a super market.

Everything it's ok.

The room was exactly as in the pictures. Spacious, air conditioned, and street view. And of course I want to thank them for taking us to throw away all the packaging from the things we bought.

The breakfast menu was very simple and the same for the entire period (6 days).

Hotel is so good ! Perfect all nearby and the best is about the staff all is good if coming back to istanbul i would recommend to stay to this hotel .

location is very good and not more than 200 m distance to tram station , also same distance to Sultan Ahmet (blue mosque), Ayasofya, restaurants, markets……

The hotel is nice. The rooms are clean, well equipped and you'll probably have everything you need (even the mini fridge). When we arrived, toiletries and clean and fresh towels were in our room. The room also had electric kettle, water bottles, tea and mugs which is very nice detail. The stuff cleaned the room daily, and we were getting clean towels everyday too. The bed is one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The food was good. Breakfast buffet had very similar choice everyday, but the choice was quite various. Food is nicely prepared and fresh (bread and olives were really delicious).

The AC is quite old so it wasn't really easy to warm the room quickly. The walls should be renovated considering that wallpapers began to peel off. There was a little mold in the corners of the bathroom walls and the ceiling in the bedroom was cracked.
